A delicious mix of vodka, St. Germain (elderflower liquor), and fresh squeezed winter citrus juice. All mixed together and topped with bubbly ginger beer and extra festive pomegranates.

Recipe: Half Baked Harvest

Cranberry Champagne Cocktail

Using four champagne glasses fill each one with 4-5 fresh cranberries and a slice of lime. Fill each glass 3/4 the way full with champagne and add a 1/2 teaspoon sweetened lime juice and a splash of cranberry juice, top with a fresh sprig of rosemary.

Pink Peppermint Cocktail 

Prepare  candy cane vodka (candy canes blitzed to powder and added to vodka). Rim a glass with a drop of water and dip it in either sparkling sugar or crushed candy canes. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, creme de cacao, syrup and half and half. Shake well for at least 30 seconds. Pour in the glass and garnish with a candy cane!
