What an incredible day we had. No detail was over looked by Ivana and her team. I couldn't have asked for anymore. They made the day run smoothly and the best day I could have wished for. You cannot go wrong by choosing Kilashee House as your venue. Every single member of staff was welcoming and professional, and not just to the Bride and Groom but to every single guests.

Finnella, Ivana and the whole wedding, reservations and operations team at Killashee made sure our day was thoughtful, unique and -- most importantly -- fun! From the initial meeting and walk-through to (many!) emails and follow-up calls, my questions and concerns were all answered with professionalism, care and helpful insight. We had about 200 guests from Ireland and America, and Finnella and Ivana helped us pull off an event that brought the best of all customs together under one roof. From pre-wedding events in the Moore Abbey Suite to special requests for the running of the wedding day, the team at Killashee not only brought our vision to life, they also helped coordinate with suppliers to ensure everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

What I really appreciated was their solution-first attitude: Manuel, who was managing the floor and all servers during the reception, let me know that our three-tiered cake had started to melt/collapse after our cake supplier dropped it off. Without missing a beat, he assured me that his team had noticed this early, brought it back to the Killashee pastry chef who could help stabilise it, and they would keep it chilled until it needed to come out. What could have been a moment of panic was seamlessly handled by the team.

The out-of-town guests also appreciated that Killashee was only about an hour from the airport and offered all the amenities they would need for the weekend. It was also quickly serviced by taxis and Ubers, making a Day 2 event in Naas easy for everyone.

I would certainly recommend Killashee as a wedding venue, whether you want to create a completely bespoke event or prefer to lean on the seasoned Weddings team to guide your planning. They helped me and my fiancé pull off a 200-person, international wedding three days after Christmas within a 9-month notice period: they're pros!

From the booking date to the day of the wedding. 2 years apart kilashee have just been amazing.
From the menu tasting back in October we met the amazing team and to see those very same faces on our special day shows how truly amazing the team are.
From the minute I got out of the car I was greeted by the amazing wedding Co ordinator who was by my side for the day.
The food tasted amazing and the presentation of each dish was flawless as was the table service.
The bridal suite was like something out of a film. And the breakfast served the morning after was delicious.
There was nothing that Kilashee couldn't do for us From dancing us in to our meal to wheeling our trolley out on check out.

I recently had my wedding at this venue on December 8th, and it was absolutely perfect! We hosted 130 people from 17 different countries, and the staff went above and beyond to help us arrange everything from the drinks reception to the dinner and bar. The reception area was beautifully decorated, and we were lucky enough to have the Christmas decorations up, which gave the venue a very classic and rich aesthetic.

As the bride, I felt so cared for. Without a wedding planner, the team guided me through every step of planning and made the process so smooth. On the day, they ensured I was fed, relaxed, and that everything ran perfectly. Thanks to their incredible support, I had the best wedding imaginable and enjoyed every second of it. Truly, the only thing better than the venue itself was the weddings team. Each staff member was kind, helpful, and made the day so special.

The service was exceptional, the food was delicious, and the drinks were classy. By the end of the night, many guests told us it was the best wedding they'd ever been to. I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone considering hosting a wedding here!

From the moment I stepped inside the beautiful Killashee hotel, I knew it my dream wedding venue. However, it was my experience with Finnella during my initial consultation that really solidified my decision. From the small touches, such as being offered coffee at the beginning and end of my consultation, the tour of the building, the notetaking during our meeting - nothing felt rushed (which is something I had experienced in other venues), and I was treated as though I were already a bride on Killashee’s books.
Although my initial consultation took place in Summer, Killashee kindly invited me to attend their winter wedding showcase later that year. This was extremely beneficial as it allowed me to get a feel for how my wedding would look in November (it was also great getting to try the reception food!)
Throughout the two-year period from when I booked my wedding and the day itself, Finnella was always available to answer any questions I had and Killashee was very transparent about how much everything would cost - which really helped me with budgeting. Nothing was too much trouble, for example, Finnella ordered a specific beer in for my wedding as we had guests coming over from France. These small touches really reassured me that everything would be looked after on the day. A suggestion for improvement with regards to the planning side of things would be to give more notice for the tasting menu appointment and if possible after 5pm. For reservations, I do think they should communicate more with the wedding team as I did have some trouble managing the room allocations, but I believe this is something that Killashee have already identified as an area of improvement.
I cannot fault the running of the day; it was everything I had hoped for. From the morning, Finnella was there to check in on me and my maid of honour and kept an eye on the time to ensure every ran as planned. My guests raved about the reception drinks, the food was nothing short of amazing and the banqueting manager made sure every guest was looked after (even the fussy ones from my side of the family!) I even got to pour my own Guinness pint whilst the guests were being seated for dinner (an absolute highlight for me – thank you Finnella!) Even though I got married in the smaller part of the hotel, Manor House, there was more than enough room for my wedding band and plenty of space for everyone to dance.
I am so grateful to Finnella and the Killashee wedding team, above all, it was the staff that really made the whole experience from start to finish a dream. If you are looking for a beautiful venue for a smaller wedding, amazing food, professional service, I would highly recommend the Manor House in Killashee.

