Ruth is a wedding singer from the small town of Cobh in Co. Cork who has sung at weddings throughout her local area and neighbouring counties. Her beautiful soulful tones are most definitely a real joy for all who are lucky enough to hear her.
Ruth has trained at the renowned Voiceworks Studios Cork City and also has over 10 years gigging experience in many different genres from Jazz to Gospel Choir, Soul and Folk, and years of experience in the Wedding Industry.
Offering a wide range of experience in ceremony performances having sang at various venues whether it is small intimate civil ceremony ,humanist or spiritual ceremony or a large church ceremony. Always ensuring to work with each couple to talk through what they would like to create for their perfect Wedding Ceremony. Ruth will take the stress out planning ceremony music by working with each couple by creating the perfect option that are most suitable to them and she loves when a couple gives a special request to learn. Even with an extensive repertoire of songs adding something new is always great fun.
Ruth offers competitive prices and has packages that include a variety of options; a duo of vocals and piano or acoustic guitar or a trio with both and also a package with includes drinks reception at a reduced rate.

Ruth sang during our wedding ceremony, she was absolutely incredible. Numerous guests commented on how amazing her singing was, one guest said that Ruth?s singing made the ceremony magical. She sang a range of songs, from modern popular songs, to old Irish songs and hymns. She sang every song beautifully. She was absolutely lovely to deal with and work with in the lead up and during the wedding. We loved having her sing during our ceremony and we?ll never forget her beautiful voice

Ruth has the voice of an angel! What an absolute pleasure to work with. Nothing was ever too much hassle or bother for Ruth. We received so many compliments on our songs and I think majority of those compliments referred to Ruth's deliver as opposed to our actual song choices! Highly recommend Ruth. So so so talented!

Had enquired with people but none stood out with regards our music requests until Ruth replied with so much excitement over our music choice another Disney fan and we couldn't have been happier to find our match for our big day. As we had disney songs chosen we had feared singers wouldn't do it justice but we knew Ruth would have no issues as she loves disney as much as us. Ruth did not disappoint on the day I tear up when I listen back to our wedding entrance songs, our guests still talk about how beautiful she sang we had the pleasure of having her for the reception too she really got the crowd going. We can't thank Ruth enough for her patience many song changes and song worries but after a chat she made us feel so at ease and nothing phased her. I cannot recommend Ruth enough you won't be disappointed having Ruth part of your special day ????

From the 1st moment we booked ruth, she was simply outstanding, from giving advice about the quantity of songs in our ceremony to the placement of the songs. Her voice is up there with the best and the pianist who also played was superb. Book Ruth before she is booked out for your date. Ruth was amazing to work with and so professional. Her voice was amazing and the pianist who accompanied her was also fantastic. We had a last minute booking and she did everything in her power to accommodate us. We had an amazing day and she was exactly what we were looking for in a wedding singer. Our guests loved her also. Now the most important part for any couple looking for a wedding singer... Ruth quite simply has the voice of an angel, the passion and emotion that she puts into her singing is amazing. Guests have been commenting to me since about how good she was and there are tears in many eyes for at least two of the songs she sang. We really couldn't recommend Ruth enough, she is an absolute lady to talk to and deal with 15 out of 10 if that was an option.

We booked Ruth as our ceremony singer and from the get go Ruth was amazing. No questions were too big or small and responses were always extremely quick. Ruth and her accompanying musician were absolutely fantastic, the tone to Ruth's voices is just ridiculous and I will be recommending her to all our friends getting married. Ruth was in contact every step of the way, right up to the days leading up to the wedding ensuring that everything was perfect and making sure our kinds were at ease. She arrived at the venue at least an hour before hand to have everything set up and ready to go.

Ruth was absolutely amazing. In the lead up to the wedding she gave us excellent advice and was flexible throughout. We had a family friend sing and she kindly helped him practice and with sheet music. She has a stunning voice and really helped make our day special.

We had the pleasure of having Ruth sing at our wedding. We had a humanist ceremony and Ruth was so helpful when I needed guidance on music. Ruth also sang for our drinks reception and was accompanied by piano. Ruth was so easy to reach out to and always very responsive. Her vocals were simply stunning and she had such a huge selection of songs but was willing to learn anything new we requested. Our guests were so impressed with the music during the ceremony and drinks reception it was certainly a highlight of the day for us all. I came across ruth On Instagram and when I heard her voice I knew that i had to get her for my wedding I emailed Ruth straightaway and got a response back straightaway ruth was so helpful when it came to picking or wedding songs for the church. no matter what time of the day i would txt ruth she would Respond straight away to my text. she gave me guidance with all of the songs but still keeping all my crazy songs in there . Ruth Also sang at my reception too , all of my family and friends kept saying to me how amazing our wedding singer was . I Highly recommend ruth for weddings she is the best out there .

Ruth sang at our wedding ceremony accompanied by a pianist. Everything was Absolutely perfect on the day. From the very beginning to the day of the wedding Ruth kept in touch throughout and made everything easier on the music front. From the moment we started talking to Ruth she made everything so easy for us, bare in mind we were talking through Covid and was unsure if we could even have music. Ruth guided us in the best direction and gave us samples of music. When we had our chosen songs it was no problem to Ruth, we changed some songs in the last minute and there was no problem with that either. (everything was done with a smile) Ruth replied to each message in a timely manner and noting was to much for her. We opted for the piano on the day which also went down a real treat. Our day went perfect and we knew we had chosen the perfect person to sing for our ceremony and drinks reception. A beautiful mix of songs with an incredible voice. We could not have asked for anything more from Ruth. So professional, friendly and a joy to be around.
