From the start of our wedding planning, Lynette and the whole team have been fantastic! Planning our wedding from the UK was made so easy due to Lynette's prompt communications to all of our questions and availability to meet whenever we were home. We throughly enjoyed the whole planning process with Lough Rynn from the menu tasting to the meetings. On the day, the team were fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Food was incredible and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We couldn't have asked for more! We look forward to visiting again for future weddings and family occasions. Thank you so much.

We had our wedding in Lough Rynn Castle in December 2022. We actually booked the castle for the full weekend with a function on the second/night day also. The service was amazing. Planning a wedding is always stressful, especially for the type of celebration that we had planned. Lynette was extremely helpful and attentive. She helped keep our stress at a manageable level! The weekend itself ran without any issues. The staff/team could not have been better. Our guests were so well looked after and the atmosphere in the room was so beautiful. The staff could not do enough for us - from reception to the bar staff, they were so attentive and friendly. No request was too much. Food was expensive, but the quality and quantity was top notch. Nobody was left wanting. We cannot recommend Lough Rynn high enough. Likewise, we cannot thank all the staff enough!

It’s hard to know where to even begin as we cannot thank Lough Rynn and it’s wonderful team enough for our magical wedding day. From the second we walked thorough the doors in 2019, to our third wedding date in 2022, the staff were always kind , caring, professional and showed genuine enthusiasm and excitement for your wedding day as if you were the only couple getting married. Nothing was ever an issue , and Sinead , our wedding planner looked after us right down to the dying hours, organising table plans and tying up loose ends for us with a smile on her face. Things that would normally be considered extras in other venues were included in the price and we literally didn’t have to think about any of those finer details, they took care of it all for us which we were especially grateful for with a 1year old in tow. The porters were absolutely fantastic and no job was too big for them while the bar staff and waiting staff were just so professional and on the ball , everyone at the wedding commented on how fantastic the service was… and anyone who knows Lough rynn knows about their food. From the canapés to the pizzas in the dungeon bar , it was top notch from start to finish. It’s honestly the dream venue, it ticks every single box from stunning gardens/views, amazing staff, food and accommodation. Thanks so much again to everyone in Lough Rynn and although we can’t do it all again, we cannot wait to go back to visit soon and hopefully stay in one of your fabulous suites for more than two hours :)

Day was perfect and the staff were brilliant. Couldn’t fault a thing. I was previously familiar with Lough Rynne so I knew the high standards they held themselves to. Didn’t disappoint on the day and everything went perfect.

We had our Magical Wedding at Lough Rynn Castle and it was AMAZING. From the very first meeting to view the venue right up to our wedding day and after the service & staff were expectational. From out 1st visit to Lough Rynn as a potential wedding venue, we fell in love with the Castle immediately and knew that we didn't want to look anywhere else. Lynette our wedding coordinator was amazing from start to finish, always available to chat and answer questions. She had loads of great ideas and gave us recommendations for music etc. The staff were fantastic, the food was top class. The grounds of the Castle are spectacular and we got all our photos outside in the walled garden. We had the most amazing weekend of our lives and made memories that we will cherish forever.

Lough Rynn is the perfect wedding venue with unbeatable service. Sinead was so approachable and did a fantastic job organising everything on the day. The food and service were impeccable. I couldn’t recommend Lough Rynn enough as a wedding destination.

Myself and Darragh fell in love with Lough Rynn when we viewed it for our wedding reception. Once we had visited the venue there was no where else we wanted to have our wedding reception. Our wedding coordinator Sinéad was fantastic, very quick to reply and helped with all our queries. Sinéad was friendly and enthusiastic in very conversation we had. She made our planning hassle free and enjoyable. This can also be said of all the staff at Lough Rynn, such a pleasure to work with. Our guests have complemented us so many times since our wedding reception and for choosing Lough Rynn. From the lakes and views to the walled gardens they just loved all the photo opportunities through out the castle and the grounds. The service we received on the day was five star, the food was absolutely delicious and all our guests have commented on the food with many saying it was the best meal they have had at a wedding in years. We first attended Lough rynn at a friends wedding and were sold from that day. We cannot recommend Lough rynn enough, lynette is an amazing wedding coordinator, courteous, well organised and left the process very easy. The reception was great, plenty of staff on which ensured everyone was attended to and no one was left wanting for anything. At dinner Lynette handed over to Mark. Mark is such a kind warm friendly person who exudes calmness. The food was 5 star and the speed food got around the room was very impressive. Again Mark made sure no one was left wanting, was on hand to organise everything, readily available to answer question and ensured all we had to concentrate on was enjoying ourselves. The bar staff were excellent and we're easily able to handle the job at hand. I'd also like to mention Daniel. Again exudes calmness and confidence, a very genuine and likable person who ensured we could enjoy the night and was on hand for anything needed. All the staff in Lough Rynn are excellent, from reception, waiters, bar staff and everyone in-between. The rooms throughout are excellent, the venue is beautifully located and both ground and building kept in excellent order. I could not recommend Lough Rynn more highly, to anyone thinking of having your special day here, book! You will not be disappointed.

We had our wedding at Lough Rynn in November 2022. From our first meeting Lynette was so helpful and full of information to help guide us while planning our wedding day. The staff at Lough Rynn are all so welcoming and we felt so important at every moment that we visited. The walled gardens are so beautiful for the wedding photos and as they are on the grounds we were back with plenty of time to enjoy our reception with our friends and family.

Lough Rynne Castle was the most amazing place to get married. From the beginning the team in Loguh Rynn couldn't do enough for us and this continued right up until the day of the wedding. From planning, budgeting, menu tasting, room allocations and even the day 2, any help or advice we needed was never an issue. Lynette and the team in Lough Rynn were amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend.

We held our wedding at Lough Rynn Castle in September 2022. From our first viewing of the venue we were made feel special and nothing was ever too much an ask. Lynette was an absolute dream to deal with and she really looked after us, making sure our day went smoothly and helped us in every little detail no matter how big or small the request was. Lynette and the whole team made every single step of the wedding journey so enjoyable - from the venue visit, the menu tasting, the rehearsal dinner the night before, right up to the check out the day after the wedding. Lough Rynn exceeded our expectations in every way. We live in California and all our planning and communication was done via email and a few zoom calls. We enlisted our friends, who live just an hour from the castle to do our wedding dinner tasting. They were in awe of the food, the amenities and the service they experienced. We were so grateful for them and the hospitality they were shown by Lough Rynn. They say planning a wedding is not easy and just think of doing it all through email. Let me tell you this, it was the greatest experience I have had. Every email was answered immediately (with the 8 hour time difference) No matter how many times I emailed or changed a reservation I never felt to be a bother. Our reservation contact was Aoife and she was wonderful. how many times a day I emailed she responded immediately. Our wedding day contact and “event coordinator” was Jodie. She was phenomenal. She went above and beyond and even helped me pick our entrance music after I totally forgot (face palm). Day of the wedding there was a gentleman who was in charge of the operations of the Wedding Day (I believe it’s Mark ) he was perfection. The bartender Cian was just brilliant. Kept everyone going all night, very attentive. Had the Guinness flowing for the guests. Aidan (our golf cart driver day of wedding) deserves a shout out as well. He was kind and patient and wasn’t fazed by my brother in laws attempt at grand theft auto (had to be there). To end this overly long review I could not have asked for a more perfect day. Lough Rynn gets more than 5 stars.

Lough Rynn was a spectacular venue and made our wedding day special. The staff were incredible particularly Lynette & Jodie who worked closely with us, really obliging, accommodating & full of good advice.

We would highly recommend Lough Rynn as a wedding venue. The staff are exceptional and will go above and beyond to make your day extra special. In particular our wedding day coordinator Lynette and evening coordinator Darren were exceptional. They made sure everything ran smoothly and gave us excellent recommendations. The grounds of Lough Rynn are beautiful. The food is exceptional. We loved that every part of the wedding day was in its own unique but beautiful area - the drinks reception, ballroom and then dungeon bar. We truly felt like we were living in a fairytale waking up in the incredible bridal suite. We even got a delicious breakfast in bed sent up to us when we overslept the next morning! All of our guests are still talking about the excellent service at the wedding. We can’t thank Lough Rynn enough.

