DJ AND SAX® was set up in 2016 to address the growing demand for DJ and Sax Duo's across Ireland from Dublin to Donegal to Kerry and everywhere in between. We take great pride in what we do and really enjoy entertaining wedding guests.
We liaise with the couple before the wedding to ensure they get exactly what they are looking for in terms of music choices etc.
The many positive reviews that we have received is testament to the way in which we provide our service in terms of professionalism, punctuality and of course the smiles on peoples' faces and feet on the dancefloor. We have grown from strength to strength and have added Bongo Players/Percussionists and amazing Vocalist's also. We offer packages for drinks reception, during the meal, the main entertainment after dinner, after main act as well as day two entertainment.
Our packages include DJ's, Sax players, Bongo players/Percussionists and Vocalists in different arrangements depending on your taste.
We cover all parts of your wedding day from ceremony to day two with most of our clients booking us for main acts and after main acts. Indeed, our Live Saxophone player packages for drinks reception is very popular.

We booked DJ & Sax for our wedding reception and night time DJ and were absolutely delighted with the service. We asked for Ibiza style house music during the day with a percussionist and dance music at night. They delivered exactly that and the dancefloor was full all night. Very professional supplier with communication easy as well, can highly recommend!

One of the best decisions we made was getting DJ and Sax to provide the music for our wedding a few weeks ago. We added a singer and percussionist also. Incredible!

We had our wedding last Thursday 18th July 2024, we chose DJ and sax as our evening entertainment after our band. All I can say is they definitely didn't disappoint, they were absolutely stunning 100/10 couldn't rate them any higher. The atmosphere, music and the three lads were top tier and really knew how to get the crowd going.

DJ and Sax were amazing! All our enquiries before the big day were dealt with promptly and effectively by Rory. On the evening, The DJ (Graham) was so lovely to our guests. He came over and chatted to myself and Dave to put it at ease and explain how the set would work. We got so many compliments the next day about how talented the saxophone player was (Leo).
We couldn’t recommend DJ and Sax more. So professional from start to finish. The last song was one of our highlights so glad we have it on video.

We had DJ and Sax as our wedding band and DJ over the weekend. They put on an incredible show for all of our guests. They had everybody up and dancing for the whole night and the saxophone combo had such an amazing energy. They were so amazing to deal with throughout the night. We had DJ and Sax as our evening entertainment at our wedding and they were superb!
Rory was really easy to deal with throughout the process and we felt in very safe hands.
We had the DJ, Saxophone, and Percussion package for ~5 hours. Rory guided us really well in having the DJ play for about an hour, followed by a 2 hour set including the Sax and Percussion, followed by the DJ finishing off the night.
They were really receptive to our song/overall vibe request. We had great feedback from our guests about the music on the night.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DJ and Sax for anyone planning a wedding/party!
Rory was really easy to deal with throughout the process and we felt in very safe hands.

DJ Sax and Band were amazing for our wedding night. Rwanda was perfect singer getting everyone off their feet dancing all night long. Padriag the saxophone player made sure everyone was on the dance floor playing his heart out in the middle of the dance floor. The DJ had the perfect mix of new and old songs to cater for everyone and all requests were mixed into and played perfectly. We chose the all night DJ package for our winter wedding and we couldn?t have asked for better entertainment. The DJ had everyone on the floor and they catered to our taste immensely well. We chose an upbeat song by Feist for our first dance which was a crowd pleaser. Our personal favourites were included and the DJ was even willing to play over the time slot. Would recommend to a friend!

Rory was very helpful with helping us organise DJ and Sax for our wedding, and what we got on the day was just amazing!
They had the dancefloor full well into the early hours, even got us the bride and groom involved on the drums/bongos. They took song requests from the bridal party which added a personal side to the evening as us and our friends have loved those songs for many years.

DJ & Sax played at our wedding and honestly there is a reason why they win award after award! They are just amazing! The party they brought to our wedding was just incredible! When we got engaged, DJ & Sax was who we wanted to play at our wedding and we are so thankful they were part of our wedding! Everybody was telling us how amazing they were! Simply superb! The DJ and Sax combo is truly outstanding. Nothing gets people up dancing and sets the dancing mood more than a saxophone and DJ combo. Luke and Liam were the dream pair blending wedding classics and modern music with a sax twist. Super personable guys that got the crowd going from the first song and left people craving more towards the end of the night.

