Langtons honestly couldn't do enough for us. Sean and Louise were fantastic through the whole planning process and on the day itself. Everyone commented on how beautiful a venue it was and the food was outstanding!

We had our wedding in Langtons last month, Louise and Sean were a pleasure to deal with and I can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend langtons for a wedding, they are so accommodating, professional and everyone working there is lovely! We had an amazing day!

Langton's was the second wedding we looked at and we had no expectations. From the moment we stepped in the venue we loved it. The deal was basically sealed when saw the Set Theatre and instantly saw ourselves getting married. From that point on Sean and Louise were an absolute dream to work with. We lived in Canada while we planned the wedding and Sean and Louise were incredibly accommodating with calls and video chats. Sean helped guide us thru the running order of the day and showed us that we didn't need to worry about anything on the day. During our photos, we were caught in a biblical rain storm that flooded the street and parts of Langton's. Sean stepped in straight away and reorder the planned events to allow us to dry off. He made sure we were looked after the entire day and night. Most of our wedding had never been to Kilkenny, and they loved it. The food and service were second to none. Sean had worked with, or heard of, all of our suppliers, adding another layer of security that we had made the right decision. Langton's has won countless awards for a reason.

We're so grateful for Sean and Louise for the work they put in to create such a special day for our friends, family and us.
Nothing was ever a problem, the food was exceptional, the ease of booking and a lot of our vendors had a great relationship with Langtons which made the whole thing so smooth.

Everyone commented on how relaxed the wedding was and the late bar contributed to people saying it was the best wedding they were ever at!

Langtons was perfect! They handled everything with such ease, my partner and I didn't have to worry about anything. We got married in their beautiful conservatory, had our meal in the restaurant and chose the middle bar for our afters for a more relaxed vibe. As a vegetarian I was worried about the food options, but as soon as I took the first bites during our tasting session I was in love with the menu. From the starter to the main course and even a special vegan dessert were all delicious, so much so that a lot of non veggies/vegans went for the vegan options. Service from all the staff was amazing and both Sean and Louise were so helpful all the way up to and including the day of the wedding. Stephen who guided us through the wedding day was really lovely and we had nothing to worry about as he looked after all the details and made us feel at relaxed throughout our day. Both my husband and I could not recommend Langtons enough, whether you're having a big wedding or a small wedding, like our own, they have a venue and style to suit every wedding with an amazing variety in their menu options.

Sean Read and the Langton's team were brilliant to deal with from the start. We rescheduled twice during Covid and Sean and Langton's facilitated both wedding date changes and accommodation changes as we had booked in a contingent of guests travelling over from the UK! We had a number of face-to-face meetings with Sean and it was a really great way to get to know him and we always felt he listened and always made helpful suggestions. Emails and phone calls were always responded to, and we always felt like they cared - both the wedding and accommodations team whom we mostly dealt with. I would say that Sean really knows his stuff when it comes to how the day will go with timings and the likes and would really encourage couples to take his advice! We had a really lovely meal tasting experience about 6 weeks before the wedding and our feedback was listened to. The meal was fantastic on the day with a huge number of compliments from our guests. We also booked an evening before event in Harry's Bar and the bar staff and restaurant staff were great. On the morning of the wedding the staff were so helpful, and Sean put both of us, bride and groom, at ease. We had Langton's cater our ceremony venue, external to the hotel, for post-ceremony drinks and sweet treats and they provided a fantastic service, everything was spot on. When we arrived to Bridies Bar our guests were all being looked after and content. We had our meal in the ballroom and asked Sean to do a table arrangement to our design and they had set it up beautifully. There was also no issue with staff helping our florist move flowers into the dinner reception as they had travelled over from our ceremony venue. The set up later for the band and Dj in The Set was great and they even moved our decor in there which was really thoughtful. Everyone complimented the evening BBQ food we had. We had an open bar all day and the staff were fantastic at letting us know when the tab had reached certain amounts so we could decide whether to keep the tab open or to close it. Our guests who had stayed a few nights in the hotel were also very happy with their accommodation and all complimented the decor of the hotel and quality of food and service. We couldn't give Langton's and the wedding team anything other than 5 stars, they truly went above and beyond our expectations.

