Getting married at Castle Leslie was a dream come true. The attention to detail of the staff is second to none. From the beginning, dealing with Catherine, we had such a good experience and impression of the place. Living abroad made the planning a little more complicated but all the staff were great (especially Nicole in the lead up to the day) at getting back to us with any questions we had.
We honestly felt like the castle was our home for the night and that the staff were there for whatever we needed. Special shout out to Prosecco Paul who was there on the day to hold absolutely everything for us while we got the perfect shots by the lake. I honestly don't know how he managed to carry 2 umbrellas, 2 champagne glasses, a coat and a bouquet! He was such a friendly person to have around.
All of our guests commented on how gorgeous the venue was from the grounds to the food to the staff.
We spent a lot of timing choosing our venue and went to visit multiple but can honestly say that we will never regret choosing Castle Leslie. We cannot wait to return in future years and relive one of the best days of our lives.

Amazing service from Castle Leslie. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jenny, Nicole, Roisin and Caroline. Nothing was ever a problem and even if someone may have been off, I always received a response within a day. I cannot go without mentioning Eugene- he was just amazing. Held our drinks, made sure we got some canapés, held my veil and just made us laugh. Thanks so much everyone.

Fantastic from the first time we met the team. They made us feel special from the start and all the staff we met were very friendly. They were always there to answer any questions we had. The venue itself, was beyond our dreams. The castle, lodge and grounds are unique and magical. There is something special about castle leslie. You have to go there to experience it. Words just don't do it justice. Can't wait to go back on our anniversary.

Castle leslie was our preferred choice by a mile from the first moment we went to review the venue for our wedding. The planning over the 2 years was made so much easier with the help and guidance of our wedding coordinator, with all the details planned in advance made the day run so much smoother. The staff, venue and food on the day was simply faultless. Nothing on the day was any trouble. We could not have asked anything more from the castle leslie and I would encourage any couple to go ahead and let Castle Leslie make your wedding day truly breathless and magical.

We couldn't of been happier with the service from Castle Leslie Estate from booking our wedding two years previous up until the day itself! They surpassed any expectations we had!
Roisin our coordinator was so helpful in every aspect of the wedding and was only at the end of an email at all times! Even at the face of all my wedding stresses she kept us all sane and was always the problem solver!
Paul on the day was so professional and no job was too big or too small!
Overall we couldn't recommend Castle Leslie and the whole team enough! Our only complaint is that we can't do it all again!!

We were absolutely thrilled that we picked Castle Leslie to celebrate our wedding. The Castle and grounds now holds such special memories for us it will forever be a special place for us and our families to remember the special day. We celebrated the most fantastic weekend in the Castle where both ourselves and our guests were treated so well by the Castle staff. It was just the most spectacular setting with the most wonderful team. It was every bit as magical as we hoped it would be. A special thank you to Roisin and Sammy for everything they did to accommodate us and our families.

We dont even know where to begin. From the moment we first visited Castle Leslie long before our engagement we knew it was a special place so once we were engaged we headed straight to the Estate to view it as a potential venue.

The sales team on the estate are excellent, particularly our contact Louise. We were shown around and walked through what the Estate had to offer for our Wedding Day. At no point did we feel under pressure and returned for a second visit with our parents before we committed.

They were extremely flexible in tailoring the day to us and what was important to us.Truth is we went to see two other venues but nowhere else came anywhere near how fabulous Caste Leslie is. If you have stayed on the Estate before you will know how friendly, welcoming and accommodating everyone is on the Estate and we knew this would be no different when planning our wedding.

The date was set and we were introduced to our coordinator Joan who was incredible throughout. Joan was impressively responsive, professional and the quality of service was exceptional over the 18 months. Joan made our wedding planning journey stress free and enjoyable. Joan facilitated all the little extras we wanted and offered great advise and had thought of all the things we hadn't. We cannot thank her enough.

The reservations team were excellent and assisted us greatly with managing our room allocation. This was probably the most difficult aspect of the planning and the reservations team really helped us manage this as smoothly as possible.

The Castle and the Estate are out of this world beautiful. Each of the rooms in the Castle are unique. All of our guests were blown away by the accommodation on offer be it in the Castle, the lodge,stable mews or village cottages. There is also ample accommodation in the surrounding areas so any guests staying off site did not have far to travel. The grounds are stunning and offer a beautiful backdrop for photographs but dont worry if it rains like it did for us we got beautiful shots inside.

As everyone warned us time flew and before we knew it the day had arrived. From the second we pulled up outside the Castle we were treated like royalty. Master of Ceremonies Paul was on hand all day, he truly was like having a 6th bridesmaid and 5th groomsman. His professionalism and expertise ensured the day ran like clockwork. It might sound strange but we worried we would be stressed and anxious and wouldn't enjoy the day but oh my god did we have the most amazing day.

Nothing was too much for Paul and the team at the castle. We enjoyed every second of it and we really think that was all down to the team at Castle Leslie they are true professionals at what they do. The team made sure we remembered to eat during the drinks reception and also ensured we got to take a few moments out together to take it all in. It rained for most of the day so we had all our family photos inside, but with a break in weather just as we were set to sit for dinner Paul encouraged us to go outside and get the photos we really wanted. Our guests were well looked after as they patiently waited. We are so delighted we followed his advice.

The food was incredible, from the canapes, the meal and the afters food, we got so many compliments,"Best food at a wedding ever". We worried given our big numbers there wouldn't be enough canapes etc but our guests couldn't get over how generous the food was.

The level of service we and our guests received on the day was more than we could have expected it was truly the best day of our lives and there isn't a thank you big enough for Castle Leslie and their amazing team.

