Event Music Planner - Italy

From start to finish, Gabriel and Event Music Planner were an absolute dream to work with. They were professional and tentative to our exact needs and requirements from the get go and really went above and beyond to ensure they understood us so they could put on the best show for us and our friends and family. Not only were Event Music Planner our band on the Wedding night a few weeks ago but they also organised the violinist to play during our church ceremony, the 3 piece acoustic band to play during our aperitif, the DJ to play after our band and then organising a sax and dj to play the day after Our wedding at the pool party. Every single musician and act were incredible and really tailored their style to our predominantly Irish audience. I couldn’t recommend them enough and our friends and family continue to talk about how amazing they were. Nobody left the dance floor all night which is a testament to Gabriel and his amazing band of musicians.

Grazie Mille again Gabriel - we are so appreciative of all the time and effort you put into making our Day so special for us and our wider friends and family. We couldn’t sing your praises enough.

Planning a wedding abroad almost seemed easier thanks to the professionalism Gabriel showed us throughout the organising of our wedding. Nothing was too much trouble and his choice of music for the day was incredibly varied so we really were spoiled for choice. On the day, the band played throughout the meal, after the meal and then Gabriel dj'd for a number of hours and the whole experience was truly brilliant. Our wedding coordinator from Castello di Montignano said we would not be disappointed if we chose The Blenders as our wedding band and she was right. It was more than we could have asked for and we could not recommend them enough for any occasion. If you are looking for a good party then these guys are all you need. Grazie mille :)

These guys played our wedding in Montignano and were brilliant. Gabriel helped us the whole way through and played all the songs we wanted. After the band finished Gabriel went straight into DJ-ing. In total he played for about 8 hours. Everything was made so easy and they were really flexible with time changes. couldn't recommend them highly enough!

What can I say, they are literally amazing!
The whole team is super professional, energetic, young, and ready to have fun with the crowd on the dancefloor. Hiring Gabriel and his team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.

Gabriel himself is very pleasant, professional, responsive and open to suggestions.
He provided us with so many options and also agreed to doing several songs we requested that were not on the suggested playlist.

In the run up to the wedding we had several calls with Gabriel who very patiently talked us through everything step by step. He mentioned so many things to us that we never even thought of ourselves. His attention to detail is second to none.

One the wedding day itself they provided a piano player for the church, and they arrived that morning to practice with my friend who was singing during the mass, which went perfectly.

We hired a trio to play live music outside in the garden post ceremony while everyone was enjoying canapes in the sun and this was so enjoyable. It really set the mood and people still tell us how nice it was.

They played music at all the right moments without a hitch, such as our entrance, the cake cutting, first dance etc.

The dancefloor is where all the madness happened! We had a 7 piece band and they were so interactive with the guests it was comical. The photos we have of those dance-off moments are priceless.

They really got the mix of music right for everyone, the older crown were so hyped we couldn’t get them off the dancefloor even for Kings of Leon.

They know exactly what to play for an irish wedding!

The day after the wedding we had a pizza pool party at the castle and Gabriel and one of his team stayed over to do the Sax and DJ. This was one of my favourite moments. It was just brilliant and I would highly recommend hiring them for more than one day if you are having a several day event – we were sorry we didn’t ask them to play at the welcome dinner the night before the wedding also.

You’re are definitely in safe hands with Gabriel and his team.

For music, we chose Gabriel Canelles and his band, The Blenders. Gabriel coordinated all the music for our wedding day. He is fantastic and he and his band (including the blowing section) we’re brilliant. Seeing as we are big fans of The Killers, they even went out of their way to learn Mr. Brightside which was a great surprise. I can't recommend Gabriel and The Blenders enough, they are a must for anyone having a wedding in the Rome area

Gabriel was so easy to work with, his English is fantastic and he's so responsive. I could communicate with him over email or Whatsapp and he understood everything we needed. Planning a wedding in Italy from the US is not easy, but Gabriel helped make sure the process with him was smooth, and also gave advice and suggestions since he was familiar with our wedding venue. His experience with music is broad, and he's a fantastic DC/Emcee. Everyone loved the music and he flawlessly executed on our requests for the wedding. I didn't have to worry at all working with Gabriel, so thank you for making our wedding so perfect and memorable!!