My Wife and I got married at Lough Rynn recently Aug 2022. TBH everything was Excellent even through Covid our wedding coordinator was there for use as we were living in the UK. Lynette was our main point of contact and she went out of her way to accommodate us A+. We were really stressed over all the admin we had to deal with but on the day everything was covered by the staff it is like they can read your mind. It's their job and they take pride in what they do. Too much to too into and too many names to tank :) So we are very happy with our day and the service provides by Lough Rynn. B & C

We got married this summer in Lough Rynn Castle and to say it surpassed all our expectations is an understatement! My husband is a wedding photographer and we didn’t view any other venues as there are so many beautiful places to take photos. The food was incredible, so many of our guests commented on how amazing it was, there was so much of it and anyone with special dietary requirements they couldn’t of been more accommodating. The staff really make it so special though, everyone you meet is so friendly - from the lovely porters who helped our families with all their luggage to Aoife in reception who was so helpful with all the bookings, Daniel who took such great care of us - a complete gentlemen! Jodi we couldn’t say enough good things about her - she made us feel relaxed - double checked everything, so professional & a really lovely person to go with it all - wonderful at what she does! The bridal suite was so beautiful, stayed in the castle the night before the wedding, would really recommend doing this! To sum it all up - Lough Rynn has the stunning grounds, beautiful venue, amazing food & staff that make you feel so at home & taken care of! We couldn’t recommend it to anyone enough as a wedding venue! Thank you for hosting the best day of our lives, our dream day in our now special place!

Lough Rynn were a dream to deal with. The most amazing staff, venue and day. So many people commented on how fab the food was. Lynette, Mark and all the staff were so professional and amazing to deal with, they went above and beyond for us. The grounds are gorgeous and our photos turned out incredible. From start to finish, we could not praise Lough Rynn highly enough. We had the most wonderful day. The caste and its grounds are spectacular. The staff were outstanding, so helpful and friendly. We chose Lough Rynn Castle not only because of it's impressive beauty, gorgeous grounds and setting, wonderful kind and attentive staff and stunning interiors, but because of a family connection to the area and nearby town of Mohill. I (the bride) have spent a lot of my childhood in Mohill so to get married from Lough Rynn made complete sense. The entire day was perfect. Although a windy and rather wet day, nothing dampened our spirits because everything was taken care of so professionally by the staff. All the food and drink was delicious and the entire day and evening went by without a hitch. We truly felt like Lord and Lady of the Manor. From the initial moment of booking the venue and our planning for 2 years throughout the pandemic, the staff couldn't do enough for us. In the final 6 months, we met and worked with Johnny Connaughton who truly made us feel like we were the only wedding in the diary for the year - nothing was too much to ask and everything on the day was spotless and ran seamlessly. The staff serving the meal were so professional and several of my guests noted to me afterwards how they had noticed the impressive and impeccable service. The amount of food was just incredible - none of our guests went hungry. The quality of the food was second to none. The option to utilise the dungeon bar afterwards, with the added extra of pizzas at 3am was an extra delight and we definitely recommend adding this to your package if you like a party! The sound system was brilliant - I have been to weddings before where the microphones glitched or the acoustics just weren't right for both the speeches and the music - that can really take away from the day. However at Lough Rynn we had no such concerns - everyone could hear everything perfectly. The rooms including the bridal suite and also the penthouse suite that was used by my parents were all superb. Exquistely decorated and a very special experience to have that luxury to look forward to. Only wish we could have stayed longer! We booked 2 nights in the bridal suite and if you can do this, we really recommend it. Give yourselves the time to enjoy the splendour of the jacuzzi tub overlooking the immaculate lawns down towards the lake with a glass of bubbly! Thank you Lough Rynn for really making the day absolutely perfect and the best day of our lives!

From the first viewing we knew that Lough Rynn Castle Estate & Gardens was the perfect reception for our wedding day. It is such a welcoming place, it has great character and décor, it has lovely grounds for photos and the service is top class! We were just coming out of the second covid lockdown when we booked and we were safe in the knowledge that we would be well looked after at Lough Rynn Castle. We had a great time at our tasting evening, the staff were attentive and the food and wine were so good. It made it difficult to choose the final menu; everything was so delicious. We stayed overnight and were really impressed by the rooms, as were our guests on the day of our wedding. We had envisaged a garden arrival drinks reception but unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate with us on the day but we knew that Lough Rynn Castle has the beautiful Baronial Hall. It really is a venue for all-weather occasions. We knew Lynette Moran and the staff at Lough Rynn Castle would have everything perfectly set up for us. We had canapés, homemade scones and added an ice-cream cart and a gin and whiskey bar to our drinks reception which our guests very much enjoyed. Thankfully we managed to get outside for some photos and there was a golf buggy and chauffeur with an umbrella to bring us to the stunning walled gardens. The function room in Lough Rynn Castle was the perfect size for us (our wedding was approx. 200 people), with lovely light and it was beautifully decorated. We had left a few items into Lough Rynn Castle a couple of days beforehand to decorate the function room and it looked perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for Lynette and the staff at Lough Rynn Castle. The staff serving the meal were very professional and friendly and the meal itself was just delicious. Our guests were raving about the quality of the food (both the main and evening meal) and the impeccable service. There was a quick turnaround of the function room between the meal and the band. Everything went so smoothly we were on the dance floor in no time! We thought that our package was great value and matched our experience. We were also relived that there were no hidden costs or increases in prices which we had heard about for other venues coming out of covid restrictions. We ended the night in the dungeon bar with Tayto crisp sandwiches and a singsong. Everyone loved this intimate setting which is well removed from the rooms in Lough Rynn Castle and so does not disturb other guests. It was the cherry on the top of a wonderful day. The bridal suite was stunning with a Jacuzzi tub overlooking the beautiful lawns. We unfortunately had limited time to enjoy this as we mingled with our guests after breakfast (which was room service) and had to check-out of the room for the next wedding on that day. We also had Day 2 in Lough Rynn Castle. Unfortunately, our plans for an outdoor BBQ utilising the sawmill did not happen for us but again the staff at Lough Rynn Castle played a blinder and served us up a fabulous buffet in the restaurant. There were two options for the main course and a selection of mini desserts, tea and coffee. Our guests were very impressed with the spread of food. We hired a local band and the staff turned the Baronial Hall into an open space for dancing, so the party continued well into the night. The bar was well staffed and they were very attentive to our guests even though there was another wedding down in the function room. We had the best weekend of our lives and want to extent a sincere thank you to Lynette and all the staff at Lough Rynn Castle for making it so special.

Lough Rynn Castle is an absolutely incredible wedding venue the castle and grounds are amazing. We had over 200 guests and to say they go above and beyond on the wedding day for their couples is an understatment. The quality of service is second to none and you can see their level of expertise in the wedding industry to cater for large weddings and how they help make the day flow so perfectly. After viewing a few venues , lough Rynn stud out the most for friendliness, customer service, and the most amazing grounds. Every member of the team we met really went the extra mile . From start to finish it was the most enjoyable experience planning our wedding at lough Rynn, Lynette and Ciara were always there if we needed anything. The food is probably the best food I have ever tasted, it truly was amazing. The talk at breakfast the next morning was how amazing the food was and the team were. Lough Rynn must be a great place to work as every member of staff we met were extremely happy friendly and went the extra mile, not just for us the couple but our guests too. My only advice to anyone thinking of booking Lough Rynn Castle is - do it quick. The place is perfect. Right from our initial meeting communication was fast and efficient - Lynette was great and very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Location, views, accommodation, food, service, - best ever experience we have ever had in any hotel. When you think of all the things that can go wrong on a wedding day I can honestly say this day was perfect. Perfect does not happen by accident - All the staff know their job, do it well and with a smile. We could not fault the place and I think that is a rare thing in this day.

Thank you to Lough Rynn and the amazing staff for making our wedding day the best day of our lives. Johnny, Aoife and the team could not have done more to make our day so memorable. Lough Rynn in the lead up to our big day could not have done anymore to help us, between great communication and advice for the run of the day to support with any requests for our wedding day such as setting up our suppliers to allocating rooms for guests to making our guests feel so welcome. The castle itself on our wedding day looked fantastic with all our guests commenting on how good the castle is as a venue. The reception and service staff were so friendly to everyone and we cannot thank them enough. The ballroom for our wedding was beautiful with the white draping and table settings particularly beautiful. All our guests loved their meals. We had a choice of pork belly or goats cheese tartlet to start, main of either fillet of beef or sea bass and a trio of mini desserts. All choices were lovely. The hotel also looked after all dietary requirements for our guests. Our photographer Elaine Barker and videographer MGbestmovie captured our day perfectly. They both commented on how the venue was so amazing for our wedding and how great the Lough Rynn staff were for our big day. Our entertainment for the day was the Honeyvoomduo for our arrival to the venue who also played at our church ceremony. They are so talented and really got our guests into the party mood during our drinks reception. For our evening entertainment after our meals, we had Springbreak who brought the house down with their unbelievable set. James from Springbreak had everyone up and dancing which made our night. I would again like to thank Lough Rynn and we cannot wait to visit again as husband and wife.

