We had our wedding just few weeks ago and we loved everything. Thanks so much to the heights hotel for making our special day so unforgettable. Susan helped us with a beautiful decorations and she tried to make everything I wanted to make me feel so happy. Thanks so much for everything.

We got married here last Saturday, its an absolutely stunning venue, there is a whole area of the hotel dedicated to weddings, a stunning lantern lit hallway down to the venue and a glass room then with the stunning scenery of Killarney. The food is top class. Most everybody commented on the quality of the food, it was piping hot and they run a silent service. The manager of the hotel Jason was on hand every step of the way keeping everyone calm and having fun with it all. He was amazing, then you have Susan the wedding coordinator that was literally everywhere I turned on hand to do anything we needed. When she was off duty there was Jane to step in. They really do have the experience together to make your day perfect. You have Olga over the rooms who cannot do enough for you and Jackie on reception who's quirky and great fun. If I'd to do it all again in the morning I wouldnt look anywhere else. I really can't praise this hotel enough and thank you for the amazing memories

We had our wedding in the Heights Hotel in July 2022 and it was the most amazing day! We couldnt have thanked them enough. It was really good value for what we got too and the day felt special from beginning to end. The bar is really big there and the dance floor was filled all night. The ballroom is just stunning!

What can I say about the heights hotel. Just spectacular. We got married there on November 20th and it was our 3rd date. Nothing was too much. And the Christmas decorations were just out of this world.
Jason, Megan, Olga and the whole team are just amazing. I genuinely can't credit them enough. I would highly recommend checking out the heights for your wedding.

we had our wedding here on the 19.10.19 from the day we started enquiring till after the wedding the service was amazing. Natalie is one of a kind! she helped to make our day everything we imagined and more... on the day she kept us so informed of what was happening and when, she even convinced the best man to say a speech! he doesnt like talking infront of crowds! all the guests were so impressed with the layout of the room it looked spectacular. after the main course guests were offered the extra beef, Turkey and salmon. this went down a treat! the staff were efficient and courteous. I would recommend anyone to have their wedding day here it is a truly magical place that caters to your every needs.

We got married in the Heights Hotel Killarney on 11th October this year and we really couldn't recommend this place more! Everything from the menu, food, ballroom and service was excellent! Natalie and her team were so professional, creative and attentive. Rachael was our waitress who was just excellent and Jamie the head chef blew us way with his stylish menu and presentation and delicious food. Our guests also are still raving about the food and service!

Natalie the wedding coordinator was absolutely fantastic..any email, and there was plenty was answered straight away...she has won awards for a reason, she is in a league of her own! Nothing was too much trouble for her and she put us at ease the whole lead up to the big day! The whole day ran so smoothly all thanks to her and all the other amazing staff!

The food was delicious and plentiful..everyone was offered seconds of the main courses which is always a lovely touch!

I wouldn't change a thing about the day, everything about the hotel was perfect!
They definitely deserve their 5 stars and would recommend anyone looking at this hotel for their wedding to definitely book it, you won't be disappointed!

Writing this on our honeymoon, but honestly felt we had to share it! When it came to booking a venue, we as most couples do went and looked at several hotels. When it came to viewing the heights we instantly knew this was going to be the one. As soon as we walked in we were made to fell at home, from the reception staff right through to the bar staff waiting to meet with the wedding planner, Natalie. I cannot stress how nothing we wanted was an issue, some hotels make restrictions etc and all we were told was it's our day, and what we want the hotel will make happen! Even to the point of Natalie suggesting things like the prosecco van, which went down a treat! Naturally we booked our wedding and over the coming months felt real at ease organising all the details despite living in Cork.

We arrived the night before and instantly were greeted on a first name basis throughout the hotel, something small but when the bar staff know your name, it certainly made me feel at home. On our wedding day there were lots of little bits to set up as always. The groomsmen running round trying to sort it all. Just as we were getting a bit stressed, staff from the hotel came and asked what was to be done, told us go and relax and took care of it! That was the theme of the entire day, nothing was to much trouble and the overwhelming message to us as the bride and groom was relax...we will take care of it all.

