I cannot praise Maria and her staff in The Bayview Hotel enough. Maria and the team including Ciaran a very well renowed chef are all excellent at their profession. We were always reassured and put at ease. Any requests we had were so accommodated without the blink of an eye. The food was excellent and this is something that I am hearing again and again from my guests as I meet them weeks on. The choices on the menu are superb which make it a hard task to narrow down but thankfully Maria was able to help us with this too. This location is fantastic as there are very few places that have the views that Bayview offer. We honestly had the best time in the Bayview for the weekend and I would not change one thing. I can't recommend it enough.

Maria at the Bayview hotel was an absolute dream to deal with. I cant thank her enough. The food was amazing, the service outstanding. There is absolutely NOT one thing I could find fault with the Bayview Hotel. They helped make our day so special.

My wife and I held our wedding at the Bayview hotel this year, and I could not fault the place. I would highly recommend the venue for anyone's big day. The staff went above and beyond to ensure the day went smoothly with no issues. We will for sure be back for another visit as a married couple this time :).

The bayview hotel is amazing, from their stunning views to delicious food and great staff. I can't say enough good stuff about the place. People are raving about the food still, it was fine dining not the usual wedding food you get. Fillet steaks cooked to order and monkfish! They are a great choice of food to pick. All the staff were great, but especially Maria and Vicki the wedding co-ordinators, they both went above and beyond, two of the nicest people you could ever meet. All I can say is thanks so much to everyone at the Bayview for making our special day.

The Bay Hotel Arklow wow they couldn't help enough they were just great my day was perfect thanks to Orla she was there any time I needed anything day or night.

What can I say about the Bayview - the view is great, the food is wonderful, the rooms are lovely but to be honest the real secret weapon are the people that work there. We chose to have our wedding there in September of this year and the day could not have been more perfect. Maria and the team put with up with my slightly frayed nerves in the run up to the big day, organised all of the rooms for the guests and even told me where to get the make up done - now that is service and alll done with a smile. All of their advice was impeccable and I will be eternally grateful for that 15 minutes when they took everyone into the dining room and we could have a libation (though I had coffee....) and just breathe (and probably for the first time all day). If you have a chance to drop down to this lovely part of East Cork make sure that you drop into the Bayview and if you are planning your nuptials you could not hope to find a better place.

We had our wedding here last August and the staff were all so lovely and so helpful. I was a reluctant bride type, I didn't want bridezilla type fuss, but Maria made sure it was perfect! Great food (almost 60 fillet steaks cooked to individual order, beautiful local fresh fish) great bar staff and I think if I'd asked Maria and her team to button my dress she would have smiled and said no problem! Made great memories for us all. Look forward to going back this summer for a lazy weekend.

An outstanding location with stunning sea views and service to match . Fom the super friendly and efficient receptionists to the charming service in the dining room the staff in this hotel are exceptional. The rooms are beautiful and totally peaceful with wonderful sea views. The food is excellent and on a fine day a drink on the terrace overlooking the bay makes it a very difficult place to leave. There are very few hotels like this. Go there, you will not be disappointed.