From the minute we viewed the hotel we both fell in love with it. During the whole planning process the wedding team were so professional and so helpful. They would respond quickly to any emails and would organise meetings to go through the day in great detail. We had Ivana as our wedding coordinator and she was exceptional at her job. If we were unsure of anything Ivana was always there to help.
On our wedding day the guests complimented all the staff for their kindness and professionalism throughout the day. The day ran so smoothly and the wedding team were at hand to help from the start of the day to the end for the night. Thank you so so much for making our day so so special.

Killashee hotel was absolutely wonderful for our wedding. Situated so close to Dublin it was great for guests travelling from abroad. We celebrated our day in the original house. Intimate classy and very beautiful. We worked closely with Finnella who went above and beyond to make our day extremely memorable. We enjoyed pre wedding celebrations in the cosy Snug bar, our ceremony was in the Belling Suite and then on to the original house for a private personal wedding reception. Everything was perfect we loved every minute, thank you to all the staff especially finella and Ivana.

We had our wedding on 01/08/2024 and picked Killashee Hotel in Naas as our venue. We are from Kilkenny but had been to many venues around Kilkenny before and wanted something a little different. We are so beyond delighted with our decision of picking Killashee as the day could not have been more perfect! We booked over two years before our date and all planning was done from Australia, but the team made this so easy as they were very accommodating and so responsive throughout the planning. A special thanks to Finnella, Sinead and Tanya for being so insanely amazing on the day, there was nothing at all that was too much to ask from them! They were also such great craic and made me feel so at easy which was so needed as I was a nervous wreck at times! All of our guests stayed the night and all have said to many people that it was without a shadow of a doubt, the best wedding they had ever been to and the most beautiful venue, amazing staff and the food on the day was sensational! I will be forever grateful to the whole team at Killashee for making the day so special for me, my husband and all of our family and friends! We will definitely be back now and again for a staycation when we are visiting Ireland from Australia to relive such amazing memories ❤️

Ivana was excellent and the staff on the day were incredible. At times, in the run up, it was difficult to contact the wedding department - however once we were assigned Ivana, things ran much more smoothly.

Particular thanks to Ivana, Elaine, Gareth and Jack, who was our waiter for the evening. The day went even better than we had imagined. The staff at Killashee always provide an superb service, attentive but never overbearing. The food was also wonderful, and all of the guests had an enjoyable experience in the Original House, which was a beautiful setting on the day.

We blown away by the excellent advice and help given to us by the wedding planning department at Killashee House Hotel, from first meeting at the RDS wedding exhibition the team were so helpful whereas other hotel's were not interested in us as we were an older couple getting married (70’s).
We loved the accommodation everything was perfect the rooms, the beds so comfortable, particularly in the old part of the hotel, so very romantic and yet very warm and welcoming.

Everything Finnella the Wedding Organiser said she would do was done instantly. Her help with getting musicians and menu sorted as well as flowers was such a relief, we had a very short time frame to get everything done, we hardly had to worry about anything. If we did not want certain things she did not push it, but if we did forget she would give us a gentle reminder.

The ceremony room was wonderful, the hotel supplied everything needed we just supplied the candles, and Finnella’s help and support on the day was perfect.

