We appreciated Dualway’s communicativeness throughout the planning process. They were always willing to work with us to make sure we felt supported along the way. While there were a few areas where things didn’t go exactly as planned, their team remained flexible and responsive, which we greatly appreciated.

We found Bea absolutely wonderful to deal with, and are thrilled at the experience our guests had on Gino. We hired Gino to take guests from the hotel to the church and back again as we had a few travelling from overseas and a couple more who wouldn't have their own transport. Far more guests used this than expected and (apart from the benefit of reducing parking issues) we heard they all had a fantastic time on the bus. Absolutely would recommend this to any couple considering it. Fantastic service and was definitely appreciated by our guests.

Tiffany the VW van is such a beautiful vehicle and we lovvvved having it as our wedding car! The cheerful red colour is iconic and it was comfortable to travel in, even in a big white dress. John the driver was lovely and friendly.

The biggest special thank you to Bea in Dualway (Vintage Fleet) who was beyond lovely to deal with! Tiffany, the VW van we hired, had a minor issue in the lead up to our wedding day (normal for a vehicle of her vintage!) and Bea kept me in the loop the whole way through, going above and beyond to reassure me. I really think it is thanks to her that we had the vehicle of our dreams on our day.

We booked the Gino bus for our wedding! The whole experience was amazing! The staff were so lovely and helpful to deal with and all of our guests loved the bus! Some friends have booked it since! Thank you so much again, we would highly recommend!

We had the most amazing day with our 25 guests. It was the perfect ice breaker for our small wedding before the dinner and was great for the guests to relax while we took our photos. The staff were so professional and pleasant all while keeping to covid guildlines. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Due to Covid we had a number of rescheduled dates but nothing was too much trouble for Bea who was exceptionally kind and flexible throughout.

On the day, Des our driver was a legend! Always professional, great fun and went above and beyond to make the morning fantastic. Thanks for everything!