We had our special day on the 26th of May 2022. From the very beginning, Lynette and the team were outstanding. We live overseas, so planning our wedding was daunting, but Lynette and the team made it easy. When our day finally arrived, we were made to feel like the most special people in the world, everyone was on hand and we simply didn’t have to think about anything. We were guided seamlessly through the day by Lynette, Johnny and all their staff. If you are still looking for your venue, I would say stop now, ring the team at Lough Rynn and get your day booked in. You won’t find a venue that not only offers amazing food, beautiful gardens for your photo’s and stunning rooms for your guests, but staff that genuinely care about making your day the most special day of your life.

Our wedding had to be put back a year due to covid restrictions. This was no problem to Lough Rynn, they were very accommodating in transferring the booking. Then leading to the new date when restrictions were reimposed, they were great support in assisting with any queries or questions. Cannot speak highly enough of Lynette and the hotel.

We had a wonderful New Years Day wedding in Lough Rynn Castle. Michelle, our wedding coordinator was amazing throughout the entire planning process, and truly made our day so special. The venue itself is magical and all our guest commented on how wonderful everything was on the day. The grounds of Lough Rynn made a beautiful backdrop for all our photos. We were so fortunate to have had our day in the beautiful Lough Rynn Castle. Initially we went for a night away to view the building as it has links to our own home. From the moment we arrived we knew that if we ever got married we would moat certainly choose this amazing venue. The castle is so warm, welcoming and homely. The welcoming staff along with the indescribable positive atmosphere makes Lough Rynn Castle feel like a home away from home. The staff couldnt be more accomodating and after many visits, chats and hearty belly laughs we would go so far to consider them as friends. We were very fortunate to become aquainted with Lynette, our wedding coordinator. No problem was too big or too small and she continually kept us at ease leading up to the big day. Her love, passion and devotion to our wedding plans was invaluble. We are truly grateful. Johnny took over the evening events and lived up to his name of being a 'smooth operator', we couldnt have asked for better. The food on the day was delightful and to the highest of standards. Our guests are still complementing the food and we are already looking forward to once again visiting the Sandstone restaurant. Hats off to the chef. We had our wedding day in lough rynn the week before Christmas 2021. as we live abroad we didn’t get to view the venue personally ourselves before the wedding however our wedding co ordinator Michelle who was amazing to deal with from start to finish, through all date changes, restrictions no matter what she was so helpful throughout with advice, check in’s, friendly chats- nothing was too much trouble for her, made sure we were up to date with pictures and videos of the venue so we could capture exactly what we wanted! We couldn’t have been happier with the food, the service, everything went so smooth! The Christmas decor and the grounds was amazing. We couldn’t recommend Lough Rynn enough!

We were very fortunate to have our wedding celebration at this magical venue recently. I still have to pinch myself at how the whole day from beginning to end really wowed not only us but all of our guests. From all the fabulous staff and I genuinely mean ALL, so welcoming and attentive, to the food which was simply amazing. May I also add that the band "Top of the Popz" kept the floor full all night. Ruth, Lynette, Michelle made everything that much easier and even last minute changes were handled so well. Our guests felt so spoilt for the day and so did we. The decor was so atmospheric with the Christmas decorations up also. We will cherish these memories.

We could not have chosen a better venue to host our Winter Wedding. The venue is so beautiful and from the beginning of the wedding planning process right through to the end, Lough Rynn were fantastic, even when we had to change our initial wedding date. Michelle was always available when we required any assistance or guidance and made our experience so wonderful. The service was impeccable, the food was divine and every member of staff is so friendly - they really do make every experience one to remeber. The standards are so incredibly high at Lough Rynn and we cannot wait to return again very soon.

We could not recommend Lough Rynn highly enough. They are experts at what they do and gave us the perfect day. Michelle, Alan, Daniel and Tracey were so helpful. Even with all restrictions etc etc they were really easy to deal with and every request we made was done without question. Food was great as always and service top class.

We couldn't recommend Lough Rynn Castle enough as a wedding venue. From our first viewing of the hotel Ruth and Ciaran couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. The staff and service was amazing throughout the whole weekend and the food was incredible. We had nothing but positive comments from all of our guests who were so impressed with the beautiful castle including the Walled Gardens. The function room is a beautiful setting for a wedding and very well laid out while the Baronial Hall where we had our drinks reception was ideal. Overall, Lough Rynn Castle was our dream wedding venue and we couldn't recommend it highly enough.

From the second we initially booked Lough Rynn, right up until the day of our wedding the service we received from our wedding coordinator Lynette & the rest of the staff was amazing! Nothing was too much to ask, Lynette was so helpful with guiding us on how to organise big day! Even at our menu tasting Johnny was so knowledgable about all the food & wine options available to us & what would suit our style of wedding. The whole day was so magical & we would love to do it all over again at our favourite place with the most beautiful grounds for wedding photographs & the most tasty food. Lough Rynn were an absolute pleasure to deal with from the moment we booked our wedding to the actual day of the wedding. We had to change the date 3 times and Lough Rynn couldn't have been more accommodating. They never put us under any pressure to finalise dates or numbers. Michelle, Ruth, Johnny and all the staff at Lough Rynn Castel were absoloutly amazing to deal with for our wedding and we could not recommend them enough. They really made the whole experience a magical one. After months of viewings we finally stumbled upon Lough Rynn and booked our wedding with them in April 2019 for a September 2020 wedding. Lough Rynn is a beautiful venue, has amazing grounds and is full of caracter. It was just what we were looking for as we wanted a venue that was semi private and still able to cater for our original numbers. However, due to covid and the uncertainty around the pandemic we decided to postpone a year. I have to say, Lough Rynn and in particular Michelle made this decision so much easier and really took the pressure of us. They were more than accommodating and really understanding of the predicament we were in. They were always only a phone call away, kept us up to date and really looked after us so so well from the day we booked to the day of the wedding and beyond. They really made sure we had the best day possible and I'm so delighted we got to have our wedding here.

We had an amazing experience at Lough Rynn Castle, and a wedding that was full of joy because of the beauty of the venue, and the staff who run it. We felt particularly lucky to have booked with such a fantastic venue, and to have worked with Michelle and Lynette, who helped us plan and saw us through the unpredictable stages of the pandemic, with utmost understanding and professionalism. When we started looking at wedding venues, we knew we wanted somewhere really special, in a beautiful location, and intimate enough to feel exclusive for all our guests... Lough Rynn ticked those boxes instantly, and everything went beyond our expectations thereafter. We had guests travelling quite a distance, who we really wanted to look after, and without a doubt they all loved the beauty and luxury of the castle, the grounds, the baronial hall, and the walled gardens. The food was particularly good, and while we opted for our own wine, we were well accommodated when it came to negotiating and adding our own personal touches. The staff went above and beyond all expectations on the day and in the run up to it, and this separated Lough Rynn from our experiences elsewhere. We really loved the spirit and beauty of Lough Rynn, and couldn't recommend it highly enough for anyone seeking high standards and a special experience.

As a little girl I use to play in the grounds of Lough Rynn as a child long before it became the amazing Lough Rynn Caslte and I always thought in my head "i'l get married there one day" I never thought it would be possible as I assumed it would be out of our reach as we were getting married on a budget. But Ruth and her team went above and beyond for us. I never imagined in my wildest dreams how perfect it would be. From the help we received coming up to the wedding until the moment we left the day after the wedding. The ceremony and reception were held in the ballroom and it looked like something out of a fairytale. The staff were absolute amazing. There is so much more I could say but it would go on forever. If you are considering having your wedding there I would say BOOK NOW and I promise you you will not regret it.

We had the most wonderful wedding in Lough Rynn Castle. Our wedding fell into the lockdown restrictions category with so many uncertainties, but never once did we need to stress as Michelle had everything for us under control. Treated like royalty from the very start in every interaction we had, with any staff from the top to the bottom. All our guests were extremely complimentary of the staff on the day and we feel like we left with friends in Lough Rynn Castle. The level of inclusions within the wedding package takes so much extra stress out of the day and we highly recommend it to everyone.

We had a fantastic wedding in Lough Rynn! I cannot say enough for how great an experience it was for us! In the midst of all the covid chaos they were so helpful and flexible! And then when we eventually got to the big day they went above and beyond and we had a fantastic time!!