We loved the wedding breakfast the next morning, we had it in the main breakfast room surrounded by family and friends, and had another toast with champagne, we were spoilt rotten, by the care and attention given to us, all our guests commented that the breakfast was never ending and all were looked after by the friendly and helpful staff

One thing that could be improved, one of our guests could not use their booked bedroom to change into their wedding outfits for the ceremony at 2, but the hotel very generously upgraded them free of charge to another bedroom, this did not really affect our wedding party as with family etc we could all change in each other’s rooms. Really just an observation and not a complaint.

We were amazed by the helpfulness of all of the staff on the day making our day run smoothly. A special shout out to Elaine who braved it out in the December cold air to assist with all of our photographs, helping me with my dress and holding our drinks for us. This wasn't expected and we really appreciated it. Big thanks to all the staff who communicated with us throughout the planning for our wedding day. We were planning from Australia which wasn't easy. The staff were very patient, flexible and helpful. On the day the venue looked beautiful. Everyone commented on the hotel itself with some friends already talking about staying there again themselves. The food was gorgeous. The snug at the end of the evening was a nice touch. We couldn't be more thankful.

Kilashee were wonderful during the planning stage and on the day of the wedding. We couldn't have picked a nicer venue. The staff were friendly and professional and we also felt we got great value for money.

We had our intimate family wedding in the killashee Hotel and we had the most magical day. The wedding team was amazing to deal with from the first viewing of the venue to our final details meeting. The team made us feel like the most important people throughout the whole planning process and on our special day. Every detail on the day was perfect, everyone spoke so highly of the venue, staff and food. Even our two little girls were made feel like princesses for the day. We loved our day and wish we could do it all over again

We drove down to killashee House as we were looking for a venue to get married. As soon as we turned down the drive to the hotel we were amazed on how stunning the place was. As we walked in we were so excited and so happy . We were met with Marion who was such a lovely woman and we told her that we were looking for a Venue to get married in and she said yous are definitely in the right place. Marion brought us around the hotel and showed us the ceremony room Reception rooms and the beautiful gardens. I have to say I was in totally speechless. We sat down with Marion and we had a coffee and a chat and we booked our wedding there and then . We have to say Marion went above and beyond for us .There was never a problem if I needed to ask a question or to contact her at any time . We had our ceremony and our reception there The Original House was so out of this world so much detail and very intimate. Rooms in the Original House were were so unique each one so different and beautiful with stunning views. The food and the service from the staff were excellent. My guests are still talking about it. I cannot say enough about Killashee Hotel I would highly recommend it for your wedding. And thank you Marion for all the help and making our Day a Day to rember .

The Killashee staff were absolutely amazing. They couldn't have done more for us. We were extremely happy with the service, the food, the venue. We had the best day and they had a huge part to play in this. We met Marion on our first show around the hotel a year before and she was always so assuring, I was delighted to see her on the day of our wedding, she was a Godsend, she really makes you feel taken care of and nothing is too much trouble.
Jemma was brilliant throughout, she was very responsive and accommodating of our requests. I would recommend Killashee if you want excellent, professional service.

From start to finish, we had an amazing experience with the Killashee. Our wedding day was truly magical and the amazing team and all staff involved were so helpful. A special thanks to Marian and Garreth who on the day, who were so attentive and did not miss a trick and to the waitress who served our table and served the late bar that night (she was super!!).We were thrilled with everything.

I knew from the moment I saw Killashee online that it would be our wedding venue. It is so unbelievably beautiful and steeped in Irish history. From the moment we met the wedding team they couldn't have been any more helpful and accommodating.
We chose to have our wedding in the original house because not only is it beautiful but it caters for smaller weddings.

Killashee was a perfect venue for our wedding, the wedding team were so helpful, the staff on the day were excellent kept the day moving smoothly without any issues. All the guests at the wedding commented on how fantastic the staff were, the food was also amazing. We had the best day and a lot of that was due to the staff at Killashee looking after any request we had and making the day go by seamlessly.

We got married in the Killashee Hotel and it was magical from beginning to end.Our Wedding was cancelled 3 times in another venue and we decided to check out Killashee..we loved it the minute we walked in the front door greeted by the most amazing staff..the atmosphere was lovely..on deciding to book our day the lovely Finella & Marion took over we had nothing to worry about the team organised everything..our Wedding was the best day of our lives..the venue the ceremony the food the service absolutely perfect..Not one thing could we complain about..We would do it all again in a heartbeat..Anyone planning to tie the knot I would highly recommend Killashee Hotel..Our Wedding photos are amazing..

