Leixlip Manor & Gardens

About a year ago I accidentally found Leixlip Manir and gardens on Facebook, we live in the next village over and had never heard of this venue. Reluctantly, my now husband agreed to go see it, he thought the deal they were advertising was a gimmick. We went, we liked, we booked. We are pretty laid back and left it til relatively late to start planning details but we didn't need to worry as Lesley, catriona and her team had everything done for us already. We did our food tasting and decided we wanted to give our guests a 3 course menu option on the day. Not a problem. We also wanted to personalise the already quaint venue, again no problem. Anything we wanted we got. On the day we couldn't have asked for a better day. The staff were amazing, everyone commented, they were only seen when they were needed, Lesley flitted in and out like a stealthy ninja, always there at the right time, but never intrusive. She was so respectful of our wants, professional to the last but detailed to the nth degree. The venue was spectacular, the food to die for& the amounts of it amazing, we even saw the chef out picking fresh herbs from the garden as we were getting pics done, it was that spectacular. This place is amazing, truly magical and the comments from our all our guests proved this was the most sublime place to get married.everything the deal promises is absolutely, no gimmick. all of the vendors connected with Leixlip manor were a dream to deal with& produced perfection on the day. Creative cakes, blanchardstown, gold cars, leixlip, leixlip flowers, leixlip, 5th avenue band and dj, magnificent, you all made a special day absolutely perfect and we're a dream to deal with as Leixlip manor had already prebooked everything for us. Thanks for the memories.

We chose the lavender and lace package. We couldn't be happier with how everything went, the food was amazing and the staff were brilliant. Would highly recommend this venue

My sister recently had her wedding her on 18th May 2016 , I have to say it was a beautiful setting and the staff were extremely helpful ,polite and accommodating
Would highly recommend this for a wedding venue located in a beautiful spot and if the sun shines its just WOW.
The rooms in the main manor house were stunning , the food at the reception was exceptional and the bar staff were very friendly and great fun

We were looking for somewhere that we would both feel at home in for our vet special day.
From the moment we first set foot in Leixlip manor we fell in love with the ambience and calmness that is Leixlip manor ..
We visited it several times and even when the staff were busy clearing up after a wedding we were made feel so welcome .
Leslie and all at Leixlip manor have just got it right they are so approachable and very understanding .
We had both our ceremony and wedding celebration there . I didn't notice the turnaround after the ceremony it was so seamless .
Our day could not have been more perfect . We were blessed with probably one of the sunniest days even though it was the beginning of October which meant that we could avail of the beautiful grounds / gardens for our photographs and our band played outside between the ceremony and the meal ..

The food was Devine . We had an array of ages and everyone was catered for expertly . It was a difficult decision to choose the menu as we wanted it all !
I could go on and on but I suppose saying I am so envious of any couple of any couple that have booked their wedding at Leixlip manor ..

Great food lovely venue . The staff were really lovely a pleasure to deal with everything ran like clockwork. Beautiful grounds for photos and food was great. All our guests really enjoyed the day. Only one slight issue seemed to be no hotel bar for the guests who stayed not a deal breaker though they stayed up chatting anyway! Would recommend to anyone great day with friendly warm staff and great food

We had a great experience at Leixlip Manor. Staff professional and calm. Food was lovely.

Lavender & Lace package proved excellent value. All suppliers were excellent. Band used was 'Rewind' and they were also included in package. Overall excellent value for money. Total number of guests was 90 on the day. Unfortunately, weather was cool and not suitable for drinks on patio, which would have been lovely.
Room was beautifully arranged for ceremony and nice and bright, so it photographed beautifully.
Food was excellent and nicely served. Management and staff were very helpful and p!easant.

We got married in April 2015 and had our reception in the Leixlip Manor. From start to finish the whole experience was just amazing. The professional, friendly staff are experts at what they do, ensuring you have a fantastic day that runs smoothly. The food was delicious, our guests commented it was the nicest food they have ever had at a wedding and I was repeatedly told how delicious the food was. You have exclusive use of Venue which is decorated beautifully and beautiful gardens for photographs. Leixlip Manor also recommended our photographer Eric Ronan who was the most amazing photographer. He got on great with the guests and I'd highly recommend the photobooth!! The atmosphere was just amazing and I'd highly recommend Leixlip Manor as a fantastic wedding venue.