We had an incredible day to remember in langtons. Sean and the team went above and beyond for us both in the lead up to our special day and for our wedding as well. We enjoyed a wonderfully intimate ceremony in the theater that was still large enough to fit our 130ish guests. Our celebrant Dr.Willie Collins ( who was recommended by Langton's) brought a charm and warmth to our ceremony. The ballroom was decorated perfectly, the layout of the hotel is built for weddings. We enjoyed our ceremony in the theater then on one of the hottest days of the year enjoyed drinks in the beer garden with all our family and friends. After a quick walk with our wedding party to Kilkenny Castle with our amazing photographer ( Joe Conroy) we returned to the ballroom for our diner and the band for a fun filled night of dancing to Transmitter ( also recommended by Langton's). Finally we danced to the wee hours of the morning to some incredibly nostalgic 90's and 00's Dance anthems from the supplied DJ. Ultimately I waited 14 years to marry my now wife and we are very fortunate that we chose to get married in Langton's and I would highly recommended it to anyone else currently looking. We are very lucky we had Sean, Ciara and the team at langtons who helped make our day special.

We knew we picked the right venue for our wedding once we looked through Langtons wedding brochure. We didn't even look anywhere else as everything we wanted was available in one venue. We wanted somewhere that we didn't have to travel between ceremony and venue and also a chilled and relaxed day in the June sunshine and that's exactly what Langtons created for us. From the moment we met Sean, he made sure our requests and needs were well looked after and gave us such guidance. From the menu tasting, picking a band and DJ to choosing a celebrant for our ceremony, Langtons had it all thought of in their wedding brochure so we did not need to look elsewhere. The Set Theatre was stunning for our ceremony and the Langtons Ballroom for our reception was just magical. Each and everyone of our guests commented on how amazing Langtons was as alot of them had never been there before. The wedding meal itself, not one person could fault it and was served by such professional and dedicated staff. We were so delighted to have picked Langtons as our wedding venue and will make sure to visit again and again in the years ahead

Where to start! What a stunning venue. Neither of us had been in Langtons prior to going to view it and we just fell in love straight away. It's not your standard hotel venue, which is what we were after. The decor in all of the different areas is beautiful!
We had to change our wedding date once due to covid, our wedding coordinator Sean could not have been more helpful. Louise who works closely with Sean and all of the team in reservations and the front desk always went above and beyond any time we were in contact.
We had our menu tasting two months before the wedding and we were so well looked after by all of the food and beverage staff.
We had to go from 160 to 100 guests just days before our wedding so there was some quick rearranging to do but everything went off with out a hitch.
We got married in The Set Theatre, we didn't have live music throughout our ceremony but Sean made sure we had our choice of music hooked up to the system in house and it was everything we'd hoped for and more.
Our guests were blown away by everything throughout the day, the food, the service and the setting. We wanted our wedding to be a big party and not too formal and with the help of everyone at Langtons, that's exactly wat it was.
I would highly recommend Langtons to anyone who was thinking of booking.
We can't wait to visit again!

The first time we went to Langtons we knew that was our venue, it was amazing.

We changed our date 3 times due to Covid and it was never a problem for Sean, he was always on the other end of the phone/email and if he wasn't available Helen always was!

We really couldn't fault one thing on our big day in Langtons, the staff were incredible ???? the food was amazing, and there was no delay with service during courses!

Anything we asked for or asked them to do was never a problem, Graham looked after our table along with Sean the evening of our wedding, he is so professional and a great asset to the team.
I honestly can't thank Sean and his team enough, they gave us the best day ever!

I would highly recommend this venue to any bride or groom, you won't be disappointed.

How to find the words to describe how amazing Sean and his team at Langton House Hotel are? It's a tough one! The work and effort Sean and his team put in to making our day so amazing was unbelieveable. Everytime we spoke with Sean, he made everything so easy and took all the stress out of planning our wedding. Even though Covid restrictions were changing what seemed like daily, Sean and Langtons were super, allowing us to wait to see if we wanted to change our original date (Feb 2021) and when we decided we did want to change date, found us another date that suited us(July 2021), with no penelty to us. We had our ceremony and reception at Langtons and our friends and family are still raving about how fabulous the venue looked, how delicious the food was, how attentive the staff were and how beautiful the rooms were. Anything we asked for, Sean delivered. Sorting out our wedding cake last minute due to a mixup? no problem. heat wave roasting all our guests? Gourmet icepops to keep everyone cool. we sourced our (amazing)photographer at a wedding fair held in langtons and while covid impacted our ability to have live music at our reception, Langtons and sean would have looked after all that had it been allowed, and it meant we did not have to follow up with a band and DJ with bookings and cancellations, which took so much pressure off of us. sean is an actual magician, popping up wherever needed, never obtrusive and the staff are so attentive, when we(bride and groom) came back inside after photos, ice cold drinks and delicious canapes arrived at our elbows like magic. dinner service was beautifully timed and the food delicious, food allergies (and picky eaters!) all looked after, and the desserts were amazing, with mutiple passes of drinks and food. we had such a wonderful day, we were made to feel like we were the most important people in the universe and have been on a high ever since. cannot recommend Sean and Langton house hotel highly enough, they are amazing.

