The Abbey Hotel

We got married here September last year. From the first viewing we loved houlw cosy it was and how friendly the staff are. Lorna the wedding coordinator was absolutely unreal. She's a laugh, and puts you at ease throughout. All the staff were incredible from start to finish. Alot of our guest complimented the waiters/waitress serving dinner. Nothing was too much hassle for lorna from wedding nerves to table plans she made everything seem so simple. Geraldine, Tom, lorna and all the staff at the Abbey are absolutely amazing. The venue is fab. Beautiful gardens. The kids loved it too as there is a small area they could play if it got to loud.

Mother of the Bride - The Abbey Hotel were absolutely amazing! The wedding co-ordinator was brilliant and she saw to everything in a calm yet unobtrusive manner. The hotel itself is a super venue for a wedding and it hosts the ruins of Roscommon Castle nearby which coupled with the gardens within the hotel make for an excellent wedding backdrop for photos! The food was excellent as always for the Abbey and the service was perfectly timed. A complementary bedroom were given to the parents of the bride and the groom which i thought was a really nice touch. All in all a wonderful experience and much kudos to the staff and management of the Abbey Hotel.

We got married this may 31st 2019.We had such an amazing day from start to finish.Julie our wedding co ordinator was so easy to deal with and helped us with everything.a pleasure to deal with.The food was so delicious and everybody commented on it.The grealy family we're so welcoming and the setting of this beautiful hotel from the garden to the décor made it so special ...

From start to finish. The Abbey were so helpfull and accomadating. They helped where they could and made our wedding so enjoyable and relaxing. The staff were so friendly and competant.

The staff at the hotel are remarkable, efficient, friendly and accommodating. We were delighted with every aspect of the day especially the food which our guests are still raving about! Beautiful grounds and hotel - we got some amazing shots on our video and gorgeous photos too!

Best decision we made to have our wedding in The Abbey. Everything was amazing on the day. So many of our guests contacted us to say how fantastic the food and service was.The decor was just beautiful and all lovely friendly staff. Ann and Danny were a pleasure to deal with.

Amazing venue and the food is to die for , couldn’t fault anything . Did everything myself to decorations to Centre pieces and all went extremely well on the day .
