Rubella etc checks before TCC

Getting married next summer, hoping to get pregnant straight away. What should I be doing now? Did everyone have rubella injections when they were kids at school? When should I finish up on the pill?

i got rubella check, smear test and STD blood tests (important to make sure no untreated syphilis and chlamydia as these can affect baby).

And don't foget to take your folic acid for at least 3 months before you start trying
