WW Zero Point Stir Fry Sauce

Girls just thought I'd share a receipe I use for a very tasty stir fry sauce that has Zero Weight Watchers Points. I have it with prawns or chicken and loads of zero point stir fry veg for a very filling low calorie tasty dinner. The sauce is good as a marinade too. This makes plenty for one person. 2 Shallots, peeled Small piece fresh ginger, peeled (I use the stuff in the tube) 1 Clove Garlic 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce Dash White Wine Vinegar 1 teaspoon mustard 2 teaspoons tomato puree Put everything in a beaker and process till smooth using a hand blender. Thats it. Stir fry your veg and chicken or prawns until almost cooked. Add in the sauce and stir fry for another few mins. Serve with rice or noodles. mmmmmm

Thanks blushing bride, sound really good, and zero points is definitely a good thing. Must try that some evening during the week - i'm very motivated this week as it's only my first week - hope i can keep it up. Thanks again for the recipe, all these tips help.
