Story
Orlagh House is a truly unique venue, a country house situated in the foothills of the Dublin mountains with spectacular views out over the city stretching out as far as the Irish sea. While being located just 25 minutes from the airport or city centre, you will get all of the feeling of a gorgeous country estate at this lavish house, which sleeps 30 people.
Built in 1790, Orlagh House remains rich with history and has kept its original beauty. It is set on 50 acres of unspoiled land with a ballroom for up to 120 formally seated. Orlagh House has many beautiful places for you to celebrate your wedding weekend. We offer a private haven where couples can escape the norm and have a truly unforgettable Celebration and Wedding to remember.
Starting in 2024 we are concentrating on wedding weekends. Two to three nights where couples with their families and friends truly get to soak up the Orlagh Estate experience: the secret garden cabin, orchard walks, and a wedding party to remember, with a day to relax and enjoy the panoramic views over Dublin.

We have 14 unique bedrooms at Orlagh House available for you and your guests. All our bedrooms are situated in the main house with a number having spectacular views. All have access to either En-suites or private bathrooms in each of the wings with towel service.

Menus
Whether your choice is a formal sit-down meal or a relaxed informal BBQ we will work with you to create your perfect dining experience.
All menus are changed seasonally, and all ingredients are sourced locally.

Our fantastic caterer is The Right Catering Company who provide a wide variety of options to suit all preferences. The old Oratory in the house is perfect for a formal dining set up, with a capacity of 120. Alternatively we have lots of outside space for a BBQ or food truck option for larger numbers.