We had a amazing day in the kilashee, the staff couldn't do enough for us expecially Marion who went above and beyond to help us & keep us both calm on the run up.

We wanted a small wedding and it was so hard to find a venue that catered for less than 80 on a weekend. The service was amazing. Very relaxing to be honest. The rooms for the small wedding are amazing. The grounds are beautiful too.

We had a few hiccups before the wedding regarding ceremony rooms which got sorted thank god. Aslo my son left his waistcoat in the reception area on the day of the wedding which we were told not to worry it would be handed into reception but never got it back also my personalised wedding knife, cake server and box were never returned to me I called out and rang numerous times regarding this still waiting on someone to call me back. But other than that the day was amazing everything went to plan and was perfect. Hopefully we will return for our one year Anniversary x

We had an excellent day a few weeks ago in Killashee! The wedding team really looked after us from the moment we got in touch. The venue, food and service was amazing and all the guest thought the same. The wedding team were always so quick to come back to any questions we had. From day one, Killashee were great to deal with, and were very flexible and accommodating with our COVID-related date changes. We hired the snug for drinks the night before and the finger food provided was delicious. The wedding day went very smoothly and everyone loved the food...they are generous with the portions so I can confirm no one went hungry! They also facilitated our extra requests eg serving Irish craft gins at the reception. We loved our stay there and were very impressed by the staff, especially Marion (wedding manager on the day), Brian (duty manager), Dee (general manager) and Shauna, Donna and Yvonne in the wedding team. Highly recommend killashee as a venue!

We had the best wedding day in Killashee, we couldn't have asked for more helpful staff from the organising of our big day to the day itself. It ran so smoothly and the food was amazing. Even though there were number restrictions and curfews in place we didn't feel like our day suffered at all. Everything was so well organised by the hotel we really couldn't have asked for more.

We absolutely loved Killashee. Its such a beautiful venue- it was fab for photos and had a lovely atmosphere. The staff at Killashee were out of this world going above and beyond for us and all of our guests. Our guests couldnt stop commenting on how great the staff were and how delicious the food was.

Natalie and Jennifer the wedding co-ordinators were very helpful and responded promptly to all of our emails and enquiries. They pulled out all of the stops for us and no request was too much for them.

We loved that at Killashee, it's not a case of Package A, B or C and these are the prices. With your meal, drinks reception and evening nibbles etc you start from scratch and build up the things that you want. There's such a variety of options to choose from and add in- this flexibility was just amazing and we could really tailor the day to what we wanted. We wanted our guests to be well fed and watered and we certainly achieved this due to the wide range of options available at Killashee.

The accommodation is of a very high standard and we loved that all of our guests could stay at the venue if they wished- something that was very important to us. We had our Day 2 at Killashee too and were so well looked after for the entire weekend. Although its not an exclusive venue- our guests really felt at home and settled in for the few days - it felt like it was exclusive.

It was the best few days of our lives and we are just so delighted that we chose Killashee. We can't wait to go back and visit.

We booked Killashee Hotel following visiting their wedding showcase day.

We were blown away by how beautiful it was and we especially loved the cosy snug bar.

We actually live in Sydney, but after seeing Killashee we booked it straight away and didn't even bother looking at any others as it was perfect.

Planning a wedding from overseas isn't easy. However, the regular updates and communication from Killashee was excellent. No question was too much eg. we requested several photos to remind us of the room layouts, my husbands parents did the food tasting for us, they recommended reliable suppliers that they work with year round. Our planner was Natalie and we spoke on the phone, emailed regularly and she put us at complete ease.

There was some confusion about the rooms we?d held just before the wedding (our fault) which was resolved quickly with no problem at all which was brilliant.

The week leading up to the wedding, we wanted to see the venue again and Natalie hosted us with a tour, giving us various options for the second day as the weather had been raining so we had the option of the court yard or snug.

Natalie was so organised, going through the timings for the whole day in minute detail and really put us at ease. My partner and I are very laid back but with a wedding of 180 people and planning from the other side of the world, you just want to know everything will be perfect and we knew we could rely on Killashee 100% after meeting Natalie.