From beginning to end, Lough Rynn Castle helped make our wedding day the best it could have been. Dealing with the wedding team was an absolute joy, the professionalism of the team and Ruth in particular was exceptional. It’s plain to see that this level of service transcends to all other staff whom clearly recognise the importance of their roles and guests more crucially. For us the stand out things were being able to go off piste so to speak with our food and beverages as well as go against convention when it came to changing the order of small things like our first dance and speeches. Overall, our guests loved their day out so a big thanks to Clare, the Head Chef, Alan, the GM and of course to Ruth and her team too. To conclude I think it’s a fair assessment to say that Lough Rynn Castle was extremely good value for money and we would not shy from recommending the venue to all even for a drink or overnight stay. We had a wonderful wedding day in Lough Rynn. On the run up to the wedding the team at Lough Rynn were supportive, encourgaing and reassuring. The excellence started long before our big day. On the day the room, the grounds and the hotel looked stunning, A huge effort had been made for us. The food and beverages, the atmosphere, the ball room and the grounds were all excellent. However, it was the staff that 'wowed' everyone most. All the guests commented on the brilliance of the staff. Quite simply, they are experts at what they do. The rooms were pristine, the ball room was stunning, the grounds were immaculate, however, it was the staff that stood out for us and our guests.

Aside from the fact that the venue is obviously stunning, it is made even better with staff who are willing to go above and beyond to make your day extra special and to make you feel so relaxed and calm knowing that you and your guests will be very well looked after. The food was top quality and there was plenty of it, the ballroom was decorated so beautifully, down to every last detail and the rooms are fabulous, especially the bridal suite. We could not be happier that we decided to go with Lough Rynn for our big day. From day 1, we were made feel so comfortable and welcome in the castle and enjoyed a few one night stays and fabulous dinners on the run up to our wedding. The service was always exceptional and the staff have a very keen eye for detail. They were with us every step of the way and were always on the other end of the phone to help us with any queries or concerns. As we were married over Christmas 2020/21, there was a lot of uncertainty around numbers etc. Lough Rynn were very flexible and accommodating in light of this. On the day, the setting was magical. It was so cosy and intimate. The service was second to none, the food was exceptional and the grounds were immaculate for photos. Lough Rynn is an exceptional wedding venue and we are truly left with the most special memories from our big day. We will continue to return in the years to come and know there will always be a warm welcome waiting.

Lough Rynn came to our rescue when our original venue cancelled on us 4 days before our wedding due to covid! We found them so professional and lovely to deal with and the wedding went off without a hitch and I'm so glad we were able to have our wedding there in the end, it was a blessing in disguise! I just cannot recommend Lough Rynn as a wedding venue highly enough! Like many couples this year our original June date had to be postponed and Lough Rynn were so incredibly flexible and helpful throughout all the uncertainty. Michelle, one of the wedding coordinators was so kind, keeping us updated with developments which at some points literally meant weekly calls. I knew Lough Rynn was renowned for its exceptional staff but I never expected to encounter such warmth, compassion and laughter! From the first day we visited the venue in 2018 right through to the day we checked out after the festivities had ended, it was the most special experience and we felt truly important. I know how popular a venue Lough Rynn is but to us, it felt like we were treated like royalty! Our guests all commented on how accommodating and lovely the staff were, whether at check in, dinner, the bar table service, breakfast the following morning, they were just absolute legends! On a separate note it was so heartening to see such an exceptional, family run business thriving despite all the challenges thrown at them this year. We all felt super safe yet relaxed throughout the wedding. The food lived up to the incredible reviews I had previously heard from friends attending weddings in Lough Rynn. We were so impressed at the choice on the menu with some really exceptional dishes I have never received at another wedding. Their execution and delivery on the day was flawless! For any couples looking for a beautiful venue, amazing food and incredible staff, Lough Rynn delivers it all to a 5 star level. They have had plenty of challenges thrown in their path this year and it’s a real testimony to every single staff member and the management team that we can say we were so thrilled that our smaller than anticipated wedding was such a larger than life celebration this year!

We cannot recommend Lough Rynn highly enough as a venue. We loved everything about it – the castle itself, the function room, the grounds but most importantly the amazing service they provide. We had the misfortune of getting married during Covid but Lough Rynn were absolutely amazing to deal with throughout. We initially postponed in May and went ahead with our wedding in August 2020. The whole experience with Lough Rynn was amazing, Ruth was the most fantastic wedding coordinator and was living through the experience of trying to get married during Covid with us. All the staff at Lough Rynn went above and beyond to make sure that we had the most amazing wedding day. Everyone commented on how safe they felt with the measures put in place by the hotel. We really cannot praise them enough.

We cannot thank Zoe and the Lough Rynn team enough for what they did for us! Planning from the States was made easy with clear and fluid communication with Zoe, who made sure all the details were included on our day! When we arrived in Ireland on the 11th, our wedding plans of 1.5 years suddenly took a turn amidst the pandemic and travel bans. Our guest list dropped from 185 down to 55 in a matter of hours. However, Zoe and the staff were a class act and helped us with the sudden changes, and were understanding about the things out of our control. We were blessed to have our church ceremony and wedding right before everything closed down. Lough Rynn is the place to have a wedding and I only wish we could go back soon! The food is superb, the staff is kind and attentive, and the views are breathtaking. I had guests tell me they wanted others in the family to have their wedding here too, because of how wonderful it was! We are so happy with our day and will hold it a dear memory.

I would highly recommend Lough Rynn as a wedding venue. The castle and grounds are beautiful and perfect for photographs, both inside and outside. Zoe was our wedding coordinator and she did a fantastic job from showing us around on our first visit, to responding promptly to our queries and being there on the day making sure everything went smoothly. We found the staff to be very professional and food was served to all our guests promptly at our evening reception. Our guests were so complimentary of the venue and the amazing food served on our wedding day.

Alot of my guests hadnt attended a wedding there before but the feedback I got has been incredible, everything from the grounds, rooms to the castle itself are in top condition, my only downfall is the wedding is over an I miss the communication with the girls at Lough Rynn!!!

Our wedding coordinator was Zoe and from day one she was fantastic. Nothing was too much hassle. Anything we requested she tried her best to make it happen and so efficiently. The staff on the day were amazing - from our golf cart driver Aidan who kept us warm with hot water bottles and blankets, the restaurant manager Kevin who was serving the most amazing cocktails for our drinks reception and to the banqueting manager Johnny who coordinated the serving of meal with army-like precision. So many of our guests complimented the politeness of the staff and their attention to detail. We just love this hotel so much and we can't wait to return for our anniversary!

Myself and my now husband chose Lough Rynn initially for its stunning views and My husband fell in love with the dungeon bar! Going forward we received the best help and service. Our tasting was amazing and Alan was spectacular, I can not give him enough praise. The food was out of this world at tasting and on the day, all our guests are still raving about it. The wine served with the food was also delicious. The wait staff were very attentive and when there was a problem with one of our starters (guest was vegi) it was sorted in no time at all and an alternative given. The whole day and evening was perfect! The only downside was the first 'wedding planner' we had unfortunately moved jobs in the middle of our planning, we were given a wonderful replacement but there were a few miscommunications due to this, but nothing that impacted our day, and they were all sorted very fast and with the upmost professionalism. Bar staff were great and full of fun chat with us and all our guests. I would highly recommend lough rynn. Wish I could do it all over again!! Thanks for the perfect day.

From the first day of entering Lough Rynn castle Niall and I were so excited about this venue. It never disappointed us. Every trip to Lough Rynn castle we always got that excitement. In January 2018, myself and my fiancée Cathal had a big decision to make. We had just gotten engaged and we were on a quest to find our dream wedding reception venue. We had been at a wedding there just two weeks before and were really impressed with it. It would be easy to assume that it would be difficult to envision what a July wedding would look like during dreary January. However, no amount of fog or mist could dampen the character and appeal of this cosy and charming castle. During our initial meeting, we received a warm greeting and we were asked about our wishes for our wedding day. I liked that we didn’t jump straight to the financial aspect, rather, we discussed what we wanted from our dream wedding venue. Lough Rynn has so many fascinating features from the characterful reception room to the bright and breezy ballroom. The passage that sits betwixt the two is equally beautiful. The grounds that envelope this architectural treasure could only be described as ethereal. The tower that looks out over the Lough is like something out of a fairytale. As aesthetically alluring as Lough Rynn is, the warmth of the staff and the service that is offered is what truly takes this venue to the next level. Our wedding co-ordinator Ruth was an absolute joy to deal with. She was patient and accommodating and exuded a warmth and enthusiasm that made us feel truly valued. She was always on call and ensured that we had everything in order in the lead up to our defining day. On the day itself, she was efficient and reassuring, she is the epitome of professionalism in the most pleasant sense. All in all, that decision we made on a drizzly January afternoon did not disappoint. The 26th of July, 2019 was a bright and sunny day and we got to have our dream drinks reception on the lawn overlooking the lake. The food was exceptional and the fantastic forest provided the perfect backdrop. Aside from this, the attitude of the staff was what really reinforced the joyful feeling we experienced on our wedding day. We feel so grateful to have had the party of our dreams in Lough Rynn Castle and we will forever cherish the memories we made on that most special, sunny Summer’s day.

