I read in 'What to expect when expecting' that if your body is craving something just have it. In relation to milk, don't think it matters what type of milk you drink, it's suppose to be all good for you ( however the slimline milk,(the pink carton) is not the best as it is so low in fat that it has lost most of it's vitamin D and any other fat soluble vitamins).
