From the talented designers that created Maggie Sottero, the stunning fashion label Sottero and Midgley was born. Now in its eighth season, the Spring 2014 collection is inspired by the drama and artistry of the legendary Art Deco era, designed for the sophisticated bride, intent on indulging herself in the glamour of yesteryear. Here are a few of Mrs2Be’s picks from the stunning collection:

Pearls and jewelled embellishments in elaborate designs double as decadent wedding day jewellery, while stunning thread-craft embroidery and opulent bead patterns are presented in contrasting color and tone-on-tone detail. You should keep your eye out for the plunging necklines and backs, the provocative use of illusion lace, custom designed laces, fabrications including crepe-backed satin, lace, tulle, organza and chiffon, and pale shades of colour such as subtle blush, champagne and nude.