We had our ceremony in the hotel, which was amazing. Then we moved to the conservatory, believe me it's worth stopping in just to see this yourself. After the drinks reception it was back to the room. What a transformation. It was everything we wanted and more. Food and drink flowed and its was beautiful. (Thanks Natalie for all the advice during the tasting).

On day 2 we were met with champagne and organe juice and the same friendly faces in the bar looking after our every need. Hotel organised music, we had another fantastic meal and a proper sing song till the early hours.

This hotel surpassed all our expectations. My only advice is, if like us you are planning your wedding and looking at hotels, please add the Killarney Heights to your list to go and see.

You wont regret it!

When we were searching for venues we did what most couples do, we picked our budget and what we wanted from our day and shortlisted our venues. The Heights Hotel took the lead from the beginning. We visited for a wedding fair and just fell in love. In love with the venue, with the views and with the amazing staff whom were all friendly and so professional. We booked it that day because we just knew it was the venue for us. No it doesn't have fairy light backdrops or colourful uplighting that many venues offer but for us, breath taking views and the natural light was exactly us.
We were such a chilled couple to a point where I though "oh maybe we're too relaxed", but Natalie is so good, we didn't need to be stressed or worry about what we wanted or how to make it happen, she just knew the answers, before we even formed the questions Natalie knew!
The emphasis was put on how it was our day, our wedding and the hotel would help us do it our way.
We are from Cork and with both of us working full time and having two small kids, trips up and down to Killarney weren't an option, thankfully it didn't have to be. Natalie was our point of contact and every email was answered quickly and it was just so easy. We arrived on the Friday night, where we were met with smiles, the reception staff, the bar staff, everyone was a pleasure to deal with. We ate in the bar on the Friday night and the food was amazing even then. We sat outside as it was beautiful weather and the staff would stop for a chat while collecting glasses and one bar man Mark was very witty and funny, the bridesmaids nearly invited him to the wedding.

On our wedding day there were lots of last minute table plan changes and things that should stress you out, but no, the staff has solutions to whatever issue we brought. Honestly, as a bride and groom we thought we'd have more to do, we thought we'd have to sort things but no, Natalie and her team were just on fire.
We had our ceremony in the hotel, which was nothing short of beautiful, their set up is fab, lanterns lining the alise and just a relaxed theme to the whole thing. Prior to the ceremony, Natalie met me and the girls in the room and ran through what we'd have to do and how it would go which really settled the last minute jitters.
The drinks reception conservatory is just beautiful, one of the plus sides was having the option to provide our own beer for it, the set up is great and the donut wall is just icing on the cake.
After the drinks reception we went back to the ceremony room, the set up is lovely, the table centre pieces were beautiful, the placement of everything from the Mr & Mrs sign (which is provided by the hotel), the sweet cart had a divider so it was reasonably hidden from our 17 child guests and the tables were just beautifully set up. The dinner was amazing Rachel waited on the top table and she was so friendly and again a bit of banter which worked so nicely for our day. The food really was phenomenal and we had guests with stomachs like bottomless pits telling us how impressed they were about portion sizes!
As we stumbled to bed at 515am, we were met at reception by the night porter whom took our room service order for the morning before we fell into the bridal suite, which, I must stay is nothing short of luxurious.
Finally, if I had to give a bride and groom any advise when planning their wedding it would be, book The Heights Hotel.

