Aileen was a pleasure to have on my wedding morning. She has a lovely calm way about her. My mam never wears makeup & she listened to what she wanted & it turned out beautiful. My makeup didn't move the whole day despite dancing away on the dance floor! Highly recommend Aileen.

I had originally booked Aileen to do wedding makeup for myself, my mum and my bridal party. With covid restrictions in place I went ahead without my bridal party on Dec 4th 2020. Aileen was so flexible with two date changes and was so accommodating even though it was just make up for my mum and I in the end. I couldn't have a makeup trial because of restrictions but I had full faith in Aileen to make me look beautiful on the day. As I thought I had no reason to worry. She took her time with me to make sure I was happy with every stage of 'the look' and my mum who never wears makeup and was terrified about getting it done felt fabulous as she looked like a stunning version of herself. My makeup was so natural looking and it lasted all day! I was so happy with it.
I would recommend Aileen to anyone who need make-up done for a wedding or special occasion. Will definitely call on her again in future.

Aileen helped create such a special morning for me and my bridal party - what a truly memorable experience. I would highly recommend Aileen to anyone looking for a make up artist. I first met Aileen in 2014 when I was bridesmaid for my brother and she was our make up artist. When I got engaged, I knew immediately that I wanted Aileen to do the make up for my wedding day. She is an absolute dream to deal with. She made me feel very much at ease which was very important to me as I never wear make up. I wanted a very natural look, that would last throughout the day and that's exactly what Aileen delivered. I had 3 bridesmaids and they were all singing Aileen's praises from the day we had the trial. Thank you so much Aileen for everything and for being a part of my wedding day!

I can't speak highly enough about Aileen. She was my bridal make-up artist in June of this year and an absolute pleasure to work with in the run-up and on the big day itself. I knew after I had the trial that it was one wedding planning item I never had to revisit or focus on again which was a great relief during those v.busy last couple of months. The style of make-up for all the party - bride, mother of bride, sister, 3 bridesmaids and junior bridesmaid was just fabulous & it never felt like there was any rushing between ladies. I want to especially praise her on her manner and ability to make people feel at ease. Aileen was just an absolute pleasure to deal with. I’m so glad Aileen was my makeup artist for my wedding on 5th May 2018. Aileen just put us all at ease on the morning of the wedding and created looks to suit my mum, bridesmaids and myself that complimented our skin tone, dresses and flowers. Aileen put thought into every look and kept checking in with all of us to ensure we all loved our makeup. The makeup stayed perfect all night! I really appreciated the way Aileen stayed right until I was walking out the door to head to the church, constantly doing touch ups and even fixing my hair for some last minute photos! As a rule I don't wear a lot of make up so the thought of choosing a make up artist for my wedding was one of the most stressful parts of the planning. I had trials with three different make up artists with Aileen being the last trial. And even as she was talking and listening to me while doing my make up I knew that I was going to be asking to Aileen to do my make up that Sept.
She listened to everything that I said in terms of what I did and didn’t like but what I also love is that Aileen made suggestions for things for me to try and if I didn’t like them then fine (false eyelashes are not me!) but if they did then great!
Aileen is friendly and extremely professional. At the venue itself it was completely stress free chatting to my Mum and my sister while Aileen was working. And you have no idea how much we appreciated the last minute help out to my Mum (saved my Dad getting a stern giving out too :) )
As for me, I can't get over how I felt as if I had no makeup on - I loved the look you gave me; it was exactly what I wanted to go with my dress (which I loved wearing!).
We had a wonderful day and thank you again for helping to make me feel beautiful!

Aileen did the makeup for me, my mum and my sister on my wedding day in July 2017. I can't say enough good things about Aileen and her talent. I don't often get my makeup done and usually go for quite a natural look. Aileen took this on board and listened to my concerns (I had a bad experience with a different makeup artist in the past). I absolutley loved my makeup on my wedding day and I felt like a million dollars! Aileen really made me look my best. This was down to Aileen's talent and her warm nature. I would highly recommend Aileen for bridal makeup.

Aileen was a true professional and a total joy to be around. From the trial and all the interactions leading up to the big day, I felt she knew exactly what I wanted. She provided an excellent, friendly and efficient service, her relaxed manner put everyone at ease, we all even picked up a few hints and tricks! She is a knowledgeable artist, using amazing products and delivers a top class application of make up which lasted the whole day and through the dancing to the small hours, I rarely touched my makeup up through the day, it simply wasn't needed... by any of the bridal party! Her attention to detail on the morning was noticed by everyone! All women want to feel beautiful on their wedding day and I can truely say Aileen made me feel so confident and wonderful, my mother and bridesmaids looked stunning also. I would recommend Aileen to any bride, this woman knows her profession and is a seriously talented artist.

Aileen did my make up as well as my Mother's and bridesmaids make up for our wedding last year, she was truly super in so many ways. She is a true expert and gives so much detail to everything.  She was able to give me ideas at the trial and gave recommendations on the style of makeup I should go with which I found so so helpful.  On the morning of the wedding she was at the house on time, and kept on schedule with the make up which was so good as it gave us time for pics and there was no rushing.  She stayed in the house to top up lipstick etc just before we left. She made us all feel so relaxed whilst doing an amazing job.  Myself Mammy and bridesmaids were so happy with our make up, n we didnt have to touch it from that morning till early hours of the following morning. I was so lucky to have Aileen do our makeup and would really recommend her. 