We had a fabulous wedding weekend, we felt like royalty for the whole time and Sean and him team went above and beyond with making our day so special despite of covid restrictions. I cant wait to go back for our anniversary already! Its such a unique venue you will not be disappointed !

We had our ceremony and reception in the Set theatre in Langtons Hotel in Kilkenny. The theatre is a gorgeous venue with its own stage and private courtyard. You wouldn't think you were in a busy hotel.
Their wedding co-ordinator Sean Read is amazing! He's very responsive to emails and so easy to work with. He answered every query we had. He was so accommodating with special requests or any changes we needed to make to the package. We had a number of polish guests who didn't speak English and Sean helped us out by having menus printed in polish for their table and having polish and English speaking staff on the bar and serving the meal to make all our guests comfortable. He checked in with us a number of times throughout the day and evening to make sure we were happy with everything. And kept the day on schedule.
The food in langtons is delicious! And they give plenty of it which is great. Especially with the pig on the spit for the evening food, which everyone raved about afterwards.
All the staff from servers to receptionists were so friendly, helpful and polite. On every occasion we've been there. They're a credit to the hotel.
The packages in langtons are honestly the best value I came across while searching for a venue. And they include so much compared to almost every other hotel we looked into. They have a number of rooms to choose from for your wedding and they are all beautifully decorated. You really don't need much extra decor at all!

We got married in Langton house hotel on the 17th of January. I could not the praise this venue enough its absolutely stunning in every aspect. We knew the first time we viewed it that it was "the one". We had our drinks reception in the SET theatre which is just absolutely stunning and such a great atmosphere. Followed by our evening reception in the ballroom. All my guests are still raving about how good the food was. But what really stands out most of all about langtons is the service from all the amazing staff, they are helpful in every way and could not do enough. A very special mention to Se?n, from the day we decided on langtons to our wedding day, Se?n was always on hand to answer any questions or to help in any way he could. He is an incredible asset to Langtons. I really could not recommend Langtons enough to any couple on the hunt for the perfect venue.

We had our wedding on the 8th.m of November 2019 and from start to finish we could not fault it. Sean Reid was amazing any questions we had he answered right away and the whole staff on the night were flawless. Myself and my husband would not have changed a thing from the food,to the service, to the room we were blown away. The package that langton offer is unbeatable and every guest raved about the relax atmosphere. 10 out of 10.

We got married on the 28th September in Langtons in the Set Theatre, we had our ceremony, dinner and afters all in the Set Theatre. We got engaged in December and by January we met with Sean the coordinator in Langtons. Langtons was the only venue that we viewed after researching online, and we booked on the spot for our wedding 9 months later, we absolutely adored the Set and our meeting with Sean went great absolutely nothing could faze him. We didn't want a super traditional day we wanted it to be very casual and relaxed, so we decided on BBQ for mains with no set seating, Sean was able to help us envisage this and gave us great advice and ideas for the day. The staff in reservations were brilliant in the months leading up to the day as I was allocating all the rooms I had to swap and make changes frequently and they were so on the ball and helpful night and day whenever I emailed. We stayed in Langtons for 3 days for the wedding, and we felt looked after to the last, the staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is ran so well, many of our guests came to us to tell us how nice their rooms were. The day itself went so well, I felt we didn't have to worry about anything, the staff at Langtons are so good at what they do nothing seems like too much bother, we had lots of people coming into the hotel very close to the ceremony time and everybody was checked into their rooms so quickly, they decorated the room beautifully for us and the service throughout the day was great, the bar staff and serving staff were lovely and super efficient. I would 100% recommend Langtons to anybody looking for their wedding venue, I think you cant get better in terms of the service, food and the management. The hotel itself is also gorgeous and it was lovely to spend the 3 nights there, we were in the bar the night before and after and got food both nights and it was all great and very reasonable. If I could choose Langtons again to have my wedding I definitely would!!