We cannot recommend the heights hotel highly enough. Our wedding day was amazing from start to finish. The food was outstanding, staff were fabulous, rooms were lovely and Natalie the wedding co coordinator was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and she made our day run seamlessly. We had our wedding in the Heights in April 2019. As we are living in London when we first started planning our wedding day we booked a weekend in Killarney to view several potential venues. We had read great reviews about the Heights and their amazing wedding planner Natalie and within moments of being shown around we knew it was the right venue for us. The lovely, bright and spacious wedding reception room was what really sold the Hotel to us as well as the friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Natalie's happy and bubbly personality and her passion for weddings also made the decision very easy for us.
We could not fault the hotel, staff or Natalie for all they did for us - they made organising a wedding from London very easy. We did 3 nights in the hotel - the night before the wedding, the night of the wedding and the night after. The staff were extremely attentive and nothing was ever too much trouble. Not only were both families well looked after but so many of our guests have commented on the great service and how brilliant the staff were throughout their stay there. The morning of the wedding they had an area set up for the bridal party to have our hair and make up done. They served us breakfast there and were constantly popping in to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. It was so relaxing and enjoyable having nothing to worry about the morning of the wedding and having everyone together in the one place. The wedding day itself was amazing and everything ran to plan, the food was outstanding and the service during the reception was faultless - many guests are still talking about the dinner! It was just fantastic from start to finish and Natalie was always on hand to make sure everything was running smoothly and on time. We had our day two at the hotel as well and again the staff were great and nothing was ever too much hassle.
I would highly recommend the Heights and Natalie to anyone who is thinking of getting married in Killarney!

Where do I begin?! There is so much to commend the Heights Hotel on. To begin with, we were overseas when we got engaged & when my sister viewed and recommended this hotel, from then onwards it got better and better. The staff, whether it was on reception or in reservations, always were courteous and professional with me, each & every time I rang/emailed them. I know I was one of many contacting them but I always felt my queries were dealt with promptly. Thank you!

A special thank you to Natalie, she is superb at her job. Everything appeared so effortless in how she worked to accommodate all our requests & changes. Again, I know she had other weddings & events to organise but we definitely felt solely focused on whilst dealing with her. This is a credit to her as I know organising and coordinating the wedding is a major responsibility to be given & she did an amazing job right up to the day and on the day itself. We had a great day, arrivals, seating, food etc was excellent & most of all we didn't have any worries. I highly recommend Natalie Bader to organise anyone's wedding, thank you Natalie!

We got married in the Heights at the start of October and we could not fault Natalie or the Heights. From the moment we met Natalie we knew the Heights Hotel was the venue for us. Nothing was ever an issue for Natalie, she allowed us to tailor everything to the way we wanted. Natalie made sure the day went off without any problems and made sure she got around to each table during the meal to make sure all the guests were happy. We would highly recommend the Heights Hotel for any couple looking to get married in Killarney.

The Heights Hotel Killarney was absolutely amazing and the perfect venue for our wedding. Natalie Bader and her team went above and beyond and were so helpful, especially since we were planning from abroad. No request was too big or too small, and all of our guests complimented the food, rooms, and overall experience. I would highly recommend connecting with Natalie and booking in at The Heights!

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The location is great, just a short walk from the center of Killarney with a couple of shops right next door for convenience. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and reasonably priced. The water in the shower took a while to heat up but that is very minor. We had breakfast included and it was a great spread, perfect for recovery after some late nights. We attended a wedding and the meal there was also stunning, particularly the starters (I'm still thinking about the pudding in pastry!)

To top all this off, the staff were simply amazing. From Olga, who checked us in so friendly and efficiently, to all the F&B staff we met across spending time in the bar and at the wedding itself, it felt like every member of staff wanted to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. I don't want to list everyone as I'm sure I'll forget someone but a special shout out to Derek, Kyle and Mark who put up with us in the bar, young Pat who made sure I was never without a glass of wine and that I got to try both desserts, Ivor and Joan, and all the lads at breakfast. Whatever you're doing, keep doing it. It makes a world of difference.

Highly recommend this hotel and look forward to getting back there myself sometime soon!

We had our wedding at the heights in August 2018. We loved the bright spacious room from the minute we walked into it. We had looked at quite a few before this and hadn't had that gut feeling. From the minute we booked, Natalie couldnt have done enough for us and nothing was too much hassle for her. We don't live in Killarney, so for me the coordinator was as important as the hotel itself. She is worth her weight in gold. I didn't have one worry or concern about our reception at any stage of the process. All my emails and calls were responded to ASAP. I have to say on the day, all of the staff were just amazing. The food came out steaming hot, everybody was offered seconds and loads of people commented on how nice it was. Also everybody complimented the wait staff and bar staff and what a fantastic job they did. I honestly couldn't recommend Natalie and her team enough. You wont have to worry about a thing. It's no wonder she's an award winning wedding coordinator.
The day itself went down perfectly. The food was top class and the service likewise. The guests commented on how much they enjoyed their accommodation, stating the rooms were top notch.

