Over that time we have played at 's of weddings and have enjoyed every minute of it. In the past we have all played the pub circuits with different bands Eric Sharpe was part of Jump the Gun who represented Ireland in the Eurovision. Mark is a classically trained piano player who has spent most his professional career with The Great Escape, Fran has played with Linda Martin and also Jump the Gun. Eric Campbell was an original member of Big Generator and spent the last 7 years with Catch. In short, a vastly experienced set of professional musicians who deliver a quality show

The Great Escape Wedding Band was fantastic at our wedding. They played a range of genres from waltz's to rock metal. They can tailor the music list to the couple's wants. I recommend the Great Escape Wedding band to all couples. These guys are really nice lads, all my guests still talk about the band at our wedding. They made the night fun and enjoyable.

Most amazing wedding band ever! The dance floor was full all night long - all our guests commented on the great band. Very professional and helpful all the way along - quick set up and the dj was fantastic afterwards too. Would definitely recommend them :) Thanks guys for making our wedding such a great night!

We just wanted to say a huge thank you to the best band in the world. You really were fantastic from the build up to the night itself. These guys as well as being truly professional are also the nicest guys, nothing is a problem, they go all out for you. The floor was packed all night and we didn't want the night to end. You made our reception the best (not just saying that because it was our wedding, everyone there said it...woohoo)from the first dance right through to your DJ set, the night was fantastic. The boys learned our wedding song for us and did it better than the original. We're looking forward to seeing the boys play again soon at a friends wedding, you'll recognise us by our dodgy dance moves. From your biggest fans.

Just wanted to send a quick message to say a huge thank you for playing at our wedding in Tulfarris on the 1st of August 2013! We were so lucky that we had the pleasure of seeing you guys playing a number of times before at different events so our wedding band choice was always going to be an easy one!! Thank you for keeping our large room bopping all night long! We had the best time!!!! I would advise any future brides and grooms to make sure they supply baskets of flip flops for their female guests feet as they will definitely need them as it is impossible to leave the dance floor with you guys playing!!!!! Amazeballs!!

We just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for such an amazing performance at our wedding on Friday. It was all we hoped for and more. You created such a fantastic atmosphere that many of my friends that would never be seen on a dance floor ended up dancing the night away. So many people have been raving about yas from the night and we will definately be recommending you to any other couples getting married. I am so excited about finally finding a band I'm 100% happy with. Paul is a pleasure to deal with & is very prompt with replying too. We have seen the guys this week & have now booked them for our wedding. I'd highly recommend them.

Do yourself a favour and book this band.! They are fantastic. They are all lovely lads too.
They are so popular with both young and old, everyone at my wedding was raving about them.
The only snag is, you have to book early because they are usually booked nearly a year in advance. They played the first dance and we choose the Guns and Roses song 'Patience' and they played it beautifully. I highly recommend The Great Escape.

These guys are playing at my wedding next year. They are excellent I heard them recently at my friends wedding and everyone is still raving how good they were.
They are so nice and are very quick to come back to you with any queries you may have.
I cant recommend them enough. My H2B is so fussy I thought I would never get a band but I couldnt believe my luck when he thought these guys were fantastic. Now that is saying something if you knew H2B. They play something for everyone.
Go on and book them you wont regret it
