Vintage Peach Parisian Style Colour Palette

Décor & Flowers

It’s Friday, and we’re celebrating the close of the working week with the prettiest peach Parisian palette that’s guaranteed to have you mulling over your wedding theme this weekend! Bold colours may make a statement, but they can ask so much of a bride when she is putting together her wedding colours – bold needs to be a consistent shade, and therefore needs precision planning well in advance. A ‘theme’ however often invites the opportunity to add a little green here, a little purple there, all tied up in one simple idea. And so, for this Paris themed wedding palette, we’ve chosen the softest peach and pink hues to create a subtle, fresh, feminine feel, but you can add as many colours as you like!

Macarons are a must for a French-inspired wedding, and can be introduced in many ways throughout the décor and food – for example macaron pops at a garden party wedding, macaron print wedding invites, a wedding cake made entirely from macarons (see our Top Wedding Cake Trends 2013 feature for more!), or fancy French favours as in our palette below! Take your lead from the soft candy colours of Ladurée Paris, and the rest will fall into place…