On the wedding day, nothing was too much trouble. We were so well looked after in the bridal suite with our breakfast requests catered for and we were so calm and relaxed. The photographer actually commented that the bridal suite was so chilled compared to the frantic grooms party :)

Natalie organised some transport for us to go from the venue to the church last minute as we had family and friends travelling from England who had no transport. She also came and led me and the bridesmaids down to the wedding car, sorting champagne for me and my brother (who walked me who the aisle) to calm our nerves.

The whole day went absolutely seamlessly and we didn't have to worry about a thing. From the appetisers to the meal, the food was just wonderful.

I had several guests tell me that it was the best food they?d ever eaten at a wedding. We had the chicken tart, sweet potato soup, beef medallion/sea bass and then the trio dessert.

The layout of the Thompson suite was great with the bar and dance floor within easy access. After the ?disco? we had the snug for the dirty stop outs which was just perfect as it is so traditional and makes you feel like you?re in a little pub in the country.

My maid of honour asked the staff if they had any flip flops because her feet were hurting, and they appeared back with 6 pairs still with the tags on :) Now you can't get better than that! She is actually a senior events manager for the ICC in England and she commented that she was blown away by the organisation and execution of our wedding!

In the end, for the second day we had both the court yard and the snug as the weather was sunny. We had hired a wonderful acoustic singer and then our friend brought decks and DJed for us in the snug.

Overall we would fully recommend Killashee to any couple planning their wedding. There was always someone from Killashee close by to help with anything we needed and nothing was too much effort at all. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the best wedding weekend.

Even on the final day when we were settling the bill, I had lost my voice from all the fun and they went and they made me a fresh honey and lemon drink to soothe my throat.

The venue is first class and stunning but it was really the wonderful team who made our experience so amazing and truly made our wedding weekend the best of our lives.

From the moment we were walked through the doors and were greeted by Orla we knew we had found our venue. Living overseas we had a short enough time frame the Christmas the year before to view and select our wedding venue. We viewed four venues in the general Kildare region and Killashee House Hotel stood out by miles to us for its beautiful gardens, original house, ballroom, gallery, incredible food and value packages.
As we had guests travelling in from Australia and the UK we decided to host an event the evening before. We selected from a buffet menu and had a private room and bar to enjoy with our guests from overseas. The food was delicious, and it was a nice way to get together before the main event.
On the day itself, Darren was with us every step of the way ensuring everything ran smoothly. Our wedding was spread all over the hotel, we had our ceremony in the light filled ball room of the original house. We then had our drinks reception in the gallery upstairs which had ample seating and a grand piano which we used to entertain guests. We went with the gin bar, prosecco and mulled wine, carving station ? which went down a treat! and a mixture of canapes, scones and sandwiches. Everyone commented on how much food there was and how good it was. From there the dinner call was at 5pm and everyone moved down to the Thomson suite. We had a fantastic meal, despite our speeches running over time, and the staff brought around seconds of the mains for everyone to enjoy. We had a late-night singalong in the resident Snug bar into the wee hours.
The professionalism and friendliness of all the staff we worked with in the year preceding and during the wedding itself, is a stand out memory for us. They were so flexible and understanding with dietary requirements of our guests and a few last-minute cancellations we had due to an airport closure in the UK. You can rest assured that booking your wedding there will ensure a magical day.

I recently got married in Kilashee hotel and I honestly could not fault one thing about it. The staff were amazing and the food was amazing. From the date we booked the wedding the girls were so helpful and always came back to us with any queries we had. On the day of the wedding Darren the duty manager was fantastic. Nothing was too much for them and any requests we had were catered for. Myself and my husband felt so relaxed on the day. I would 100% recommend this hotel. Thank you Kilashee.

We were so happy at how accommodating kilashee were for our wedding, unfortunately we had to reschedule due to close family bereavement. Which was really stress free to do as wedding coordinators Eilis and Natalie are amazing and made everything possible. All staff so professional and quality of service was really fantastic on the day. Everything was organised and all staff really went above and beyond . Could not recommend kilashee enough for a wedding. Guests still talking about the playroom for kids, the snug and of course the Food was excellent, we all had an amazing day. From the start to the wedding day the staff at the Kilashee hotel were amazing. They couldn't do enough for us. They were easy to work with and accommodating in every way on the lead up. We also want to personnally thank Darren who was a true gentleman and made sure that everyone was looked after during the day, and Sinead who put us completely at ease moments before the ceremony!