Where do we start. We recently had our wedding in lough rynn castle and it was just the best weekend of our lives. From the moment we set foot In the castle almost 2 years ago we fell in love with it but little did we realise just how amazing this place and its staff could be. We now almost feel like part of the family up there. The staff were so accommodating and looked after our every need. You hear alot of stories about how stressful a wedding can be and the wedding day itself but when you have such an incredible team working with you it made our weekend run stress free and we enjoyed every minute. We can’t thank our wedding team of Ruth, Kate & Zoe enough. Our host/mc Johnny who went above and beyond all weekend. And manager Alan who’s looked after us from day 1. Along with all the other staff who made our weekend so special.

I literally can't recommend Lough Rynn highly enough, they were truly amazing in the run up and on our big day. No question or request was too big for them & they are involved in every little detail of our day from the beginning. All of the wedding coordinators in there were top notch at their jobs, we had Ruth Conlan but we also dealt with some of the other girls in the run up to our wedding & they were all so helpful. We had so many comments from our guests on how friendly and fun all the staff at Lough Rynn were & on their great service. We loved hearing this as this was our experience too, we feel we have made friends for life with some of the staff by now! On the food, also can't speak highly enough! Our guests were all blown away with the quality and taste of our wedding food, the beef in particular went down very well! We also had some vegans, vegetarians & coeliac guests...they all said the staff couldn't have done more for them with their dietary requirements & our vegan guests said it was the first wedding they had been too that they didn't have to eat fruit salad for dessert, so they were delighted!!! I'm so sad it's all over for us now, wish we could relive it all again!

We absolutely cannot fault Lough Rynn. Can't find a downside! The staff were all so helpful and friendly to us and to all our guests. Our wedding coordinator moved on and we had a new one from about a month before our date but we were not in the slightest worried. Everything was handled by the hotel - timing, vendors, etc. They are so trust worthy and it was so stress free. They go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect both for the couple and their own reputation. Worth every penny and more for the high standard of service. Amazing food - still being commended. Second day BBQ was outstanding. Like a wedding all over again. Rooms were also fabulous. Recently renovated. Such charm and elegance about the place. Highly recommend this. We had 270 people and the venue was perfect.

A special mention and thank you to both our wedding coordinators, Michelle & Michelle, who were absolutely fantastic and guided us through the process with patience, expertise and professionalism and were always on hand for every phone call and email to ensure that our day was the best day of our lives. Another thank you to the restaurant manager Kevin, who went above and beyond to ensure our wedding menu was perfect. Our guests throughly enjoyed the day with many of them saying “it was the best wedding we’ve ever been at” and we have no doubt that it was due to everyone at Lough Rynn. Everything about our wedding was perfect. I honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. The hotel is a very elegant tastefully decorated venue. Its grounds are beautiful and there are some lovely places to take photos. A lot of our guests commented on how good the food was. A few said it was the best food they’d ever had at a wedding. One thing that sets it apart is how good the staff are. They’re very warm, friendly, polite and professional. All of them, including younger part time staff, are very good at their job. My wife and I were delighted with how everything went on the day, and the care and personal attention we were given before, during and after our wedding day. I would highly recommend Lough Rynn to anyone considering it as their venue.

Lough Rynn, what a fabulous day was had by ourselves and by all our guests. From our first meeting with Michelle to the day itself the service was seamless. From the hot water bottles in the golf buggies en route to photos to the amazing food from the great girls from housekeeping that came down to help me clean up the room for taking pictures with my bridesmaids they were just amazing and Pamela and Johnny keeping the day flowing and fabulous. Pamela and Johnny were great on the day and make you feel that your wedding is the first one they had done with their enthusiasm and attention to detail. We would pick Lough rynn a million times over again.

We can not say enough good things about having our wedding in Lough Rynn. The service provided was 5 stars. Our wedding co-ordinator Michelle was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had no fears about how the day would go as Michelle guided us through the running order for the day and always dealt with any requests in a professional and prompt manner. Our guests raved about the excellent food and welcoming staff in the hotel. The grounds of the hotel were a beautiful backdrop for our wedding pictures. Nothing is ever too much for Lough Rynn staff. They go above and beyond for anything you wish. If they cannot help you then they definitely will always point you in the right direction. Food was exceptional, all the guests were so happy with it and all the guests complemented on the standard of customer service. It is not the cheapest venue around but absolutely the best for customer service and quality. What they provide decoration wise is absolutely fantastic, we honestly had the best weekend of our lives.

We got married here 3 weeks ago and to say we were blown away is an understatement. Our guests are still talking about the food & service and how beautiful the venue is. On the 4th august 2018 this year we got married in lough rynn castle. Myself and my husband shane had never even been to lough rynn we just decided to book on word of mouth and take the risk as we lived in Australia. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Michelle Whelan our wedding co ordinator was amazing and was always so helpful. Nothing was ever a hassle and she made it so much easier planning from oz!!! The team on the day went to so much effort to ensure we had the most amazing outdoor ceremony. The guests could not compliment the venue more!! Food and service was top knotch. Honestly cannot thank them enough....it was the most perfect day!!!!

Since we first walked in the door we both knew that this was our dream wedding venue. We had never been to Lough Rynn and decided to look at it as a possibility for our wedding and both instantly fell in love. Every part of it is just so beautiful. We first met with Pamela to explore our options and from day one she was a pleasure to deal with. She is very professional at her job and she was so helpful and shared some really good advice with us. We also had dealings with Michelle and cannot praise her either enough. Pamela and Michelle were always available to answer any queries and to help with absolutely anything we asked for. They made everything so seamless. On the day itself all the staff really made sure all our guests were very well looked after at the welcome reception. The meal itself was amazing and we received a multitude of comments that it was out of this world. Guests have also mentioned it’s the little things that really make such a difference and this is what Lough Rynn has compared to other venues. Each table is served at the same time so it doesn’t matter if you are the first or last table, everyone gets served at the same time. It is obvious that they take the time to train there staff to be the best. Martina that was in charge of the top table on the day was incredible and really looked after us. Johnny introduced the Bridal party into the room and he really does create a great atmosphere with the guests. He is a credit to the place as he really is the most helpful guy and great craic. He was there for most of the night to make sure everything was running ok. He also helped us when we were leaving off the goods and collecting them a few days later. Our only regret was that we didn’t have an after party the next day for everyone. We didn’t want to put any expense on our guests and in fact everyone commented how lovely it would be to stay a second night. Everyone was so relaxed on the Sunday they didn’t want to leave. Some of our guests stayed in the local B and B’s or rented houses and couldn’t praise them enough especially the hosts. They really go out of their way to welcome everyone and make the experience enjoyable for all. Thank you so much to Pamela, Michelle, Alan, Martina, Johnny and all the staff for making our day perfect. It really is a truly incredible venue.

Lough Rynn was always the only venue that we had ever dreamed of getting married in. From our very first stay at the castle we knew we would get married there, not even engaged yet! The service that is provided from the staff is simply outstanding. You can tell that the staff really enjoy their work as they are so friendly and love to help you in any way that they can. Our Wedding coordinator Michelle Wheelan was a true professional in every aspect of her job. From meeting her over three years ago she made the entire experience so enjoyable for us making it so stress free, with even time for some farming chats in-between!! From the feedback we have received from our wedding guests we have learned that every single person tried there best to find a fault and not ONE succeeded! Everything from start to finish was beyond our expectations, food, drink, atmosphere, staff, cleanliness it was all perfection. If we could do it all again we would in a heartbeat. After looking at a number of venues, we fell in love with Lough rynn the minute we arrived for our first viewing. From our first meeting with Ruth Conlon, General Manager we knew we had to have our wedding there. Over the months leading up to the big day the professionalism of all the staff was very evident. Nothing was too much trouble. On the big day the hotel does what it does best and took the best care of our guests and of course the grooms in a manner which can only be described as exceptional. They gave us a very memorable experience and i would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for your wedding or just a weekend away.

We loved everything about our Lough Rynn Castle wedding! We live in New York and were originally nervous about having a destination wedding. However when discovered Lough Rynn Castle and met with Pamela Diver and the rest of the lovely castle staff we felt at home. Pamela went above and beyond to help us organize and plan our dream wedding. She remembered every little thing we told her, even if it was just once. She was a calm presence during the planning, our visits to the venue, and on the weekend of the wedding. She has a great eye for detail, and a wonderful way with people. The entire castle staff made us feel like we were part of their family. Our guests are still raving about the experience. They were floored away by the beautiful castle and grounds. The meal was lovely, and the drinks flowed all night long. We also loved the local people in Leitrim. They opened up their homes and hotels to accommodate our 220 guests, and several of them have become our dear friends. Planning a wedding is such a huge challenge! Michelle and her team were a great help in guiding us. We had some minor issues along the way but always found a solution. We are so delighted we chose Lough Rynn as our wedding venue. We had a fantastic few days celebrating our wedding in June at Lough Rynn. It's hard to know where to start with a review as everything went so well- the venue, the food, even the weather! The standout for us were the staff. Pamela our wedding co-ordinator made wedding planning so easy and nothing we asked for was ever a problem. Michelle Gallagher took over while Pamela was on leave and provided excellent service also, setting up last minute details for us and being on hand throughout our wedding day. The castle staff are all extremely friendly and polite and in particular we noticed it with the top table servers on the wedding day. We've had lots of comments from our guests on the venue and we can't wait to return!

