The Bayview at Ballycotton

From the very first day we met issac we knew the bayview was it for us..

The location and the views alone were perfect but issac was friendly and very professional also. There was no ask too big or too small leading up to the day. He always replied to my emails (of which there were a lot ) and answered every question.

On the day and for the whole weekend every member of staff went above and beyond even if they had spent hours running around after us. They were friendly with all guests even the kids running around the place.

The ceremony room was beautifully set up, everything we wanted and the dining room was just perfect as well.

The service during the meal was absolutely brilliant and all of our guests spoke about how amazing the food was from the canapes to the night time food. We had quiet a lot of dietary requirements and they catered to every single one of them.

The smoothness of the whole day was all thanks to the staffs efficiency on the day and if there was any issues we the Bride and groom knew nothing about it which meant we were totally relaxed and enjoyed our whole weekend even more.

I specifically want to thank issac , ciaran in the kitchen, Suzanne in the reception and josh one of the waiters. What they alone did to make our day perfect will never be forgotten..

I cannot praise Maria and her staff in The Bayview Hotel enough. Maria and the team including Ciaran a very well renowed chef are all excellent at their profession. We were always reassured and put at ease. Any requests we had were so accommodated without the blink of an eye. The food was excellent and this is something that I am hearing again and again from my guests as I meet them weeks on. The choices on the menu are superb which make it a hard task to narrow down but thankfully Maria was able to help us with this too.
This location is fantastic as there are very few places that have the views that Bayview offer.
We honestly had the best time in the Bayview for the weekend and I would not change one thing. I can't recommend it enough.

The bayview hotel is amazing, from their stunning views to delicious food and great staff. I can't say enough good stuff about the place. People are raving about the food still, it was fine dining not the usual wedding food you get. Fillet steaks cooked to order and monkfish! They are a great choice of food to pick. All the staff were great, but especially Maria and Vicki the wedding co-ordinators, they both went above and beyond, two of the nicest people you could ever meet. All I can say is thanks so much to everyone at the Bayview for making our special day.

We had our wedding here last August and the staff were all so lovely and so helpful. I was a reluctant bride type, I didn't want bridezilla type fuss, but Maria made sure it was perfect! Great food (almost 60 fillet steaks cooked to individual order, beautiful local fresh fish) great bar staff and I think if I'd asked Maria and her team to button my dress she would have smiled and said no problem! Made great memories for us all. Look forward to going back this summer for a lazy weekend.
