Bad cramps at 5+ weeks

For the last five days I've been having really bad cramps like period pains, but no associated bleeding. I've been reading that these could be settling, implantation or stretching pains. Im terrified because I did have a previous missed miscarriage at this stage before.. Any thoughts please

Hi sinmah, i haven't experienced this myself but i know a lot of women can get AF-type cramps all through pregnancy. Are the cramps very severe or normal for what you would normally get with AF? If they are severe i'd maybe get it checked out just to be on the safe side. Unless it's accompanied by bleeding, it's not necessarily a bad sign. Best of luck