We got married at Lough rynn castle on 26th May and had a fantastic day from start to finish. Everything ran so smoothly on the day. The staff were fantastic and the food and service was amazing. We had the most fantastic wedding day at Lough Rynn Castle it is fair to say it was beyond our expectations . It would be unfair to single out any particular staff member as everyone was brilliant on the day. Venue, food. staff. atmosphere we had it all. The only down side was the day passed way too quickly.

We got married in Lough rynn last month and can't say enough for them. The service was amazing from start to finish. The wedding planner Michelle was easy to deal with and was very knowledgeable. They took care of alot of little things in the days leading up to the wedding which relived alot of stress from my wife. On the day everything went like clockwork and again Michelle was there making sure all was well from hot water bottles and blankets for the bride's maids who were chauffeured around the grounds in a golf buggy for pictures to making sure some canopies were left for us after the pictures. Wait staff were quick and the guests got thier meals seconds after we got ours. Grounds were well kept aswell as the rooms. Good breakfast the next morning to.

The venue at Christmas time is nothing short of a fairytale scene and the staff match this in their approach to every detail of the planning. As we were planning our wedding from overseas, we couldn't have asked for any more of our wedding coordinator than she gave and always with a smile on her face. We couldn't recommend Lough Rynn highly enough to anyone having their wedding in Ireland. The interaction with the staff was a dream and the venue, along with the spectacular grounds, have given us the most beautiful photographs to cherish forever.

Where do I begin, this hotel is absolutely stunning, the staff are so welcoming and even though the hotel is such a grand estate there is a homeliness which is one of the things we fell in love with. During our several visits during planning our wedding we could not get over the kindness and attentiveness show to us by all members of staff. Our wedding co-ordinator was Michelle Wheelan, from the minute we met her we were at ease, she is an absolute lady and very professional at her job. Nothing was ever a problem and we looked forward to every visit - I cant imagine any other hotel would accept a table plan at 8pm on the eve of your wedding. Planning a wedding brings lots of unknowns and worries, however our venue was one thing we had no worries about. We were content knowing that people were going to have a beautiful venue, receive a warm welcome and get great food! I could write a book on Michelle and this hotel! Our wedding day was like a dream from start to finish, we and our guests were treated like royalty, walking into the function room was like walking into a fairy tale, Michelle and the team managed to pull everything together even better than we could have ever imagined. Our wedding meal was absolutely beautiful and we have been told by a number of our guests that it was one of the best weddings they were ever at, so that is always a good sign. :) Lough Rynn is something else for a wedding, If we could do it all over again we would not change one thing!

Pamela and Michelle would respond to any of our queries coming up to the wedding very quickly and were most helpful with the wedding planning. The venue itself is stunning with plenty of things to see and do for guests during quiet times, both in the castle itself and in the gardens. On the wedding day itself everyone involved was very professional, friendly and did all they can to help. We could not rate Lough Rynn Castle as a wedding venue high enough. From the first day we met our wedding coordinator michelle whelan she was such pleasure to deal with . For the whole year and a half leading up to our wedding michelle always got back to us straight away with any queries or changes we wanted to make and nothing was ever a problem. She made us feel so relaxed about the day and she was always on hand to offer any advise or guidance on anything we weren't sure about . On our wedding day there were so many little things that they did that just made our day so memorable and special . Our guests are still raving about the food and the venue . For any couple considering getting married there we would highly recommend it .

Lough Rynn castle is a magical venue. From the moment we met the wedding coordinator Michelle Whelan we knew no where else stood a chance. She is a dream to deal with. We trusted her dedication to her job and her talents so much we basically left everything to her. I only ever contacted Michelle to confirm numbers as everything was perfect because of her. This made our day perfect we had nothing to worry about. The food was amazing and all our guests repeated this fact to us. The service provided from all the staff was second to none. Also for unforgettable photos the gardens at the hotel just makes it even more special.

The service was also fantastic and extremely professional. Every aspect of our wedding was catered for and not only was the day itself fantastic but the lead up to our wedding, the food tasting and the planning of our day was perfect. We couldn't have been looked after better and we look forward to returning here in future as it is now a special place for us.

I cannot recommend Lough Rynn Castle more highly as a wedding venue. Not only is it a stunning venue, but the staff are truly brilliant at what they do. We have such good memories from Lough Rynn. We had our ceromony and reception there. Nothing was too much trouble. The catering/waiting staff during our meal were so organised and profession and helpful. So many of our guests have commented on the friendly staff and amazing meal. Michelle and the team in Lough Rynn were great from start to finish. The venue and setting itself is fantastic, but add in the service provided by all the staff and the excellent quality food and we and our guests had an amazing day. Lough Rynn Castle is the most amazing wedding venue. The castle itself is fabulous with a really warm atmosphere and sits on the most beautiful grounds. Perfect for all your wedding photos! The staff are friendly and efficient and they appear to genuinely enjoy their work. The wedding team could not be more helpful from the moment you start planning with them, right through to the end. Louise offered us great advice throughout. Their attention to detail is second to none. The food is absolutely outstanding, we received so many compliments on the excellent food! The accommodation is really lovely and the breakfast is amazing! We are still getting lovely compliments about the fabulous food, the helpful staff and the beautiful surroundings! We got married in this beautiful place only last week and we just had to share our experience! What can we say...from start to finish everything just flowed so perfectly! What we really loved was the fact that we felt like part of the family there, from Seamus seeing us off on the morning to Aidan bringing us about in his buggy for the pictures, everything felt so effortless. Ruth and Pamela are amazing at what they do as wedding coordinators, they set the place up exactly as I had imagined and so easy to work with. We really had the best day ever and all our guests haven't stopped telling us what a magical day they had! I have to be honest and say we knew all along that it was a little above our price range from the get go but we have to say it was so worth it as the team go above and beyond and the food is top quality! We would highly recommend Lough rynn to any future couples, we had an amazing day ????

Lough Rynn was extremely accommodating and were very helpful whenever we had any questions. The staff were very professional and friendly, this is something that was noted by many of our guests. The food was delicious and we were thrilled to hear our guests raving about the entire meal. We had one small hiccup on our day when or DJ didn't turn up but the staff of LR went out of their way ringing around locally trying to find a replacement. Our wedding day in Lough Rynn was amazing and I would love to relive it. Hopefully we'll be lucky enough to be invited to another wedding there some time soon as it really is a magical place. We would highly recommend this venue.

Lough Rynn provided us with the most amazing wedding we could have imagined. From start to finish Ciara and the rest of the staff were a pleasure to deal with. All of our requests were catered for. The venue itself is stunning inside and out, no need to scout for photography locations as they are all onsite. We are still getting compliments for the food and level of service on the day. No doubt about it, this is a special wedding venue and I would recommend to anyone.

We found that the staff very friendly and accommodating from the time wedding was booked till all wedding party had checked out.Food was exceptional and everyone had such praise for it. Quite simply an absolute delight to deal with. From the 1st enquiry phone call right through to checking out the day after he wedding. The team here are incredible. From front of house, to wedding planners, bar staff, waiters, chefs, porters- the same smiley consistent service from everyone. Myself and my Wife Clare got married at the Castle on the 16th October 2015, Everything was perfect and we couldn't have asked for a nicer venue to celebrate with our family and friends. We planned the wedding from Canada and at first we were a little anxious about planning from abroad but our wedding co-ordinator Louise couldn't have been more helpful and was so efficient at responding to all our queries (Which we had loads off). We had a few specific request's which Louise sorted for us without any issue's. It really is the staff that make this venue amazing we have no problem in recommending this venue to any couple for their wedding day.

