Vienna Woods Hotel

We had the pleasure of having Laura looking after us during the planning and morning of our wedding and she was phenomenal. Any queries were answered quickly and her expertise in the area really shone through with the suggestions she made to help our day flow smoothly. The rooms and facilities are beautiful, the food was divine and all staff are so kind and attentive. They were one step ahead of us at all times so we could soak in our day and enjoy it.

We had our wedding in Vienna Woods last July in 2025.
The wedding co-ordinator Laura was a pleasure to deal with. She was always calm and responsive throughout the wedding planning process. We really enjoyed the wedding tasting experience so I would highly reccomend that. Also I found the website the hotel used for the table planning excellent. Overall, we had a super day and nearly everything went according to plan. Even the weather! Would reccomed this venue.

We had our wedding at Vienna Woods in June, and it was an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend Vienna Woods to anyone planning a wedding. The staff were exceptional and an absolute pleasure to work with. Gordon and Seamus guided us through the entire planning process, meeting with us in person to ensure every detail was covered.

On the day itself, everything went off without a hitch, thanks to Michael and his amazing team. We made a last-minute decision to have the ceremony outdoors, and the staff accommodated this change effortlessly.

The venue itself is breathtaking, and we were able to capture all our photos within the beautiful grounds. The reception area is equally stunning—modern, stylish, and with a fabulous balcony where guests could relax, enjoy the sunshine, and take in the music.

The food and service were truly five-star. Guests are still raving about the meal, and the team handled allergies with great care and attention, ensuring everyone had a wonderful dining experience.

We highly recommend Vienna Woods as a wedding venue. From our first meeting to the big day itself, their wedding co-ordinator, Melissa was excellent. She was helpful and professional from our first meeting until we checked out after the day. She answered all our questions and more, and never once made us feel like we were bothering her. She also ensured that there was a space for our kids to spread out with their toys in the room. This meant they could take part in the day as much as they were comfortable with. She made everything look effortless and the day went off seamlessly because of her attention to detail.
Vienna Woods is a fabulous venue and the new outdoor area/reception area is fantastic (helped by the sunshine on the day). We were able to get some fantastic photos on the hotel grounds as they are beautifully maintained. The facilities are spacious and no-one felt crowded.
The food was excellent and many guests have told us how impressed they were with it. The menu options were extensive and catered for all diets. In fact of all the venues we looked at, other venues typically had a single A4 page of food choices for a wedding. Vienna woods had a book. Two pages for the starters alone.
In terms of value they were definitely the best. The space and facilities and food rival any wedding venue that we have been guests at.
Overall any couple considering Vienna Woods for their wedding should put them at the top of their list. We were glad that we picked them as we had no stress with regards to the venue.

Melissa is second to none! She could not of done more for us. So quick and efficient with responses to emails or calls. So accommodating! We would one million percent recommend the hotel to other couples! It is such a beautiful building inside and out! We weee in love from the get go

Hotel was beautiful on the day we had an amazing time. Melissa and Michael do an amazing job and have top class professionalism and they know exactly how to run a smooth relaxed day.

From the first viewing of hotel & meeting Michael we just absolutely loved the place were made feel so comfortable. When we had to change our date it was no bother at all that's when we had Melissa all I can say she was amazing to deal with, went above & beyond. On our day from start to finish everything was just perfect the food was delicious and the staff were just lovely all our guests said the same thing. Would highly recommend Vienna Woods Hotel.

We chose Vienna Woods for our reception after my brother got married there the previous year. They made us feel so welcome from our first visit right up until the big day. They could not do enough for us. The staff were amazing especially John and Adina who took care of everything for us. The food was amazing and there was plenty of it. We are so glad we chose Vienna woods and look forward to going back.

Michael and all the staff at Vienna Woods were always a pleasure to deal with, very accommodating and nothing was ever too big an ask. The food and service was exceptional - it blew us away. Absolutely fab hotel, really high standard of service.

Wouldnt change anything about the day. Anything we ask for we got.maybe it did get a bit too warm in the function room but we did have a big crowd at the wedding plus alot for the afters