We traveled to the Galway area from Boston MA for our wedding and DJ & Sax was INCREDIBLE. We hired the DJ along with the sax player and it was an amazing combo. We sent them a playlist for the vibe we were going for beforehand and they hit the nail on the head. Every age group was on their feet the whole time jamming out and dancing. Amazing DJ. We went for the package with the DJ, sax and bongos. They travelled to the north of Ireland now for us and the bride who is a drummer, even got to play. All the guests loved it and the dancefloor was full all night!

We booked the trio 2 years in advance (the first thing we booked after the venue) and we actually got to see the lads in action at our friends wedding last year which just made us even more certain that we made the right decision to opt for Dj, Sax and Bongos instead of a band! It was a huge crowd pleaser and everyone absolutely loved them- dance floor was full. They were fantastic and such nice guys. Rory was a pleasure to deal with and was always an email away! We had the trio act dj, sax and vocalist. Karin was absolutely brilliant her voice is amazing. The Sax was unreal and really added to the atmosphere. Our Dj was so nice too . We booked the DJ, Sax and Drums combo for our wedding in Ballymagarvey and they were absolutely brilliant - I?ve honestly never seen so many people on the dance floor for the whole night and we still have guests raving about how amazing they were! The drums add something different to the night and are worth every penny! They had a brilliant set list and really went with the crowd, as well as being really interactive and fun on the night. Music was the most important thing for us on the day and we are so happy with our decisions as we have the best memories from the dance floor. Rory was also really easy and lovely to deal with. Couldn?t recommend highly enough!!

We couldn't recomend the DJ & Sax we booked for our wedding enough. The DJ played all the right songs and had the crowd all up on the dancefloor. We happily would have stayed all night. A great way to get the party going. And the company was so easy to deal with too.

When we were planning our wedding we knew we didn?t want the traditional wedding band and instead wanted to really make the wedding feel like a night out.
Dj and sax were just what we wanted and to say they delivered is an understatement. We had the dj, sax and bongos and WOW! The trio played for nearly 5 hours. The dance floor was full the whole night and we never left it. I have never been to a wedding where the dance floor is full from the minute the music starts but they were amazing. It felt like we were in a nightclub and that?s just what we wanted.
The team did a mixture of all types of music that appealed to everyone. Rory gave us the option to provide them with music we wanted played but we fully trusted the trio and they did not disappoint.
Rory was super to deal with and was so quick and efficient.
We couldn?t recommend them more and hope we get to go to a wedding with them again soon.

We booked DJ & Sax for our wedding in Westport, Co. Mayo on the 29th of December 2022. We went for the DJ & the Saxophone. We could not recommend the duo enough. They really brought the party atmosphere to our big day. The dancefloor was packed while they played and so many of our guests have come back to us since and mentioned how cool it was to have a Sax at our wedding. The Sax player kept going out amongst our guests and they absolutely loved it. DJ & Sax were brilliant to deal with - they responded to all emails really quickly and kept in touch in the run up to the event. They arrived early and set up in plenty of time which took the last weight off my mind for the night. Not only that - but from the very first songs - they had everyone up and dancing! and we stayed on the dancefloor all night! I would highly recommend them to any couple and we would choose them again in a heartbeat.

I used DJ & Sax for a charity lunch we held in the Shelbourne Hotel. Our DJ was Maciej and our sax player was Tommy. They were both incredible and really got a brilliant vibe going from the very start. All of our guests were up dancing and most of them commented on how great the lads were. The whole experience was seamless. It is a very professional set up and most of all they provided serious entertainment for the event. I booked a saxophonist for our drinks reception and a DJ for dancing from DJ & Sax and we couldn?t have been more pleased with how they both turned out. I planned my wedding from America and after much research and many conversations, we settled on DJ & Sax due to their various options and combinations for entertainment.
Having a saxophonist for our drinks reception was such a special addition, especially for our US guests! He played familiar favorites and kept the vibe cool while we took our photos and our guests chatted and waited for the dinner bell.
While our wedding was smaller, with just 47 guests, we definitely brought the party and the DJ matched that energy to a T. He knew all the right songs to play to keep the younger and older crowd on the dance floor all night long. It was easy to throw in last minute requests and make sure our friends and family heard the songs they wanted to hear.
I can?t recommend DJ & Sax enough for the incredible energy and professionalism that they brought ? we can?t stop reliving the best night of our lives!

