Ante-natal classes in Holles St

We're starting the couple's ones next week. What should DH and I expect??!! How many couples are there in one class?

We have about 10/11 couples in our class, so I don't know if that's the norm (we're in the Thursday afternoon class). It's very informal & relaxed, so no need to worry! The first class was basically a run through of what would be covered over the 5 weeks & a talk about breastfeeding. Class 2 was the first stage of labour, when to come to the hospital, pain relief. Class 3 was yesterday & was the 2nd stage of labour. Next week we've got the physio, & she'll be going through birthing positions, using the tens, massage, etc. & I can't remember what the last class is! Just remember, everone's in the same boat, so enjoy them as best you can!!
