Event Music Planner is a Rome based Event Production that specialises in providing musical, artistic and technical services for weddings, private and corporate events. Our company offers a wide variety of musical services and wedding entertainment to make your big day as special as possible.
All music will be agreed with our bride and groom, especially the DJ set! We’re gonna decide together all the special moments you’re planning to have as speeches, cool bride and groom entrance, slow dances, father/daughter dance, mother and son dance, bride and groom first dance etc..

Music for Ceremony – Religious or Civil ceremonies:
Before the bride removes her shoes and the groom uses his tie as a bandana, there will be an intimate, emotional and solemn moment: the wedding ceremony, in a church or civil ceremony.
Imagine a string quartet, organists, pianists, harpist, or wind instruments or simply a small sound system + console. Our ceremony packages start from 180€ for a basic sound system and mp3 music for the ceremony .

DJ Service:
Our DJ is going to be in charge of taking care of all music entertainment throughout your whole wedding day. From background music to special moments and your party, our DJ will be there to provide the best sound possible.
We offer our DJ services for both the wedding ceremony and reception. The DJ can provide microphones for any given speeches and toasts throughout the evening. We provide sound, lights, rigging, projectors, led tvs, stages and various effects.

THE BLENDERS (Wedding Event BAND+DJ) is our best solution for all our guests, brides and grooms, who can’t help having a great live music show … not forgetting how important is the DJ during the wedding event!
A soft live show with Lounge-Jazz-Swing-Blues-Reggae-Pop and Rock International Evergreen and Hits (plus Italians if you’d love that). The band will start the party, after your lounge Dinner/Lunch time.. with a powerful 50’s-60’s Rock n Roll-beat-twist-Rhythm and Blues-Reggae and Rock/pop Big Tunes live show, to let the DJ keep the party going (from 70’s/80’s till today) till the end of it.

Our band standard formation is made up of 5 elements: bass, drums, guitar, piano and voice. You have the chance to add female voices and/or blowing sessions as well as soloist saxophone.
The wedding band is not only planning music, it is also choosing between a basic sound and light system, or a pro sound and light system.