We got married in March 2015 and cannot recommend Leixlip Manor highly enough. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and it was great having the place all to ourselves, without the very high price tag of other exclusive venues. The grounds are lovely for photos and the house is really beautiful - so nicely decorated, and the rooms a lot more spacious than they look in the photos. The bridal suite is amazing also! So many of our guests commented that it was one of the nicest weddings they had been to and they were particularly impressed with the food. The day could not have gone better ? Lesley and the rest of the staff really are experts in organising your wedding. We would highly recommend Leixlip Manor to other couples ? I literally have nothing bad to say about it!

We had a wonderful day at Leixlip Manor. Everything was perfect from the decor to the fantastic food. Lesley and team were great to deal with when planning the wedding and were very helpful in making any changes we requested. I have to mention Niamh who looked after us on the day, she was amazing!! We had a wonderful wedding in leixlip manor. From the very first meeting to the day itself everything was plain sailing and nothing was too much trouble.

The gardens provided us with some beautiful locations for our photos especially the walled garden.

The food was wonderful and the service amazing all our guest were very happy.

Fabulous wedding venue!! Niamh, Rachel and all at Leixlip Manor couldnt have been more helpful both during the planning process and on our wedding day. They were always on the other end of the phone or email to help us out. The venue and package was excellent value for money. Prices/ costs were all set out clearly. We were able to tweak the wedding package to suit exactly what we wanted. Food was excellent and accommodation was very affordable. This was particularly important to us because we had guests travelling from the UK. Fabulous scenary and gardens for all your wedding photos. Almost 2 years on, Our guests are still talking about the beautiful venue. We would recommend the venue to anyone.

Fabulous and intimate venue, exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful place and rooms, really enjoyed every moment of it. We had our civil ceremony in the main room, couldn't be nicer - beautifully decorated and bright, made for some great photos too. The gardens are lovely too and the smokers enjoyed getting out in the evening too.
Couldn't say enough about the staff: the wedding organiser and everyone in the Manor was exceptionally professional, courteous and helpful - didn't feel any stress coming up to the wedding. All our guests commented on how nice the food was and the service was faultless - have been in a few weddings since where things weren't so smooth and it really made me appreciate the service we got even more.
We had 80 guests - that was a perfect number for the venue I think.
Really enjoyed the place, as it's specifically hired for the wedding it has a very private and intimate feel to it. 10 / 10

The venue and the staff were brilliant, we had a fantastic day, only negative was the serving of the meal was a bit slow, but food amazing.

We can't believe over three months have passed since our wedding and we are only now getting around to writing to you!



What can we say? Everything was absolutely perfect! We really had a perfect day and everyone at Leixlip Manor made that possible. From the very first time we visited Leixlip Manor, throughout all of the preparations and on the day, you and Rachel and all of the team were nothing short of fantastic. Nothing was too much to ask and despite the fact that you had weddings every day that week, we were made to feel like ours was the only one being hosted by you.



We were of course lucky that the sun shone all day and so our guests could enjoy the beautiful gardens however it really would not have mattered given the warm welcome they received.



Every part of the wedding was perfect: from the welcome reception right through to the early hours of the morning and the next day. All of our guests were full of praise for the venue and the service. And of course for the food, which was delicious and perfectly presented ? and endless!! The evening barbeque was an especially big hit!



The day was everything we expected and so much more. All of the attention to detail really showed and made the venue even more special.



We cannot thank you and all of the Leixlip Manor team enough for all of your help and efforts in making our big day such a success. We also could recommend Leixlip Manor highly enough to any couple thinking of booking their wedding with you.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you; ?it's been an incredibly busy time since our wedding day. We had the most amazing day - the food was absolutely gorgeous, the manor was beautifully decorated and we loved the extra additions of vintage type d?cor around the Manor. The detail was just amazing and really made the Manor a unique, special place to have our wedding day.?The surrounding gardens and scenery are stunning and?they really made the setting for our?photographs very special. The bedrooms are beautiful and we just loved the exclusivity of the venue and being able to add our own personal touches.

Both Kevin and I have to say that what stood out the most for us was the fantastic staff at the Manor. Niamh was absolutely amazing on our wedding day. She is such a friendly, lovely person but equally an absolute professional and she made sure everything was perfect for our day. We immediately warmed to Niamh from our first visit to the Manor and we knew our wedding was in good hands. Our guests all commented on what a fantastic person she is and the amazing service she provided. Her ability to make everything?perfect and to run things so smoothly whilst?maintaining a relaxed, happy composure is something to be admired and it meant we were so happy and relaxed on our wedding day. We also have to extend our thanks Matieu - what a fine young gentleman he is. Nothing was too much for him. He has impeccable manners, an utter professional with a great sense of fun. Our guests just loved him. He did such a fantastic job and we really enjoyed him there on the day. His service was amazing and he even got rid of a bothersome fly (that came in from an open window) with one hand grab in the air. It was a funny moment and I think he is a credit to your establishment.

