I have worked as a soloist and collaborative performing artist for more than a decade in Ireland and internationally. My influences include classic artists Frank Sinatra, Luciano Pavarotti and José Carreras. I have performed across a broad range of genres, from opera, pop and even heavy metal. I believe that the versatility of my musical interest allows me to relate to a variety of audiences.
I have had vocal coaching from a young age. While studying for Trinity College singing examinations, I enjoyed starring rolls in productions of musicals such as Grease, Oklahoma and Guys and Dolls. I also sang competitively while growing up in South Africa, twice claiming the Gold Diploma Award at the Cape Town Eisteddfod, and three time winner of the Christopher Brown Award.
My recent nationwide classical crossover tour “A Touch of Classical” with contralto Grace Foley, included sell-out dates in the National Concert Hall and The Whale Theatre in Greystones. I also perform regularly as a soloist and with ensembles throughout Ireland at private and corporate functions as well as for charitable foundations.