My wife and I booked the the guys without ever seeing them play live, so it of course felt like a bit of a gamble picking them. But my word did it pay off. So many of our guests have singled out the music as a highlight of the wedding. From start to finish our guests were dancing their socks off. Having some instruments to go with the DJ both adds a fun live element and also really appeals across generations. We'd fully recommend going with the trio, the percussion adds a really excellent extra dimension. 5/5 stars for sure!

We booked the package with singer and pianist for the ceremony and drinks reception, and the singer, DJ & Sax for the evening party. Antoinette is an amazing singer. She gave great recommendations for the ceremony music and did a brilliant job and everything that we requested.
The evening music was fantastic, everyone loved it. We were uncertain how this would work instead of the usual wedding band but we?re delighted that we went with these guys. There wasn?t even 1 song where the dance floor was empty and so many friends have told us it was the best wedding they were ever at. The cost was quite reasonable, especially in comparison to booking a wedding band and separate music the rest of the day.
We?d highly recommend booking these guys.

I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for bringing the party to our wedding last week. The dance floor was full from the first dance right through to the end of the night at 1am and so many of our guests have said that they have never danced so much. I saw people dancing that I've never seen dance before and never imagined I would!

Unbelievable experience with dj and sax we had the feet danced off ourselves and they were the talk of our night, we had them for day two of our wedding we were so obsessed we were begging them to stay???? so brilliant and would totally get them again!

From the moment I got in touch with Rory he was quick to respond and answer all the question I had. We had a sax player booked for our meal, a week before I emailed to see would it be OK for the sax player to lead us into the room when we were welcomed as Husband & Wife, Rory was quick to respond and let us know that was no problem just to let him know what song we would like. The sax player was there waiting and ready on the day all set up on time. He was a great addition to our wedding and provided the exact atmosphere we wanted and played brilliant songs that everyone knew. Everyone was raving about him and absolutely loved it.

One of the best decisions I made was hiring DJ&Sax for our wedding reception. I skipped the usual wedding band as I felt they are often on the cheesey side. Rory was great to deal with and explained my options with their various packages. I opted for the trio which included the DJ, sax and bongos. It was incredible and every single person complimented the music - old and young! They played floor fillers all night long and the dancefloor was never empty. My first dance was an unforgettable experience with confetti bombs and our favourite tune blasting. I recommend them to everyone and my one piece of advice is just let them decide on the music because they know what gets people on the dancefloor. They are pros! I'll be recommending them to all of my friends with a wedding or event coming up!

Your party won?t be a party without these guys. They are the difference between a good party and a party that will be remembered for a long time. When the Dj arrived he took time to find out what I would like from them not what they could offer. We had a Dj a Sax player and a percussionist and they were amazing. We had the best house party ever in our kitchen and such a memorial night that we will remember forever and the band were to thank for this. I cannot fault any aspect of Dj and sax from booking the party with Rory to the actual performance. I will definitely be getting these guys back for another party at some stage. Thank you so much for such a memorable birthday party you guys are amazing.

We had the trio of DJ Sax and Bongos for our wedding. We had been at 2 previous weddings where the guys played and the dance floor was packed and energy was buzzing all night long until the very last song. So we were delighted the guys were free for our date. One of our main priorities was that our guests had a great time and the guys made sure of that. Interaction with the dance floor, super music and atmosphere all night long from start to finish, the dance floor was packed all night. I would highly recommend DJ and Sax to anyone for a guaranteed fantastic night for all!

The dance floor was full all night and their interaction with the crowd was brilliant.. they had a great New Years countdown for us and came outside with us to celebrate at midnight, it was just so much fun! Apologies for the delay in sending this to you but we have been winding down from the wedding. Can i just say thank you so much for everything in the lead up to the day. You were great for keeping in contact with us with changes in restrictions etc and it was greatly appreciated.
The night was amazing and you certainly added to it, you were great! the mix of songs was perfect and you even snuck in our requests! kept me on the dancefloor anyway with some banging tunes! The lads were a great addition with the sax and drum combo... I would recommend everyone to do that but then I want us to be the only ones to make us look better. Everyone had nothing but great things to say and couldn't believe we had a live Sax player and drum set up...

