A bridal shower isn’t really a big thing in Ireland just yet and we say, why not?! Just one look at all the pretty we’ve got for you today and you will be demanding your very own bridal shower. Hen do’s, now we’ve got them down to a T, so for a little touch of inspiration we thought we’d share this gorgeously styled lilac bridal shower with you today. “Being engaged is the most wonderful feeling in the entire world; the well-wishes, the wedding planning, the champagne toasts… but most of all, the promise of marrying the man of my dreams and the hopes we have for the future make this a period of time I will always remember. My groom, Chris and I love to cook, but haven’t had a chance to fully stock our kitchen. That is why I decided to have a spring kitchen shower! What better way to start a life with someone than with all the tools needed to whisk, chop, and sautee together?” Sara said. 
“My August wedding will be themed in lavender and grey, so obviously, I’m seeing everything in the soft purple-y hue! Needless to say, I couldn’t resist decking another event in my favorite color. Thus, our Lavender Spring Kitchen Shower. Yes, it’s a wordy shower title, but it’s what I wanted… and that’s what bridal showers are all about, right?” added Sara.
“I was so excited for the big day, but was absolutely blown away when I walked into the Wands and Wishes venue. The ivories and whites transformed the whimsical lavenders into a classy scene, while the pops of green topiaries brought in a tasteful hint of springtime greenery. Since this was a morning affair, the mini cinnamon roll ‘cake’ was the perfect touch of sweetness and guests got to go home with adorable heart-shaped measuring spoons, perfectly packaged for the occasion. Game winners even got to head home with a lovely Victorian key that they can use to pop open a cold one, come 5 o’clock,” explained Sara. 
“I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect bridal shower, which was captured elegantly by Irving Photography! The gifts, the friends, the family, the food, the mimosas… but most of all, the thought of cooking with Chris for the rest of my life,” she added.