We had the most fantastic day! From the moment we booked we knew we had the perfect venue. We got married on 14th September 2019 in The Set, Langton House Hotel, Kilkenny. We had 100 adult and 14 children guests. Our wedding meal in the Ball Room and then back into The Set for the afters. The day after our wedding we had a BBQ for family in Bridie's Bar. In the lead up to our wedding day, I had loads of questions and guidance as to how the day would go - the Langton's team were always at the end of a phone call or email (I made a few of both :)). The Langton's team recommended local suppliers which was a big help to us. We had guests from Ireland, Scotland, England, USA and all had a fantastic stay in Langton House Hotel and raved about the food over the whole weekend (wedding day and our BBQ the day after). Sean and the team knew what we wanted and it made our day flow exactly how we imagined. Cannot praise the staff enough. We held our wedding ceremony in the Set Theatre, which is such a unique special venue. Our guests are still talking about the Wow factor in the Set. The second we walked into The Set Theatre we knew this would be the place we'd be married, and it was the perfect choice!

Langtons really has everything, so many lovely little nooks and crannies and beautiful rooms. We descended on Langtons for 3 days in September 2019, and the staff were just incredible during our stay. Our ceremony in The Set was beautiful, the art deco surroundings of the ballroom made our dinner really special, and the party back in The Set with the best band & DJ around (Till Death Do Us Party) meant that our guests are still raving about the night months later.

Sean Read as wedding planner has been incredible since the first day we met him almost 2 years ago. Knowledgeable, helpful, matter of fact, he gets the job done so well with no fuss. Brid was brilliant too. The same goes for all the staff we came across in Langtons over the 2 years planning and 2 day party, from receptionists to bar staff to housekeeping, just really lovely helpful people.

Myself & Shane are SO glad we chose this amazing venue, in the heart of gorgeous Kilkenny, for our wedding celebration. Can't recommend it enough.

Sean Read is an expert in his field. His humour, dedication and experience, along with his amazing team made it easy to plan a wedding from England. Hotel - Langtons is a beautiful traditional Irish pub from the outside. Inside, you are met with an impressive bar, a tardis full of wonderful surprises and stylish d?cor. The bedrooms are beautiful. SET Theatre - Langtons created the most relaxed, intimate and unique setting for our ceremony. We loved it. After dinner, they transformed it into the ultimate party venue. The atmosphere was unreal. We partied until the sun came up. Ballroom ? This was a dream come true for our dinner setting. It was STUNNING. Our guests were wowed. Food - The food was exceptional. Everyone was amazed that we had a choice of starter, main course and dessert. That is pretty unheard of for most venues when you are catering for 200 people. Outstanding. Service - the catering staff served with excellence and kept our guests happy, nothing was too much trouble. The bar service was the best I've ever known at a wedding. No one was left waiting for a drink. Ask our hangovers! Bridies Bar ? a beautiful place to host the day after the night before. Our guests who travelled from England loved the traditional feel - a little step back in time. Price ? We chose the Platinum package. Our guests said it must have cost us a fortune. Of course we tell them it did...When actually it didn't. You will not be disappointed with the quality you receive for the amount you pay. Everything was amazing from beginning to finish. Myself and bridesmaids and flower girls stayed night before and from then we had nothing to do. Sean is a genius ,amazing at what he does. Makes everything easy and comfortable..

From helping the bridal party get ready and organised for the church, to drinks reception, to dinner and afters in the Set they could not have been more helpful or professional. Everyone in Langtons really gave us the perfect day, they were a dream to deal with and ensured we had zero stress....truly a special team and venue for a wedding.

We could not recommend Langtons as a wedding venue more highly. From start to finish we had the most amazing day as did our guests. It's a venue that's just made for craic and mingling. Our initial drinks reception was in the outdoor area which was fab as it was a sunny day but also covered over enough for the few showers that we had. We then had the rest of the evening in the ballroom which is just such a beautiful room. The food was unreal (the fish and chips option went down a treat) and the staff were quick with the wine top ups. We loved the fact that the bar is in the same room and that the smoking area is just through the conservatory. It kept the guests together somewhat. Another thing we loved is that we were allowed to have our second round of food after the band at around half 12 which was late enough so that people were actually hungry again and wanted it. It was a pig on a spit with all the extras and it was unreal. We were also able to have a fairly rowdy sing song in the residents bar afterwards. Most of our guests including ourselves had never been at a wedding in Langtons and people have been raving about it since. Se?n and Br?d were extremely helpful beforehand as were all the reception staff. We couldn't fault the whole experience. Loved every minute.