I would certainly give The Heights 5 out of 5!!

We just want to say a huge thank you to Natalie and all the team at the heights hotel for giving us an amazing wedding day on the 24-08-18. The food was 5star!! The young staff who served breakfast to the bridal party the morning of were just fantastic and catriona up house was super, gathering all our and our guests belongings. We also met Miguel a few times leading up to the wedding and he was a total gentleman!
Natalie thank you for making sure everything went smoothly and just how we wanted it.

I had my wedding here on the 18th Of August. We came from England so we had a 3 day wedding from Friday to Sunday. Married on the Saturday. From start to finish it was amazing. The wedding planner Natalie was so professional and everything we asked of her she done to the tee. Natalie was lovely to us and the guests. The hotel rooms especially the honeymoon suite are just lovely. The food was soo good and we had a buffet style thing on the sumday that was perfect. It was the best weekend of our lives. I would recommend this venue to anyone who wants to have a perfect wedding without the worry. I wish I could do it all again and genuinely would not change a thing. Everyone said the venue,food and staff were second to none. Go check this place out if you have upcoming nuptials. You will not regret it.

My daughter had her wedding reception recently in the heights and it was amazing - the food, the service and the attention to detail was fab. The wedding co ordinator Natalie was brilliant. I would highly recommend this hotel for any occasion.

Attended a family wedding 4th August 2018, it was our first time attending a wedding at this hotel and I cant wait for another wedding here!

The service, food and overall venue was flawless. the food that came out was pipping hot even though there was over 300 people at the wedding and they even came around with extra meat.

The waitresses and waiters were very professional. We wanted for nothing.

When we started our journey of choosing a wedding venue, we like most couples had a check list - a room to cater for a large crowd, room for people to stay, car parking facilities and overall impression.
We narrowed our list down and chose The Killarney Height's Hotel because this venue ticked all our boxes and what really ensured that The Height's Hotel was the correct venue for us was when we met Natalie. On our initial consultation, nothing was a problem. She was so accommodating to our various requests and very professional. She made us feel like we were at home.
With the moposa website provided by the hotel and reminder emails from Natalie reminding us of various things to do re the reception we knew we were in a safe pair of hands and that nothing would be overlooked.
Natalie shone again closer to the big day with the food tasting. We were undecided after the first food tasting and spoke with Natalie. She took on board our questions and observations and reassured us when we needed it most and invited us back for another food tasting - this was a great relief to us as the meal is one of the biggest talking points at a wedding.
On the day itself Natalie worked tirelessly for us in the background with her well trained team ensuring that we could really enjoy the day and not to have to worry about anything.
We enclose a photo our photographer took in the hotel's stunning garden at night. The gardens are superb at night, one of our favourite places at the hotel.

We are so delighted to have had our wedding venue as the Heights Hotel. We planned our wedding from London and it only took one visit to choose our venue, The Heights (We visited 5 in total).
The venue was everything we wanted and more, it was able to cater for all our ideas and Natalie also made that happen! It was recently undergoing refurbishment so it felt so new and fresh.
From the beginning, Natalie was so helpful and understanding, as stressful as planning a wedding can be, Natalie always made me feel calm and at ease (even through emails!)
She was able to visualise all my ideas and helped me make ALL of them happen. Even the smallest of details!
On the day of the wedding our guests were treated so amazingly by all the staff at The Heights! We received so much nice feedback the next morning at breakfast about how polite the staff were, how amazing the dinner was (and the portion sizes!).
I loved how I didn't feel at all stressed or overwhelmed when it came to the days before the wedding. I felt like everything was taken care of. I wouldn't have changed anything from our special day, id love to do it all again!
We are even planning our 1st anniversary to return to Killarney and to return to The Heights as this will always be a special place for us!