This is a wonderful venue, every one remarked on the quality of the service, the professionalism and how lovely everyone was. Pamela (wedding co-ordinator) was a joy to work with and no request was too big or too small! We had a day we will cherish forever, it just went by too fast! We would like to do it all over again in slow motion ;)

I found our wedding coordinator extremely helpful and polite. Pamela also helped to provide details of other local suppliers needed eg local beauticians and hairdressers for guests. Cake maker and offered assistance for music etc

If we tried to find fault with Lough Rynn, it wouldn't be possible! That's simply how incredibly professional, courteous and helpful they are. All the staff are so down to earth and genuinely seem so happy to be doing their job, as they always have a smile and are very polite. In particular, Louise McGarry and Ciara McKeown, our wedding co-ordinators, were nothing short of fantastic as they completely took the stress out of the wedding day for us. The food is so exceptional, that you just will not find anywhere else in Ireland like it. And of course, the venue and setting speaks for itself!!

Lough Rynn Castle were so helpful with everything we wanted to do, we had a lot of decorating to ourselves and the staff would not let us do it they insisted on doing it all. The whole day was absolutely perfect the staff were outstanding and both Pamela and Ciara were fantastic listening to me in the run up to the big day. It is hard to put in to words just how fantastic Lough Rynn is as a venue! 3 months later our guests are still telling us our wedding was one of the best they have been too and we have no doubt that was largely due to the fantastic service we and they received at Lough Rynn. From our very first appointment with Ciara right through to the day before the wedding, every email was answered efficiently, nothing was any trouble and everything was even better than we ever could have imagined! All of the staff are so friendly and will go over and above to assist in any way! It really is a one of kind magical Place to have your wedding!

Lough Rynn were fantastic to deal with for our wedding in August 2015. Their professionalism made planning our wedding so easy and we would highly recommend Lough Rynn to any couple. There were two errors on our Wedding Day. Father of the Bride was given a burnt steak when he ordered rare and the top table were not given a top-up of wine or water before the speeches. The manager on duty was told immediately and he was a bit defensive, however our wedding coordinator was very apologetic the next morning. All of the staff at Lough Rynn are incredibly friendly and really pay attention to all their guests. We really noticed and loved how they treated us the morning after the wedding. They were obviously busy setting up for another wedding but did not rush us at all to vacate the Baronial Hall or move our cars. It is treatment like this that leaves a lasting impression and we really feel that Lough Rynn is a five star wedding venue.

Louise was a great help while we organised our wedding from Australia. She was quick with her responses, professional, polite and a great source for ideas. Our special day was amazing thanks to Louise's organisation.

If you are still in the process of looking for a wedding venue, then look no further - We got married in August of this year, and we could not have asked for a better day! While the venue itself is really beautiful, the walled gardens are just stunning - its really the Staff who just make this place so special - we are from Cork & Limerick and made a number of visits to Lough Rynn in the planning of the wedding, and all the team we met over the year or so were just so lovely, while still so professional. Louise was our co ordinator, she was an absolute star - nothing was every too much trouble - "yes no problem" was her response to everything we asked! Niall had prebooked the venue before proposing to me, he said Louise was such a help to him in planning everything - even the proposal!! WE stayed in some houses on the estate the night before the wedding, and the staff even moved our luggage to the bedrooms while we were all off at the ceremony - just as I think back on everything, I really cant say enough good things about them all at Lough Rynn - we would highly recommend this venue to any potential couples - you wont be disappointed, our guests are still raving about the food, service and friendliness of the staff!!!

I can't recommend Lough Rynn Castle highly enough as a venue to host your wedding. It goes without saying that the venue itself is just magnificant, our guests were blown away by it. It's such a special place, its your island for a day. The grounds and castle itself make for beautiful photographs, its romantic and intimate. It is also a great place to have a fun wedding, no music or laughter is too loud !! The venue aside, the staff at lough Rynn Castle simply can't do enough for you. Everyone is so helpful and accomodating and they make you feel very special, like you are the only couple to ever get married there. A special mention must go to Ciara McKeon and Pamela Diver every email and phone call was treated with urgency, they will do what ever they can to make sure that everything is on the day as you would wish for. They were just amazing to deal with, at no point did I ever worry about the venue I knew that ciara would have everything organised down to the last detail and I can assure you that she did. The food of course is also just out of this world, with every dietary requirement catered for - the vegetarians at our wedding were over the moon!! Everything was such high quality and our guests were just amazed that their beef came exactly as they had ordered it. I honestly cannot highly recommend Lough Rynn Castle enough as a venue to hold your wedding, to us it was the perfect place with people who made sure it was your perfect day, no matter what. As the couple getting married we of course had the best day of our lives but so many of our guests continually told us afterwards that from the food, to the accomodation, to the atmosphere they thought it was the most spectacular place to have a wedding and honestly, it really really is.

We were absolutely delighted with how our wedding went and our guess raved about it. We found our wedding co-ordinator an absolute pleasure to deal with. We never had to wait longer than a few hours for an email response. The team here are so professional. We thought it was great value for money and we were especially impressed with their flexibility when we found ourselves with an unexpectedly high number of guests unable to attend. Venue and food were beautiful. Unfortunately we could not make use of the grounds as it lashed rain but we got beautiful photos inside.

We had our wedding at Lough Rynn Castle in June 2015 and couldn’t recommend the Hotel highly enough. The staff were absolutely fantastic. We got married on a Saturday but we decided to invite our guests down for the full weekend. This worked really well as the prices for the self-catering houses are very affordable (and located only a few hundred yards from the hotel) so this gave our guests the option to experience the luxury of Lough Rynn for a full 3 days at an affordable rate. When we were viewed the Hotel for the first time we immediately knew this was the venue for us. Louise McGarry (our wedding co-ordinator) was extremely helpful and professional. She answered all of our questions and it became very apparent that if we booked with Lough Rynn we wouldn’t have to worry about much. Since being married, we have often spoken about how important the people you meet are when you are viewing the venue and Louise was certainly a big part of our decision. She was then fantastic the whole way throughout the process and was great to have by our side on the day. Over time we also got to know the rest of the team at Lough Rynn and in our opinion you couldn’t ask for better. Throughout the whole weekend the staff were fantastic. They were both friendly and professional and nothing was ever a problem. Neither myself nor my wife are from Leitrim so our wedding party was coming from many different parts of the country (which might be a bit awkward in some places but not with Lough Rynn). We stayed in the Houses the night before the wedding so we could get ready from there on the morning and moved into the hotel for the Saturday and Sunday night. The hotel brought down our breakfast (piping hot and plenty of it) to the house the morning of the wedding and brought our entire luggage back up to the hotel on the day so all we had to focus on was the wedding. We had the drinks reception indoors due to the weather (which I was originally concerned about but the Hotel pulled out all the stops). There were a number of things I had asked to be done last minute and nothing was ever a problem. The band for the drinks reception needed to move inside and this was done effortlessly. The feedback we received from our guests on this part of the day was exceptional and it couldn’t have worked out any better. The service was second to none and there was plenty of canapés for everyone. I had asked the hotel to serve drinks from the Baronial Hall but also open up the bar and offer tray service for bar drinks. This worked very well and the Hotel made sure all guests were being looked after for whatever they needed. When the dinner call came, the Hotel staff were brilliant and everything was done to a tee. One of the things that really jumped out for us was how calming the hotel staff were. It’s a bit of a nerve wrecking time but the staff were always in control and knew exactly what they were doing which really came across on the day. The food at the meal was better than we could have hoped for. We had a fillet of beef and Seabass and the feedback from this has been excellent. We have received a lot of feedback on the food and people have really made the effort to say how good they thought it was. The way it was presented and served also deserves a mention. We couldn’t have been happier with this part of the day. Once the dinner was over and the band were setting up everything seemed to be done effortlessly. The evening food was also very good (we had fish and chip cones and chicken goujon and chip cones) and there were plenty of staff behind the bar serving. The residents bar (the dungeon) was excellent and the guests seemed to really enjoy it. A great way to end the day!!! The second day we had over 100 guests remain for a BBQ in the old Sawmill area. We weren’t sure what to expect but when we arrived but the setup was unbelievable. It was more like eating in a nice restaurant than a BBQ and the food again was beyond our expectations. We had thought that maybe 70-80 may have stayed on but the hotel had no issue accommodating the 100+ guests that arrived. The staff were fantastic again and put on a great show. We ordered in a pop up pub separately which holds 50+ people and the hotel took it in their stride with no issues. Leading up to the wedding I explained that we wanted to bring in the pub and asked if the hotel would help us work it. They were fantastic. When the pub went up, the hotel staff took charge and supplied their own full bar and managed the whole thing as if it were part of the hotel. The whole set up with the Sawmill and the pop up pub was brilliant and the hotel staff really made it a night to remember. Again, the feedback we have received has been exceptional and for me, I couldn’t have asked for more. They were so flexible with anything we requested and it really made the weekend work. Overall I would highly recommend Lough Rynn as a venue. The staff, the food, the venue and the service for the whole weekend was 10/10 for us! Thanks to Louise and all the team at Lough Rynn Castle for a great 3 days and we look forward to seeing you all again!!!