All our guests gave us many compliments about the hotel and the staff, which we were delighted with. The food was excellent and there was plenty of it. Here again, we got lots of compliments!
Some of our guests were here for the whole weekend and shared with us the great time they had, enjoying the premises and the pool/spa.

The BBQ on the next day was very well received by our guests and again, very high quality of service and plenty of food for everyone. :)

We were absolutely delighted with everything and we are very thankful to all the strong team at Killashee for giving us a big day to remember!

Fantastic hotel, wonderful food and service on the day.

I would highly recommend Killashee to any couples thinking of getting married in the future. They were very easy to deal with in the lead up to the wedding and very responsive to emails and queries.

On the day itself, we had a member of the wedding team with us while we were getting our photos taken and throughout the day and ensured we had champagne and canapés brought down to us in between photos so we didn't miss out on this. He really made the day hassle free for us and so much more enjoyable knowing that everything was taken care of.

Our wedding day was 8th June 2018. To say Killashee went above and beyond during the lead up and on the day would be an understatement. There was a member of staff ready and waiting to assist at every moment, no request was too little or too large. The food was excellent, fresh and everyone was talking about it especially the generous portions and The second helpings. The service was very efficient leaving no delays and allowed for the party to commence on time. As for the hotel in general it was simple stunning on the Day. the gardens were maintained to the highest standards leaving us with perfect photographs.the hotel was spotless and plenty of seating especially for our drinks reception. Brian,Sive and Eilish were who we dealt with and we couldn't have met nicer people who made our day so relaxed and enjoyable. Anyone looking for a top notch Wedding venue book Killashee. You won't be disappointed. We had the time of our lives.

Killashee was our dream wedding venue, the hotel and gardens are so beautiful, the food is outstanding and the service from all the staff is fantastic. We knew there was no where else we would want to have our big day and they did not disappoint. The lead up to and the day itself went without a hitch and the team in Killashee were hugely responsible for that. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they made sure we had the best day ever.

My husband and I decided ? somewhat at the last minute ? to have a destination wedding in Ireland and Killashee was one of the first venues our wedding planner recommended. We'd never been to Ireland and our first visit would be for the wedding, so we were nervous about entrusting our wedding reception to strangers. It was, however, the single best decision we've ever made. Everything was phenomenal: the food, the service, the Original House rooms ? I really can't think of anything that didn't meet our expectations. Every single staff member we encountered at Killashee did everything s/he could to deliver a great experience. We loved Killashee so much we're going back to stay there for our first anniversary.

I could not have asked for more for my wedding at Killashee, Katie was absolutely fantastic in the run up to the wedding and on the day - even helping me into the car on the way to the church! The staff at the hotel were so accommodating - nothing was too big a problem, the whole day went off without a hitch! The food was great and there was lots of it!
The venue itself is beautiful and the rooms feel like luxury, I would highly recommend the hotel to any upcoming brides.

Without the help of the brilliant wedding team and the help of all the management at Killashee we would not have been able to plan our day so perfectly.

I can honestly say that our wedding day was the best day EVER. From the moment we walk into the hotel to the moment we left, everyone was so helpful and friendly, we were treated like royalty.

The service was unbelievable, the food was impeccable and the venue was amazing.

Before we even had a chance to think about what we needed the management team was there providing the best service imaginable.

I have attended 2 weddings as a guest in Killashee Hotel and both times have found the food to be excellent, the room plenty big for large numbers, the dance floor and bar in the room a bonus, the private drinks reception area with pianist great and the residents bar great craic. The bridal suite is like an apartment from Downton Abbey, magical!
We made a weekend of it and enjoyed the spa the next morning and a fab meal in the bar the following night too.

Fantastic hotel and staff. We got married here on April 16th 2010. We were treated like royalty from the moment we picked up the brochure enquiring about the hotel till the moment we checked out of the hotel 12 months later as husband and wife. Orla and Caroline couldn't do enough for us. All our guests have been raving about the hotel, the food, the experience. We loved every minute of our wedding and couldn't ask for a better venue.