My partner Eoin and I had our wedding reception at The Heights Hotel on 2nd June 2018. At the time we made the booking we were living abroad however Natalie was more than accommodating in helping us get a real sense of the venue and what they could offer. From day one Natalie was very easy and pleasant to deal with. She is very professional in her work. Nothing was ever too much for her and we appreciate her going above and beyond to ensure we had a brilliant day. Our family and friends couldn't be happier with the food and service they received on the day. Even the venue itself was set up and decorated better than we could have ever envisioned. I would also like to say a special thanks to Jack who ensured that our guests with specific dietary requirements were more than looked after. This was much appreciated. We had our day two at the venue as well and the food, music and service provided again were great. The whole weekend was fantastic.

What can I say about the heights?? Well its nothing you guys don't already know! You hear it from every wedding party I'm sure! All the staff have been exceptionally superb and Dan and I cannot thank you enough, and I honestly mean that! Without you guys making the day run effortlessly in the background it just wouldn't have been as good as it was! Every staff member went above and beyond what we could have asked for. Well where do we start!! Dan and I booked our wedding well over a year ago with Noreen who really was wonderful to deal with,after that Natalie was dealing with us and nothing was too much trouble to her.Well we finally had our big day last Friday and from the moment we arrived for the service it was just amazing the way everything was set up.All our guest's couldn't stop taking about the meal and how efficient the staff were.Natalie and the staff of The Heights Hotel Dan and I just cant thank you enough for making our special day absolutely amazing,cant recommended this hotel enough.Thank you guys,Dan and Sheila Hourigan.

Attended a wedding reception and from start to finish the experience was faultless.

The wedding coordinator, she had everything under control and had a good presence, the waiting staff for the dinner reception were very friendly and the bar in the function room was well staffed.

The food was AMAZING, I've been to many weddings and this was well up there with the best. There wasn't a course I did not like and we had full size desserts to end the evening which made a nice change to the mini dessert plates you so often see.

Would visit again and stay without hesitation!

My wife and I had our wedding reception here late last year and we are still married! In all fairness we were delighted with the service. Natalie was extremely professional and accommodating. She put everybody at ease on the big day and she contributed so much on the run up to the wedding.

The day itself went down perfectly. The food was top class and the service likewise. The guests commented on how much they enjoyed their accommodation, stating the rooms were top notch. The only thing that could be addressed were one or two of the younger barmen were not the best and a little impolite. These guys may be seasonal staff however and the more seasoned bar staff were excellent.

I would certainly give The Heights 5 out of 5!!

My name is Tricia, we haven't met but we had our wedding reception at The Heights, on Friday December 1st. I felt compelled to contact you about our wedding.

We had the most amazing day! The staff were outstanding, as usual!
The food was amazing! The venue was beautifully decorated.
The hotel, as always, was spotless!
The Bridal Suite is gorgeous! felt so luxurious !
On the night, the Bar Manager was Jack, when we finished dancing and the pains in the feet began to set in.....he offered us a cup of tea!let me tell you it was like gold! exactly what I needed but didn't know it!

Where do I begin to complement Natalie......to put it in perspective, when deciding which hotel to hold our reception at, we narrowed it down to The Heights, and The Brehon. What made the Heights stand out was your orangery and Natalie ! and there was only about ?200-?300 in the difference, so it wasn't a decision about money.

She was so nice, helpful, honest. She made the whole process easier. She always replied to emails promptly, nothing was too much trouble for her. she had great ideas, she is a good listener, she is always so happy to see us. she really made it feel as though, our wedding was the only one on in the world! She is such a hard working person.
I cannot complement her enough!

We were absolutely thrilled with our wedding day in the Heights Hotel. Natalie the wedding coordinator was fantastic, from day one and we felt confident in her ability and immediately trusted her. The hotel has a lovely homely feel, we could just pop in whenever we were passing and nothing was a problem. The ballroom was just beautiful, the food was delicious and our guests were all very well looked after and really enjoyed themselves.

