Dealing with Ruairi's Kitchen was a pleasure from start to finish. Ruairi was excellent he gave us sample box with the cakes so we could pick the flavour for our wedding cake. Also, Ruairi was always very flexible and replied very fast to our messages we had pleasure to deal with him. Thank your Ruairi for all your help the cake was lovely but the only thing we would say it was a bit too sweet. Tania and Seamus

Ruairi was amazing from the very start and we were so thrilled with our wedding cake both the design and flavours. He was very thoughtful, creative and responsive... checking in with us all the way along so we didn't have to worry at all about it on the big day. We had the most delicious chocolate gluten free cupcakes as well! We can't recommend Ruairis kitchen enough

Ruairi’s Kitchens we’re amazing to deal with, so accommodating when it came to the size and flavours of the tiers! Each of which was nicer that the next. Amazing is the only word you could use to describe it and the decoration was beautiful. Ruairi went above and beyond with our cake!!

Ruairi's Kitchen did the cake for my brothers wedding, as they are in the states I had the responsibility of arranging it. Given the December 28th date, it was hard enough to arrange one, but Ruairi's Kitchen sorted it out. Very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The cake was chocolate biscuit and it was absolutely out of this world! The best I have ever tasted, and I have tasted a lot! It was melt in your mouth, just the right combo of chocolate to biscuit ratio, and so fresh. All the guests commented on how lovely the cake was too.I caught the bouquet so hopefully I’ll be planning my own wedding soon- Ruairi's Kitchen will be my first and only cake call. Fantastic to deal with. Cake was absolutely delicous...chocolate biscuit cake was to die for. Highly recommend to anyone who wants any kind of cake. Ruairi is very flexible and will cater to any design at all. Immediate responses too and handles everything on tbe wedding day with the hotel which eased the stress for us.

Ruairi went above and beyond for our wedding cake. It was all so easy as we sent on pictures via WhatsApp and he created exactly what I had sent him, as well as delivering it to the hotel and setting it all up! It looked fantastic and tasted even better!! Feedback from our guests was top class and our wedding pictures with the cake are one of my favourites! I would recommend Ruairi without hesitation and will be getting him again for any other life events that come our way ??

When I chose my wedding date, the first thing I choose was the cake with Ruairi. He has already made some cakes for me and has always exceeded expectations. Ruairi helped me in the creation and decision of what would be best for the day. Near the date I asked for some changes from what I had imagined when I booked and he was super. The cake, besides being perfect on the outside, had a magnificent flavor. I also emphasize the decoration of the cake, because made it even more beautiful. I higher recommend Ruairi for any occasion and look forward to some date to order the next cake.

We had a 2 tier wedding cake with cupcakes and it tasted and looked amazing. Everyone commented on how elegant the cake looked and the taste. From the very beginning, Ruairi was absolutely amazing to deal with. Neither of us were huge cake lovers but we definitely wanted cake for our wedding. He guided us through all different styles of cake and through the muddle of what I wanted in my head. What was produced was a stunningly beautiful cake that was scrumptiously delicious. Ruairi dropped the cake down to the venue and set it up for us; plus his attention to detail was unreal. Ruairi even matched the flowers on the cake to the colour of the bridal bouquet. One of the best decisions we made was choosing Ruairi's Kitchen for our wedding cake. From the initial contact, our minds were at ease and communication was prompt and regular. He sent photos and videos to help create our vision and just was lovely to deal with in general. The cake was delicious and all of the guests agreed. We would be delighted to avail of his service in the future and would 100% recommend it to others.

I asked Ruairi if he could supply us with gluten free cupcakes for our wedding. Ruairi was very knowledgeable about allergies in the kitchen and was upfront and honest about his kitchen not being a 100% gluten free environment. Saying that I was confident to go ahead with my order as Ruairi explained he would not bake anything with gluten in the kitchen until after he had my order baked and ready. I really appreciated it and everyone loved the cupcakes you wouldn't even have known they were gluten free.

Ruairi was fantastic from day 1! The tasting box was so delicious it was hard to decide on flavours for our cake. We wanted a rustic, naked cake and Ruairi delivered exactly what we had asked for. It was simply beautiful and it tasted absolutely delicious. Ruairi's Kitchen is only in business one year but I have no doubt he will be extrememly successful given the service he provided us. We honestly cannot thank Ruairi enough, we were blown away on the day the cake was spectacular! He was extrememly easy to deal with. We would highly highly recommend. Ruairi was amazing to deal with. He was full of great ideas for us. The cake had 3 different flavours which all our guests loved. He was always contactable no matter what and always contacted us with ideas and plans he had for the cake. I knew we didn't need to worry about our cake as it was like talking to a friend about what we wanted and he went above and beyond and made the most unique and beautiful cake we could ever have imagined.

Our Cake was amazing. Ruairskitchen out did him self. I didn’t know what kind of cake I wanted at he had so many ideas. The Lemon flavor was outstanding and a massive hit with the guests.

Ruairi made our cake for our Christmas wedding in Radisson hotel. It totally exceeded our expectations. It was so beautiful, Ruairí was always very quick to reply to any queries. Can only say he was brilliant. Not only was the cakes amazing, the cup cakes, presentation, and willingness to try something he hadn't before and succeed - Ruairi was great all the way. Ruairi made us the most stunning cake for our recent wedding, it was very reasonably priced and the most delicious cake. Out of 3 tiers there was nothing left uneaten! Ruairi was unbelievably helpful with everything and his talent for decorating is amazing. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for a wedding cake and he's very creative so don't be afraid to mention something different like we did. Ours was black with silver moons and stars and was just epic!

Actually We didn't believe that it was his first wedding cake at that time as it was so professional and good looking.