Aileen did my makeup for my wedding, as well as my maid-of-honours and my Mam's faces. She was brilliant. She is thorough and careful, making sure she matches your pre-makeup skincare to your needs and then meticulously applying your makeup so that it stays all day. And I mean ALL day. I have never been able to replicate it. I am thinking about asking her if she does lessons! I'd love to get a one-off session with her ;) She is also very intelligent and kind, a true artist.

I cannot recommend Aileen enough. So down to earth easy to talk to. Make up was a very important aspect for me as I have rosacea so I can only use certain products on my face. Aileen really respected this and was so accommodating. I wanted a natural flawless look and that's exactly what I got nothing to overpowering just what I wanted.
Aileen had a chat with my bridesmaids listened to their own personal preferences while still keeping them all in theme.

Well what can I say.... The BEST MAKE Up ARTIST ????Ever!!! If u want to look the most beautiful radiant natural version of yourself on your wedding day then Aileen is definitely the lady for you!! From first meeting with Aileen for my make up trials to the day of our wedding she was professional and super friendly and made me feel at ease and helped keep me calm every step of the way!! The amount of people who commented on how beautiful I looked and all asked who my make up artist was, a friend even tried to pin her down the day after for there wedding! So any ladies out there looking for flawless perfection on there skin and applied by an artist don't wait about book today xxxx

Aileen is the type of person that you instantly feel at ease with, she is the calm within the storm! I loved the make up look on all of my bridal party, and my look was exactly what I wanted. (Red Lip , Winged Liner!) She is very creative and knows the type of tones and looks that work for each individual. Her make up trials give you the opportunity to try out different styles that will work for each individual bride, even though I promise you will be happy with the first trial Aileen does.
She has a fabulous personality and is highly reliable! I just wish I could do it all over again!

Aileen was my makeup artist on my wedding day and I cannot speak highly enough of the job she did for both myself and my bridal party. Aileen was really helpful in advising the different colours and tones that would suit my skin in the run up to the wedding. On the morning of the wedding Aileen arrived at my home bright and early and got to work on my bridal party, ensuring that she spent the allocated time on each of the girls which meant there was ample amont of time to work on my makeup and no one felt rushed. Aileen was extremely professional but also knew exactly how to relax me as the nerves started to set in! She stayed right up until it was time for me to leave for the church adding her final touches and to say I was delighted with the outcome is an understatement. I absolutely loved mine and the bridesmaids makeup, it was so flawless and we all got so many compliments on the day. I would highly recommend Aileen and her service to any furture brides.

Aileen was fantastic. She did the makeup for my wedding in April she really knows what works and listens to what you want and provides exactly that. I found that she was a very calming influence on the morning of the wedding. Everyone commented on how lovely my bridal makeup was on the day and it lasted well into the early hours! Can't thank Aileen enough for providing a make-up lesson in Athlone for my hen party. Aileen was exactly what we were looking for. She used me as the model and gave really useful tips to the rest of the girls as we went along. I was so pleased with the finished result. Aileen then spent time with each of the girls helping them to apply their own make-up. She was very generous with her time and all of her fabulous make-up. After the lesson all we had to do was pop upstairs to change our clothes for the night out.

Aileen was a dream to deal with in the run up to and on morning of our wedding. I had a trial prior to the wedding and, as well as doing my make up to perfection, she was full of little tips and advice that I used on the day. She was very calm, accommodating and unobtrusive on the morning of the wedding, and made a beautiful job of my mum, my bridesmaids and my make up. Aileen’s expertise, skills and personality are the perfect combination. I loved (I can’t emphasise enough!) my make up for my wedding. My three bridesmaids and my mam also loved their make up. Aileen took the time to experiment with different looks during my make up trial. She knows how do to flawless and natural looking make up. I would highly recommend Aileen to any bride-to-be or anyone looking to have their make-up done professionally for any occasion. Aileen was a pleasure to deal with, both in the make-up trials before the wedding and on the day. She listened to requests for certain shades etc. and also offered advice and recommendations on what shades and make up suit your skin type. She was a very calming presence on the morning of the wedding. She did the make up for my three bridesmaids and my mother and had us all ready in plenty of time. Just a quick note to express my sincere thanks for the fab make up you always done for me. I've always found Aileen extremely professional and more importantly friendly and very welcoming. She made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in and I always felt nice and comfortable. Aileen uses fantastic top of art make up which i just adore and the range she has is every girls dream. I live in envy. I don't know how she does it but the make up just goes fantastic, absolutely flawless and it just stays on absolutely amazing all day long. It's like Aileen can read your mind for the type of make up you want. I often find that you tell make up artists/beauticians want eye make up you want and you end up with something completely different, that they didn't understand what I meant, but not with Aileen. She always gets it bang on the mark.

The proof was definitely in the pudding as they say when Aileen did my make up for my Xmas party in Edinburgh. Aileen did my make up that morning before I left, so around 8 hours later, which included a bus journey to the airport, a flight to Edinburgh, another bus journey into the city and a walk to our apartment and the numerous drinks we had along the way and all i needed to do before we went out that night was throw on the guna and re apply my lip stick which is pretty darn amazing. Usually id be all shiny and my make up would be all cakey and it d just be a pure disaster but with Aileen's make up it was like she had only done it before I went out that night.

I would completely recommend wholeheartedly Aileen to everyone. She'd def be on the top of my list for my make up if i was ever getting married, cause I've tried and tested and love the results I've seen.

Aileen was so professional throughout the whole process. She made me feel so comfortable from the minute I met her at the trial run and especially on my big day. She made me feel so relaxed on the day away from the rest of the madness at my house!! She did a fantastic job on the bridesmaids, my mum and even took the time to put a little gloss on my little flower-girl.