It was all taken care of, nothing was a problem, anything we asked for was done. Our wedding was an absolute dream come true! Everything was perfect!

We had our wedding here a few weeks ago and I cant recommend them enough. Between the help throughout the time from when we booked until the day was super. Our wedding coordinator Natalie was just absolutely amazing and all the staff where just so helpful. We got ready in the hotel the morning of the wedding and the staff couldn't do enough for us. And the food was out of this world. Highly recommend to have your wedding reception at The Heights. Natalie, thank you and the hotel again for such a fantastic day and weekend. We loved every minute of it and so did both our families. We will be highly recommending You's to everyone.

I would highly recommend the Killarney Heights as a wedding venue. The wedding coordinator Natalie went above & beyond and to make sure the day ran smoothly. We found Natalie very approachable and helpful; she looked after every little detail and couldn't possibly have done any more for us! The venue itself is absolutely fab from the bar to the function room to the bedroom all spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Everyone commented on how fab the drinks reception and function room was and I was blown away when I saw it fully decorated!

A huge thank you to all the staff of the Heights Hotel to help us celebrate our big day. We live in Holland and everybody was brilliant at responding to emails and answering any questions from us and our overseas guests. Our guests were delighted with the top quality service, food and staff. A special thanks to Natalie, who helped making this day the best day ever. Brendan and I were married on the 24th of June 2017 (less than a week ago). When sitting down to write this review we couldn't decide where to start as there is just so many positive things we want to say about the Killarney Heights Hotel. When we started looking at venues we read all the reviews online we could about different hotels and the Heights review were good but after experiencing what we did last Saturday they truly do not do them justice. From the minute we contacted them to the minute we left on the Monday after our wedding we received 5 star service. Nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff. This was not because we were the bride & groom, all our guests who had travelled from London, the States and around Ireland all commented on how friendly and efficient the staff were from reception (Jane & Susi), bar staff (Eamon, Jack, Miguel, Rory), housekeeping and our lovely wedding coordinator Natalie. All staff go above and beyond to help, they are exceptionally friendly, so approachable and always happy to help, nothing was too much trouble.

Natalie worked her socks off to ensure our day was incredible. Nothing was too much trouble, it was like she didn't know what the word 'No' was! Everything we asked for she went above and beyond to ensure it happened. We were not happy with our first meal tasting and together with the her support liaising with the amazing chef at the Heights we came up with a menu we were thrilled with. People are still commenting on how spectacular the food was. We had Kerry Lamb Shank / Chicken Cordon Blue, Lemon crusted Hake & a vegetarian wellington for mains. Every guest we spoke with stated how the lamb was so tender and fell off the bone, while our vegetarian guests stated it was the first wedding they attended where they could actually eat and wanted to eat the vegetarian option as it was so tasty. When the mains were coming to an end they came out again with seconds for anyone who wanted to try any of the other mains which I know a few of our guests went in for 2nd helpings some even 3rd helpings, that is how tasty the food was! In the days leading up to the wedding I dropped off props to make it more personal to Brendan & I, Natalie offered to set it all up which was amazing as I under estimated just how tired and such little time I would have in the days leading up to the wedding. Our drinks reception was beautiful, Natalie had set it up everything as I requested, it was perfect. She is very well organised & extremely cool under pressure which made us & our bridal party feel even more relaxed.

We had our next day event at the Heights also, it was my mums 60th. We had a BBQ for 70 people and surprised my mum with a cake. Again Natalie and all the staff were outstanding in ensuring the day was a huge success. Again the food was unbelievable with beautifully cooked salmon, chicken thighs and burgers + salads, and there was enough bar staff on to ensure no one was ever waiting to be served a drink. Natalie also arranged music for the BBQ which was a big hit with guests and added to the already great atmosphere. Later on that night due to the large crowd still in the bar staff brought out complimentary sandwiches & finger food of cocktail sausages & chicken nuggets to our guests. No one approached us to ask if we wanted snacks but management were great at reading the room and implemented it.

