I'd give this venue more than 5 stars if I could! From the moment we booked, we knew we had made the right decision.
Mary is simply incredible. She genuinely cares about every couple and wants nothing but the very best for your wedding day. She makes you feel so welcome from the very first meeting, and no question is ever too big or too small. She was always happy to offer advice whenever we needed it, and her experience and guidance made the whole planning process so much easier.
The grounds are absolutely stunning and provided the most beautiful backdrop for our wedding photos. Every corner of the venue is picture-perfect.
The food was beyond 5-star quality—absolutely outstanding! Every single guest commented on how amazing it was, along with the exceptional service throughout the day. The entire team made everyone feel so well looked after.
A special mention has to go to Debbie, Aoife, and Grace at reception. They were absolutely fantastic throughout the planning process, replying to every email so efficiently and always being so friendly, professional, and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the venue was, how incredible the food was, and how smoothly everything ran. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day, and that's all thanks to Mary and her amazing team.

From the second we met Mary in the Devon Inn to chat, we knew instantly there was nowhere else we would have had our wedding. Her professionalism, organisation and knowledge of the wedding business/vendors was unmatched. As a bride, I never stressed once throughout the planning process as Mary, Debbie and her team were just on top of every small detail. We had a rather large wedding of 350 people and everything ran off to perfection on the day. The compliments from guests both from home and abroad about the high standard of food, the helpful staff and their hospitality just explains how amazing the Devon Inn is. My husband and I got married in the Devon Inn last June. The whole day was perfect. Mary's attention to detail was second to none. The food was delicious and plentiful and no guest was left hungry. The venue looked beautifully decorated. The garden was also really nice and well kept, we ended up taking all of our photos there.
We organised the wedding from abroad which had its own challenges but Mary and her team supported us along the way and made the planning states as smooth as it could be.
I would 100% recommend this venue!

"We were attending a family wedding and booked in for two nights. The staff were friendly and efficient even when overwhelmed by two large parties. The bedrooms were standard hotel bedrooms, fairly spacious, clean and comfortable. The function room for the wedding was beautifully dressed and the food served was of the highest calibre. The chef is a culinary genius to provide such high quality for such a large number. Room for improvement in the garden but overall a good, family run and friendly hotel to stay in."
