Both of the villas are located in Umbria, close to the border of Tuscany. San Crispolto is situated on Lake Trasimeno, Italy&#;s fourth largest lake, whilst Villa Baroncino is nestled in gently rolling hills to the north of the lake.San Crispolto&#;www.sancrispolto.it&#;is a beautiful, historical villa, originally built in the th&#;century as a monastery. It has been lovingly restored and furnished with antiques fitting its style and history.&#; All furniture is antique starting with the armoires, the queen sized beds and the fireplaces adorned with ancient fresco etc.It accommodates up to guests in bedrooms, 9 of which have a view of the stunning Lake Trasimeno. The villa was built in the th&#;century and originally used as an olive mill. The estate is now made up of two buildings &#; Villa Vittoria and Villa Adele, which between them can accommodate up to guests in nine apartments and four suites. Rooms are elegantly furnished with antiques from the heritage handed down by skilled Tuscan and Umbrian artisans, testimony to the history of the Villa. The grounds, which include two swimming pools, are one of the villa&#;s biggest attractions. At the main gate an avenue lined with cypresses and dotted with lavender and rose bushes leads up to the&#;villa. The&#;gardens were created using flora typical of the Umbrian and Tuscan regions.