I could continue with even more positive things to say but I know it will still not do the staff / venue the justice it deserves. We cannot recommend the Killarney Heights Hotel enough. It will forever hold a very special place in our hearts and we cannot thank everyone enough for making our wedding weekend so unforgettable and so special.

The Killarney Heights is a wonderful venue for a wedding. We had a small celebration with our families. The room the reception was held was perfect for us, the food was delicious and the staff were very attentive. My only complaint was that room was decorated sparsely there was some Christmas decorations but I would have loved more. The bridal suite was amazing really beautiful. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it.

We would both like to thank everyone, for making our day so special. From the first day we booked our wedding nothing was a problem. A special thank you to Natalie for all her help in the lead up to the wedding and to the chefs for all the changes and requirements we had, thank you. We really appreciate it all. All of our guests complemented the food, and the venue. Everyone from management, bar-staff, reception, chefs, waiting staff, room service etc thank you all. We will look back on our special day with great memories and Ye all played a part.

We had our wedding in the Heights Hotel on the 29th of October 2016. From the moment we stepped foot in the hotel we were made feel like our wedding was the most important and special day to every member of the staff. The wedding coordinate,Natalie, was amazing. She supported us in every way and used her knowledge to guide us in every little detail. Every request we had, big or small, was met with a "no problem". Our guests raved about our wedding. The food was exceptional. Seconds and even thirds were offered. The chef even made a personalised surprise treat for the dessert, which ment a lot to us. The wine was beautiful. Service was extremely well staffed, highly trained and swift. The function room is the nicest I have ever been in. Bright and airy with beautiful views from every window of the mountains. The bridal suite is fabulous. Many of our guests were from outside the county. They were extremely impressed with every aspect of the hotel, the rooms, breakfast, dinner and the friendly staff. Our wedding met every dream of ours and that is truly down to this fabulous hotel and its staff. Thank you.

Natalie! She was absolutely brilliant, she was so helpful and friendly we felt completely at ease with her and she made us feel that anything we asked for wasn't a problem. We would highly recommend the Heights Hotel Killarney for any prospective couples out there looking to have a Wedding Reception to remember in Kerry! We had our Wedding Reception there on 27th August 2016. From the initial meeting with Noreen and the follow up meetings with Natalie they were so helpful and accommodating, no query was too big or too small! Natalie went above and beyond in getting back to any questions we had leading up to the big day! The day itself flowed like clockwork, Noreen and Natalie were always within eyeshot if we had a query and met us on arrival to put us at ease. The waiting staff and bar staff were very friendly and professional. The Wedding Reception Room speaks for itself, it is absolutely stunning! It is bright with fabulous views of the Kerry Mountains, yet has a lovely vintage feel, just like the Drinks Reception area with French widows. It is the ideal venue, lots of free parking outside and a welcome atmosphere inside by all the staff. The meal too was amazing, we are still getting compliments from guests on the food and the service which was second to none! So if you are looking for a day to remember, look no further than the Heights Hotel Killarney, you will not be sorry. Mary and Steve :-)

We would just like to thank Sandra and all the staff at the Heights Hotel for making our wedding so fantastic. We had an amazing day and a truly wonderful experience with the Heights. Sandra made organising the day so easy and hassle free - she was always willing to talk with us or meet us. On the day, everything was superb from the drinks reception to the ballroom to the honeymoon suite. The food was divine! The whole evening ran like clockwork. Exceptional venue

Got married last year in Heights. Beautiful hotel and great staff. Very helpful with all wedding requests. Set up candy table and put all my table decoration. Food was fab and all guest said there was plenty of it. Would highly recommend.

Just a few words to say a huge THANK U to all the amazing staff at the Heights Hotel!! Our Wedding day on the 7th June just passed was the happiest day of both our lives and was made extra special by the most friendly, helpful and polite staff who was there for us every step of the way throughout our special day!! The food was out of this world, the hotel is truly stunning and the staff were the most friendly, helpful staff that us and all our guests have ever experienced!!
