Bespoke Diamonds

When people use the expression "they went the extra mile" it is often exaggerated. But the team at Bespoke Diamonds (Martin in particular) really did go the extra mile! As a couple, we have went through one of the most difficult and challenging periods in the time we have known one another. A wedding which was originally supposed to take place in May was pushed back to August and then December. We went from 150 guest to just 6 and everything in between. Finally, we gave up and went with 6. We got married on Saturday the 19th of December. But if it were not for Martin at Bespoke it would not have been possible. Due to the restrictions in place and the issue with An Post, we could not be guaranteed that our wedding rings would be delivered on time for the big day. To say this left me distraught would be an understatement. However, it was the selfless, kind act of Martin making the three hour round trip to our home to deliver the rings that made my year and gave me hope for the next year coming. I have seen many things in my life but I have never seen a business (person) go out of their way to make sure a customer (me and Robbie) got our wedding rings.

I will never be able to find the words to really thank you as they will never match up to you selfless act but I just want to say thank you Martin, It has been a truly memorable experience dealing with you and your team, one we hope to tell the kids one day!

Having looked in several well known jewellery stores unsucessfully, we decided to have my ring made. I researched different options and bespoke diamonds had so many positive reviews, that we chose to make an appointment. Martin was fantastic to deal with. I had an image of what I wanted for my engagement ring, after taking elements from a few different rings that I had seen online. It was a truly bespoke service. The appointment was casual and relaxed. I was sent images of the ring and it was perfect. When I finally seen the finished result, I was beyond happy that we chose bespoke diamonds for my ring. I couldn't recommend them enough!!

I saw a ring online from an American Jewellers but did not want to buy on-line.
We showed the image to Martin at Bespoke Diamonds and within a few days he had the ring remade in a wax model for me to try on - we improved the design slightly too.
I was able to select from a large range of diamonds by favourite diamond and within 4 weeks from initial consultation, I had my perfect ring. Total professional - no hard sale - just friendly advice and was so so helpful. I tried a good number of other jewellers around Dublin and have to say, Bespoke were by far the best in terms of value and professionalism.

All i can say is WOW!! Bespoke Diamonds are amazing my experience with Martin was great he was so helpful and so caring. I would recommend him to everyone and i already have lots of my friends have also got rings with Martin and have all had a great experience.

Exceptional service from start to finish. We viewed a large number of rings with Martin and ended up using a bit of one ring plus a bit of another plus a bit from an online. Image - designed from scratch and completely bespoke and unique - nothing was a problem for Martin - explained everything really clear and kept within the budget too. Totally recommend to anyone - so many other jeweers were unhelpful so meeting Martin for this project was very welcomed. Thanks Martin - Fiona loves the ring - it's amazing.

Martin at Bespoke Diamonds was great to deal with. We did the whole looking in a number of jewellers thing and saw some nice styles but Bespoke had by far the largest range and certainly best prices.
I had changed my diamond. From the one in stock and had my ring the next day which was great. Would totally recommend them to anyone looking for selection and value and an amazing experience.

After visiting a number of Jewellers on Grafton street I decided to complete the list & visit Bespoke Diamonds. Not only did Bespoke match the 4 C's when compared to all the other Jewellers they more than delivered on the 5th C. They save on main street office rental and excess staff numbers and more than deliver on cost and a personalised service. If you want the perfect Diamond but don't want to pay high street excess prices call into Bespoke, it will be the best decision you will ever make.

I've never really been a decisive person and more often than not tend to annoy people with my inability to make a decision so i'm thankful for my partner John's level of patience!...I just want to thank Martin so much for taking the time to sit with me and John early last month.I was genuinely nervous as i can't decide on what brand of milk to buy never mind choose a ring I will wear for the rest of my life!

But there was just something so calming and inviting about your showroom and although I always liked the idea of an antique ring I wanted something that would last me a lifetime and the fact that you remake antique inspired rings made the whole process so much easier.

Jason and I just picked out wedding bands with Martin. Jason had previously got my engagement ring with Bespoke but this was my first time there. Such a beautiful showroom with so many options and Martin is so genuine and full of knowledge. Thanks again for everything!

I just joined the site as the wedding is at the end of the year( we'll be back for the wedding rings! ) and seen you were on it and just wanted to thank you so much for all your help back in December!...you really helped us make the most of our budget and thanks again for making the ring in time for Christmas. I know we really put you under pressure but all my family and friends were there when Jay proposed and they loved the ring!!!

Just want to give a shout out to Martin and the team at Bespoke. When I first went into the lads i was a bit of a wreck if i'm honest. I had saved a lot of money to buy a nice ring and didn't really know how to get value for money. But martin went through all the options and even suggested going off to other places for price comparison. The level of knowledge and honesty was really appreciated guys!

I've since went back for myself and the fiance's wedding rings. Rita had never been before and Darren the chap that saw us made a huge fuss of her. Again lads thanks for everything and i'll see you soon!

Bespoke Diamonds were amazing when i was picking out an engagement ring for my now Fiancee. Martin was so helpful and was able to give me all the information i needed to help me get the right diamond. And with the ring i didn't know what style my fiancee would like but when i talked to Martin and went through all the options we narrowed it down to one. She Loves it!. I've just left Darren and the team at Bespoke and am in a cafe with my partner unable to take my eyes off my beautiful ring. When I popped into the guys a couple of weeks ago I had no idea what to get. I had prob tried on over 100 rings but none really jumped out at me. But at Bespoke they recommended creating my own design, with my own little touch which I didn't know was possible. We drew up a design and within a few weeks I came back today and there was the ring I had created.

After extensive research and over a year of being engaged Martin finally helped me to create the ring of my dreams. He was very patient and provided a huge amount of knowledge and options. He never pushed anything on us and answered our many questions in language we could understand. We also got our wedding bands from Martin and they were perfect. Could not recommend Bespoke Diamonds more highly for quality, highly competitive prices and the all round excellent customer service! and I look forward to returning for future purchases ;)

Pleasure dealing with Martin at Bespoke Diamonds on Kildare Street in Dublin. So knowledgeable and patient - huge range of rings to choose from and best value from what I saw (and I saw a lot of rings in many places).

Met with Bespoke Diamonds when we were looking for our engagement ring and the wedding bands. I had no idea what I wanted in terms of engagement ring. Martin showed me rings of different styles and settings and clearly explained the differences. We founds the guys at Bespoke so professional and patient - never rushed me and showed us so many options. I selected an unusual style and just love it - it still sparkles. It was exactly what we wanted in diamond quality also. It was the only ring my fiance actually reacted to with "oh my god its amazing". I did a lot of researching when looking for my perfect ring and have to say Martin at Bespoke Diamonds was a excellent to deal with. Their range of rings, and diamonds was exceptional and far exceeded any other jeweller I visited. They have a good few hundred rings in stock and boxes of diamonds, all different quality and price. We selected a stunning diamond ring they had in stock - i just changed the diamond and it was ready the following day.
The entire experience was friendly and relaxed and informative - never feld like Martin was trying to sell at any point.

I recently contacted Bespoke Diamonds to view their range of engagement rings ? I saw their range of diamond rings on another website and thought I?d try them out. Just wanted to share my experience ? Peter was lovely to deal with. He had a few hundred rings for me to view (engagement rings and wedding rings mainly) in his office and showed me his database of thousands of certified diamonds on it, all different prices. I was happy with the one he had in stock and we walked away with it that day. They never tried to 'sell? me my ring, it was all relaxed and informative. I love by diamond ring and the price was fab ? we?ll definitely be going back for the wedding rings in a few months and would recommend Bespoke Diamonds to anyone.