All of your staff have been incredibly accommodating and friendly. We can't recommend Leixlip Manor highly enough; we're telling everyone to get married here. We hope that in the future we'll have the pleasure of attending as wedding guests and to see another couple enjoy an amazing day at Leixlip Manor. Thank you all so much for your efforts, for decorating the venue with our personal items, for organising food tastings, for accommodating our requirements and for understanding exactly the type of wedding reception/day we wanted. And thank you so much Lesley for all your invaluable advice in the run up to the day and having such a quick eye to note Darren's cravat was on the wrong way round and my tan was starting to streak on my arm! What moments of embarrassment you saved!?

We had an absolute ball and the guests were all so impressed with the venue, the food, the service (especially commenting on the young male waiters who were so polite!) and the icing on the cake, was the dancing outside when the band turned around and feeling like they were at an outdoor concert!?

Lesley, you have been a brilliant wedding coordinator, I felt I could come to you with anything at all before the wedding and on the day. The Wedding Team and the Manor Staff are very professional. Our day went smoothly and we couldn't have asked for more. Even the weather was fantastic (do you have anything to do with that??).

It is so great to be married!! Love every minute of it?

We had the most amazing day of our lives in Leixlip Manor and Gardens on 23rd March. Everything about the Manor oozes charm and class that is very difficult to find.The mannerisms of all staff members should be congratulated as it was second to none in the Manor. We opted for the Vintage style decor and Wow it certainly didn't disappoint.
The food was absolutely gorgeous, so homely and delicious and very different (if you want it to be )from every other Wedding.
Every time we visited the Manor before our Wedding we always commented to one another just how beautiful it always looked. This added to our excitement on the day as we had added a few of own small touches also. The staff mingled our precious belongings in with their own and it was so special for us to see our little items scattered around the Manor on such a special day.
We had a BBQ the following day for our guests also and the only word to describe it was YUMMY!!! It went down an absolute treat. There were so many choices and it made our celebrations continue for the whole weekend instead of just one day.
We had the best day of our lives and we thank everyone in Leixlip Manor and Gardens for this. We wouldn't change one single thing.

I'm so sorry it's taken me this long to get back to you. Things have been rather hectic since we got back including me getting a new job!
We had such at great wedding and everything went so smoothly thanks to talk of you guys! We've had so many compliments on our choice of venue and everyone was raving about the food. Apparently the gravy was amazing (I had the salmon) and one of my friends asked for an entire gravy boat for herself! (She's pregnant!)

I honestly can't think of anything that struck me as needing improvement. Actually I wouldn't really change anything about the day, apart from the weather which even you couldn't change!

Thank you all so much for all your hard work and for making our wedding so fabulous! We would definitely recommend Leixlip Manor to anyone planning their wedding.

We had our wedding reception this summer in Leixlip Manor.
I could not describe how well it went. They made us feel like it was our own house and we owned it!
Everything went extremely smoothly and all our guests seemed to enjoy it tremendously.
Lesley and her team were amazing people to deal with. I think it took us 2 visits (!) to sort everything out.And I think the value for money was really good. The food was really great (that was my main desire not to have any usual wedding grab)
Our special dietary requirements were totally accommodated.
The flower arrangements and tea and coffee and scones were a really great addition.
I would recommend the place to anyone who has middle size wedding. Anything over 100 guests probably would not be that great as the space is limited, but anything less would be just perfect.

We had our wedding reception here on 19th June 2010. It was the most perfect day ever! Leslie and her team made sure we were at ease the whole day and the day went so smoothly. All of our guests said it was a beautiful hotel and that the food was absolutely delicious. My sister has Crohns disease and it was no problem for the chef to do a different menu just for her! Some of the guests went for a stroll through the beautiful gardens before dinner. All of the staff were so polite and all of our guests told us too. The next day we had a BBQ for some of our guests which was nice and relaxing. The chef cooked burgers, sausages and kebabs, and there was loads of salads to choose from. We are delighted we chose The Liffey Valley House Hotel for our wedding reception as we had the most perfect day ever.