We got married in Langtons House Hotel on June 6th 2019. It was absolutely stunning such a hidden treasure beautifully decorated and designed behind a busy street in Kilkenny! We had an amazing day. The guests were really blown away by how friendly and helpful the staff were. People are still applauding the service and the food. They thought it was magnificant particularly the fish and chips which went down a treat, well all of it did really! Organising such a big event can be very stressful however Sean made it extremely easy for us. There was never an issue. The attention to detail was outstanding. Sean and his team were fantastic from the drinks reception in The Set to the dinner in the ballroom. The way they had it all laid out just the way we wanted. We had a vision and they ensured it became a reality! The service was 5 star! All our wishes were granted. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you for such wonderful memories.

From the moment that my wife and I stepped inside Langtons we knew that it would be a very special place for our wedding. With their quirky bars, beautiful gardens and magnificent theatre everything was in place to make it a wonderful day. But what really makes Langtons special is their wedding organiser Sean Read and all their staff. It is no exaggeration to say that Sean went above and beyond the call of duty on numerous occasions both in the build up and on the day itself. On our wedding day, Langtons' experience of hosting numerous events like this shone through and Sean was a real calming presence in everything he did. Both in terms of value for money and the actual experience itself I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Langtons if were you thinking of a venue for any special occasion.

Sean and the team at Langtons made all our wedding dreams come true! From the minute I reached out to Langtons from Canada to talk about the possibility of having our wedding there I knew that we would be taken care of. Planning a wedding from abroad is no easy task but Sean made the planning less stressful and everything turned out perfectly. Having a venue and team that looked after everything from the ceremony to the reception hour, dinner to the band and dj and all the little things in between was the best decision we made. My now husband had never seen the venue until a few days prior to the wedding and just like I was the first time I set foot in there he was blown away by the wonderful staff and 5 star customer service and attention to detail. The most stressful part of the wedding planning for me was wondering about all the little details and how they would be taken care of on the day. I knew I was in capable hands and not one thing or worry was on my mind that day. I can't thank the staff enough for making our day perfect. Our friends and family have been raving about the venue, the food, the music and the staff. Matt and I would highly recommend Langtons as an all-inclusive wedding venue. What can I say about Langton House Hotel to be honest all the words I could write would never sum up our experience or just how wonderful this place truly is. From our very first meeting with Sean we knew that was it we had to get married there the hotel literally took our breath away with such beautiful rooms what really stood out for us was its not your typical hotel every bit of decor is so quirky and fab but fits so well together. The staff are amazing each and everyone they really couldn't have done enough and made us feel so loved and welcome. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The food was superb still now 5months on people are still talking about the food and how it was restaurant quality it was divine to say the least. We were so sad to leave Langtons after the best few days of our lives and because the planning can take a while it felt like we knew everyone and it was like leaving friends. I WOULD 100MILLION% recommend Langtons to any future bride and groom.

We had our wedding two weeks ago in the Set Theatre followed by the reception in Langtons Ballroom and it was amazing! I had been stressing out coming up to the wedding and Se?n made me feel completely at ease. He couldn't have done any more for us. I was so relaxed on the day because of how well Se?n and his team had treated us in the days and weeks before the wedding.

Our ceremony went off without a hitch and the Set looked wonderful and the sound was perfect for our music.

Langtons had a bad fire at Christmas time and the kitchens were still out of action at my wedding but you wouldn't have known it. Everybody was singing the praises of the food. It was delicious!

Se?n was more than accommodating with my personal quirks! I wanted full control of the music in the venue and he ensured that I could by allowing me to choose the background music at the drinks reception and for during our meal.

The following day we had Bridies booked where we had finger food for our visiting guests. This was part of our package and again, the service was just amazing.

Our suppliers were mainly booked at Langtons own wedding fair where we got great deals on everything from our cake to our car and it gave me great piece of mind to have suppliers who know the venue and the team.

We had people travelling from all over Ireland and further afield and they all said that they loved Langtons and would come and stay with them again.

I will admit I was a ball of nerves with the stress of organising the day but Langtons made everything so easy for us. I wouldn't hesitate a moment to recommend them for a wedding.

Top class venue, top class food, top class staff. Could not rate Langton House Hotel enough. Very easy to deal with Sean and the day could not have went any better.

