Helped us out getting an offer she hadn't available on her system and personally helped sort payment so we could book when the online payment system went down. Very responsive and genuine. We booked our honeymoon through Lisa and she was so great to deal with. I happened to send her a message on a Saturday thinking she would respond on Monday but she responded in a few minutes and then within the space of a few hours (a phone call and some emails) we had our honeymoon booked. She is so easy to deal with and there is no query to big or small for her to help us with. She was always available even during our honeymoon in case we had any problems.