Our only regret is that its all over! We would do it all over again and would not hesitate to recommend Castle Leslie, we may be biased but it was the Best Wedding EVER!!

I am the mother of the Bride and we planned from the US for a year prior to the wedding with no problem at all. Everything was handled amazingly as planned. It was a fairytale wedding! Can't say enough how wonderful a day they had!

Staff so friendly, flexible and accommodating. The day was incredibly well organised and everything was done to make us and our guests feel welcome. Could not speak highly enough of the team at Castle Leslie.
It would be great if the marquee was updated slightly as we spent quite a bit of money on decorating it and making it look at its best for the day.
Overall an incredible experience and would highly recommend Castle Leslie, our day was absolutely magical.

Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. I honestly don't think another venue could come close. We arranged our wedding from Australia and had never even seen the venue until shortly before the wedding. Our mothers went to view Castle Leslie and were treated so well. They fell in love with the venue and got such a great feeling from the staff. Everything was easy throughout the 11 months (booked 11 months before wedding). We communicated through email mainly with some phone calls and they communicated very easily with our parents when they called up on our behalf. Our mothers were even invited for the Castle Open day so they could choose their bedrooms for the wedding. Everything was so easy on the run up to the wedding.

On the wedding day Castle Leslie excelled. They went above and beyond. We could not have been treated better. Our guests loved every minute. Lots of guests said they felt like they were in a fairytale the whole day - absolutely everything was magical. We dealt with lots of staff who were all extremely friendly, pleasant and professional and we never felt like we were taking their time up - they were always on hand to help. Roisin was our co-ordinator and was absolutely fantastic. She's a lady and we felt blessed to have her. John looked after us on the wedding day and was brilliant. He made sure everything ran to schedule and we didn't have to worry about 1 thing.

Honestly, if you are considering having your wedding at Castle Leslie, do it! You won't regret it.

The staff were excellent without exception totally professional. John the Manager could not do enough for us as all the other staff. The food was 100% absolutely very high quality and succulent to eat. The guests said that it was the best wedding they were ever at with the amount of attention to detail and the quality of the food. I would have to give Castle Leslie 100% all round.

I felt very lucky to be able to have our wedding in such a beautiful authentic venue and in my own home town. The village/surrounds/gardens and castle itself are second to none. Having worked in a 5star hotel I really appreciated how professional the staff are in all roles and could see the hard work that went into everything. It is a shame that an anniversary stay is not included when they are a premium venue but not everywhere does. I also found them a little bit inflexible in some of the menus preparations if you want to change things but that doesn't detract, my most frequent guest compliement was how good the food was. I would be confident to recommend to anyone looking for a premium venue.

Castle Leslie made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable. Could not praise the staff enough in the run up to the day and the day itself.

When we went looking for wedding venues initially, Csatle Leslie was the first place we viewed. We viewed one other hotel that we both always loved, but there was just something different about Castle Leslie. We wanted a winter wedding & the cosiness of the Castle with the fires lit & the fabulous decor just wowed us. We also did not want a 'function room' wedding, so the Pavillion gave us the perfect blank canvas to work on to create the wedding of our dreams. From the first meeting with Deneise, she could not have been more helpful in anything that we wanted or any random queries we had. When it came to the day of the wedding & setting up etc, the amazing John took over John looked after us all day making sure we wanted for nothing. I had alot of very specific ideas about the way I wanted everything set up & the team at Castle Leslie done this to perfection. From the minute we arrived at Castle Leslie to the minute we left we were completely spoiled. Everyone commented on the service they received, how personal it was & how they wanted for nothing. The food was out of this world - we had big numbers of approx 250, but every single meal was served to the same high standard. We held the day after in The Oriel Room also, and the outstanding service didn't end on just the wedding day - we were so well looked after & a special mention must also go to to Jonathan for everything over the few days. We couldn't recommend Castle Leslie enough, it is definitely worth every penny & we can't wait to visit again & again! Thank you Deneise, John, Jonathan & all the team!

Selecting Castle Leslie was, without a doubt, our best wedding decision! After visiting the estate, meeting with the incredible staff and reading rave reviews all over the internet, we were excited about selecting Castle Leslie as our wedding venue - but also had very high expectations. We were in contact with Deneise, our fabulous wedding co-ordinator, almost daily and discussed every last detail with her. We thought it would be impossible for them to keep track of all of the small customisations that we were requesting, especially since they have 4-5 weddings per week during the summer months. They not only met our high expectations, but exceeded them with class and elegance. The estate's florist also did a fantastic job with our floral arrangements. The food and drinks were top notch and the service was unlike anything we had experienced before. The Estate is the perfect location for an intimate and exclusive wedding experience with the ability to cater to a large number of guests with a variety of beautiful accommodations. They simply exceeded our expectations in every way and there is NOTHING that they could have done better!

We are so very grateful for a wonderful wedding reception last week in your Estate. We would like to express our sincere thanks to the following people in particular Deneise for her polite and professional manner at all times in engaging with us in advance of our wedding, for the careful planning, thought provoking questions and the numerous and regular emails and phone calls. Cathy and Jovita who were extremely efficient and patient in the weeks leading up to the event handling all the accommodation details. A number of our guests have subsequently approached us to compliment us on our choice of Castle Leslie for our wedding reception. The standard of service throughout our stay in Castle Leslie was exemplary,but much more than that, the care and the kindness shown to each and every one of our guests was very special indeed. This is a really lovely place....
My fiancee and I visited here recently and have decided on it as our venue, it hosts a really intimate and romantic atmosphere....we are so happy with our choice.
Would highly recommend a trip there to anyone who appreciates a true Castle experience.