Dj & Sax were for me, up there with one of the best parts of the day/night, besides marrying my best friend. Rory was so professional & helpful to deal with during the uncertainty & lead up to our wedding. Nothing was an issue, after I asked to change from the duo to the trio package at last minute. He always responded on email promptly & always ensured honestly & transparency.
On the night , DJ, Sax & bongo we?re amazing, my friends & family were so impressed, we were dancing all night. I am so glad we booked this package as it really created a chance for people to enjoy themselves after a stressful year.

I booked DJ and Sax for our wedding of 65 people last weekend. We booked the saxophonist for our drinks reception (approx 2 hours) and then again for the evening with the DJ for a couple of hours of dancing.
Before the day, I was a bit apprehensive that maybe it would be too much sax for one day- but I was totally wrong. It was just brilliant from start to finish! Everyone has been raving about it since. The drinks reception music was great. Really added to our afternoon. As for the night time, the dance floor was completely packed the entire time. Tune after tune after tune! Loved the sax accompaniment- especially for our first dance (Dancing in the Moonlight- Thin Lizzy).
Rory was a pleasure to deal with and was very understanding with us having to change dates etc (covid!). Could not recommend DJ and Sax more!

We contacted the wonderful DJ and Sax last minute as our date had moved so many times. They were so helpful and easy to work with.

DJ and Sax were an excellent addition to our wedding night. We booked them after seeing them perform at a friend's wedding. Our band had a DJ package but which was great, but we really wanted to add in the sax player as well, so we decided to cancel our band's DJ and go for DJ and Sax package. No regrets, they were great fun, and the sax player walks around the dance floor mingling with the crowd. A lot of people complemented them after our wedding, and I can't recommend them enough.

We had DJ and Sax play at our wedding and they were fantastic!! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to add something special to their entertainment

DJ and SAX are still the talk of our wedding, definitely the best and easiest thing we arranged for the day. I apologise for leaving such a late review, the guys deserve to be praised for making are wedding night one to remember for everyone, music was great (up to date, along with the classics / special requests), both the DJ, and Saxophonist were very professional and seem to enjoy making sure everyone was on the floor! Thank you very much, highly recommend!

These were absolutely amazing and made the night at our wedding. They?re so talented and can be completely personalized to your needs. We actually had a lot of Arabic music in our wedding and the sax and drummer completely improvised along to the music. They were amazing, well worth it!

Myself and my Husband booked DJ and Sax for our wedding Reception in the Medley. They were quick to set up and keep the party going! The Sax player was brilliant, he walked around while playing and interacted with all the guests, even joining in on photos. So many people commented on how good they were. Things stretched a little longer than expected but they stayed that extra bit until guests were brought upstairs. Rory was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend.

So happy we went with these guys for our wedding party ... they were amazing, kept the dance floor all night. Rory was a pleasure to deal and the lads on the night were so accommodating with requests from our guests. Would definitely recommend them for any occasion if you want your event to be unique. I booked DJ and Sax for a Faculty Ball in our University. From start to finish, the experience was simply top class. Rory was a pleasure to deal with in organising everything and made the entire process so easy. On the night, the two guys showed up early and were extremely easy to deal with. They set up quite quickly and had no problem delaying their set when our dinner ran over time. Once the music started the dance floor was full the entire night. Any member of the Faculty who I talked to couldn't commend them highly enough. Any request was taken and played promptly but the guys seemed to know exactly what to play to keep the crowd engaged anyway. Overall, I couldn't recommend DJ and Sax enough. The experience, as a whole, was top class and I wouldn't hesitate to book them again. Thanks again guys.

Rory and all the guys were just brilliant to deal with.
Once they arrived at our wedding to set up they introduced themselves to us straight away and I can honestly they kept the party going until the very end. Had DJandSax.ie for our wedding. They were simply amazing. Rory was great to deal with in the build up and the lads on the night had the dance floor full! Can highly recommend them. The feed back from family and friends at the wedding would suggest they would recommend them too!! They said it was the best wedding they were ever at!!

My husband and I celebrated our birthdays in September and decided to rent a marquee and a host a big party. We had Aneta and Maciej playing at the party and they were a fantastic addition to it! Created a great atmosphere, we all loved the music and ended up asking the duo to stay for an extra hour! Many guests asked us for their contact number and we gladly recommend Aneta & Maciej.