From the day we went to view the venue to the day of the wedding itself we couldn't speak highly enough of Sean and the team at Langtons. We knew within minutes of arriving that the venue was perfect for us. The wedding packages we found were very reasonable and also very flexible. We hired our own band and were able to amend the price without any issue. The Set Theatre is a fabulous venue for an intimate wedding, full of character and the acoustics for the music we had during our ceremony was excellent. Sean was there throughout the day of our wedding. He was a gentleman and it was evident he cared to provide the best possible day the hotel could provide us. This was not only noticed by us but many of guests commented on the quality of the service they received also. Everything from the food, wine, decor and service was top class and we would have no hesitation in providing Langton House Hotel with a recommendation to any couple planning their wedding day.

Sean and his staff in Langton House Hotel went up and beyond for us on our wedding day. They did everything they could to make the day go smoothly and not one thing went wrong and there was no stress on either of us, our day was perfect and that's down to Sean and his amazing team. We had our wedding reception in Langtons earlier this year & couldn't recommend it highly enough. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Sean who organised everything for us - from day 1 we knew we had made the right choice in choosing Langtons. Nothing was any trouble & everything was left in Sean's capable hands. The staff, the setting, Bridies for pre-drinks, the food, everything was amazing. Our wedding on 28-Dec-18, thanks to Langton House Hotel and all of their staff, was an unforgettable day and the very best one of our lives. Sean Read, with the assistance of Br?d, co-ordinated everything from start to finish. They made everything so easy for us; any request we made was a piece of cake for them, they were so accommodating and flexible. People will know there was a fire at the venue just 3 days before our big day. Before we'd even heard the news, Sean had been in touch to inform us that our wedding would not be affected and that turned out to be very true. Our meals actually ended up being prepared over 3km away and people wouldn't have had a clue. This just shows what the team there will do for you when required. The food was incredible and the character of the venue was even better. With everything above considered, it's unbelievable value for money as well. We cannot recommend this venue highly enough.

There was never any doubt that we wanted our wedding reception in Langton's. Having spent a lot of time frequenting the night club when we were younger and attending numerous family events, communions, confirmations and christenings along with the gorgeous restaurant food and decor we knew that this was the right place, and we didn't even look at any other venues. The first time we met with Se?n Read confirmed that we had made the right choice, we knew we were in fantastic hands and once we had all the small details finalised, we would have nothing to worry about on the day and we were right. Se?n and all of his team were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the whole planning process and everything came together so well in the end. We had our drinks reception in the beautiful SET theatre, our gorgeous meal in the stunning Ballroom and back to the SET for our evening reception, which worked out so well and all of our guests thought this was great as the band were set up and ready to go in the SET after the meal. On the day, everything went like clockwork (and if anything didn't we didn't even know about it or realise) - the staff were excellent, all of our guests with special requests were looked after with ease. I specifically remember Lorraine helping me out with sourcing some pins to tack up my dress for our first dance, nothing was a problem! and Eamonn Langton coming to wish us congratulations throughout the meal. The girls on reception were always efficient with email replies and special requests. All of our guests had nothing but high praise for the venue itself, the food, the staff and the excellent service and attention to detail. After all it's the little things that matter most! Our Wedding Day really was the best day ever and we have the most amazing memories, every time we visit Langton's now it takes us right back and I would highly recommend it to any couple searching for an ideal venue. It's what they do, and what they do best :)

We had the best Wedding Day at Langton House Hotel 4 months ago. It is a very difficult decision on picking a venue, thankfully we made the right decision. Sean and the staff at the hotel were fantastic - very attentive, professional and friendly. The Set Theatre is a special place, not to mention the beautiful ballroom with 20ft ceilings! The food was fantastic also. I would highly recommend this Hotel and we look forward to making it back there soon. Lesley & Damien.

Langtons house hotel is an outstanding wedding venue. From the second we had our first meeting right through until the day after our wedding they were excellent- they went above and beyond, always organised and professional and gave us the freedom to have the wedding we wanted. Anything we wanted to do or organise it was no problem. Sean reid is a HUGE asset to the team. He is outstanding at his job , very organised and calm and prompt and a real gentleman.
On the day everything was 110%- the food the venue the service were all amazing. Most weddings one of the complaints people have is the waiting throughout the meal but not here! The service is excellent and perfectly timed and thats as a result of so much experience in this area. We loved our day and if we were to do it again langtons would 100% be our choice again -we have no regrets?

All the staff in langtons from food service right down to to planning where amazing. Any little question I had Sean or the girls on reception answered it. Sean was amazing he done everything we asked. The day was amazing and the food was fantastic.

Absolutely amazing venue. The actual place is amazing, but the staff are equally amazing. We really really had the best day ever. The hospitality, friendliness and service of this hotel is what every other hotel should try live up to.