From the moment we stepped into the Lough Rynn Castle for our initial consultation with Pamela our mind was made up. She was open to suggestions and negotiated with us around our budget. We were completely reassured by her confidence. On our wedding day the attention to detail was astounding. Our guests described Lough Rynn as breath-taking with the back drop in the function room. I loved how our wedding was the only one that day. The food was mouth watering and we are drooling thinking about it right now. We are actually jealous of all the couples yet to get married there cause we want to do it all again!! Leon and I were touched by your thoughtful gift you gave us on our wedding day. I cannot explain how amazing this place is and they should win every award possible for their hard work and dedication. I was also very thankful for the concierge who helped me the following day by packing up the suits and my wedding dress into our car. We will use any excuse to return for a night or two. AMAZING!!!

The staff in lough rynn castle were absolutely fantastic. you need to book the hotel early as it a very popular venue. there is a very good reason for this. when we got married, we didnt have to worry about a thing and the day went literally to plan. the food was amazing and the staff do everything possible to make the day special. If you have any special requests, they manage to make it possible. I would highly recommend this venue for any wedding big or small.

I can not speak highly enough about the service we received from Lough Rynn Castle for our wedding. Just as a little background I am Australian and my husband (fiancé back than) is Irish. We live in Australia so we thought we would have our wedding in Ireland. I was very worried about planning a wedding abroad! I honestly had no idea where to start! I researched many castles in Ireland in search for the perfect wedding venture. Lough Rynn was recommended to me by a family friend, so I sent through an email and gave them a call. The team at lough Rynn were amazing from day one, with Louise being very prompt in responding to my emails and questions. That's exactly what I needed, particularly living so far away and the time difference. We also hadn't seen the venue ourselves (other than pictures on the internet), however knowing that Brian O'Driscoll got married there was enough of a credential for my fiancé. I on the other hand had no idea at the time who this champion Irish rugby player was! So we made the booking and left the rest up to Louise and the team. This including arranging he wedding as well as accommodation for all guests including a large Aussie crew travelling over for the festivities. Our day was perfect, with everything at Lough Rynn running like clock work! Andy and I just reached our 6 month wedding anniversary and our friends and families are still talking about our wedding day and how much of a wonderful time they had. My poor mum is also still kicking herself for not making it down to the dungeon bar for the after party! Lough Rynn stands apart with its beautiful gardens , stunning ballroom and the friendliest staff you could ever hope to meet. We live in London and chose lough Rynn as our venue. From the time we booked our venue Louise was only ever at the end of the phone or e mail to answer any questions and provide advice. She provided a seamless service throughout. she was so professional at every step and made the whole experience non stressful!in her absence she would always hand over to her colleague so we would receive a response to our enquiries. We had our wedding reception in Lough Rynn Castle on Monday 16th of March 2015 and it was absolutely amazing! Every staff member we met couldn't do enough for us and nothing was a problem! The food was gorgeous and there was very limited time between courses which made our hungry guests very happy! We are delighted how smoothly everything went, no stress at all. A special thank you to Louise for all her help!! No question to big or small and always got a speedy response when contacted!

My wife and i had pleasure of celebrating our special day at lough Rynn Castle , on the 21/02/2015. From start to finish the service they provided us with was second to none it was really five star luxury.We would highly recommend and future brides and grooms to check the place out and i a sure you , you will not regret it , the attention to detail , organisation and planning was exceptional ,, they helped us book the band , dj , florist , church and priest ,the only thing we had left to do was show up, we cannot say enough good things about the castle and staff they went above and beyond the call of duty ,an amazing experience not just for my wife and i but for our guests also they all still talk about it . Thank you so much Louise Mcgarry, you truly are the most wonderful wedding co-ordinator a couple could ask for. When we first got engaged, we had held off on booking a date as neither of us quite knew where to start but after our first consultation with louise, we immediately felt at ease and she instantly spurred on the excitement that every couple planning their big day should experience. From our first consultation to the day after our wedding, Louise was there every step of the way, giving advice, providing us with much needed ideas for our winter wonderland wedding, giving supplier contact details, (within our budget) and solving our guest and family specific requirements on the day. In the lead up to our wedding, Louise made us both feel so relaxed and because of this we thoroughly enjoyed every second of our big day. Its only when i look back on the day that i realise how much of an impact louise had on our special day and i can honestly say i wouldn't have changed a thing, nor would any of it have been achievable if it weren't for the input of an amazingly talented wedding co-ordinator. For this reason I would gladly recommend louise to family and friends.

My husband and I are nearly one year married and I can’t believe it has taken me this long to write this review. For all of you who are recently engaged and want a dream wedding venue then Lough Rynn is exactly what you are looking for!!!!!! I have to admit that I am a very fussy person and thought I would find it difficult to choose a wedding venue but I was pleasantly surprised with how easy the choice was in the end. From the minute I walked into Lough Rynn and met Louise I knew that it was going to be our venue. Louise was so friendly and made us feel extremely welcome. She was genuinely interested in our engagement story and our meeting was very relaxed and at the same timed covered all aspects. Louise presented all the packages which Lough Rynn offered and gave us detailed brochures to take away with us. This made it very easy for us to choose the wedding we wanted that kept within our budget! When our meeting was over Louise gave us complimentary canapes and prosecco, which I thought was a lovely touch and made us feel very special. Booking the hotel was a huge relief for us. Louise was always quick to respond to all of my emails and the hotel was more than helpful with everything that we asked of them. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more. Everything on the day ran so smoothly and all the staff were extremely efficient. We had a lot of extra bits and pieces (candles, lanterns, entrance songs, guest books, table favours, table names, pictures, presents etc.) which we dropped at the hotel on the eve of the wedding. Louise and her team did a splendid job fitting these out around the hotel and function room which helped create a wonderful atmosphere on the day. A large number of our guests stayed in the hotel and all were very impressed with the service and the hotel’s attention to detail. The receptionists were so friendly and helpful and I was told there was always a porter on hand to help with the luggage. Some of my guests even booked a return trip! I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Booking a wedding venue can be stressful and you always worry that you have made the right choice of hotel but Lough Rynn turned out to be the perfect choice for us. There is absolutely nothing I would change, the food, service and hospitality was amazing!! I'm looking forward to returning to Lough Rynn to celebrate our first anniversary.

Our Wedding Planner Louise Mc Garry was super helpful, she could not do enough to make us happy. No request was too big and we never felt like we were asking for too much even if we at time were.

Louise and the team were just brilliant. Staff are excellent and were the main reason we went with this hotel. It also helps that everything else is stunning also. We're looking forward in going back down when we have the time. 10/10 in every way

We had our wedding reception in Lough Rynn in August 2014 and we still have guests from our wedding talking about Lough Rynn to us. Everyone was so impressed with it as a venue from the minute they drove through the hotel gates on the day. Our guests had good words to say about all parts of the wedding, the venue, the food, everything!! One of the biggest things that guests commented on was how friendly and welcoming all the staff were, guests said that they were made feel so welcome all throughout the hotel and if they bumped into a member of staff on the corridors (housekeeping, bar staff, etc.) that they all were so friendly and helpful and really made them feel welcome. I really think this made such a difference to the wedding because people felt so welcome and at home in Lough Rynn and everyone was in great form as a result. From the planning perspective prior to the wedding Lough Rynn was a dream to work with. We linked with Ruth mainly as our wedding coordinator but the whole wedding team were so helpful and responsive to any of our queries. They showed genuine interest in our wedding day and were as excited about it coming together as we were. Nothing was too much hassle for the team and the whole process was so simple and straight forward. We didn’t have to worry about a thing for the reception on the day of the wedding as the hotel took care of everything (table plan, setting up table numbers and table, moving flower arrangements brought from the church from the drinks reception area down to the function room, etc.). It just such a breeze and there wasn’t a bit of stress involved. From the moment we went to view Lough Rynn right through to the wedding day we were made to feel so welcome and at home and I would highly recommend this venue not just for its amazing beauty and setting but for the fantastic staff and service that you will be given. I could not recommend the Lough Rynn Castle highly enough for a wedding. The venue itself is like something out of a fairytale with the beautiful walled gardens and the baronial hall, just perfect for photos. The staff were so welcoming and attentive to our every need and many of our guests commented afterwards on how friendly and sincere that they found all the staff to be. The staff were so accommodating from the very beginning and no request was too much no matter how big or small. All of our guests afterwards couldn't stop commenting on how amazing they found every aspect of our wedding from the staff to the food to the rooms right from the moment they checked in to checking out. I would recommended visiting for the wedding fair as we found this perfect for us as we were planning our wedding from London and managed to book the majority of the suppliers all in one day from the car to the photographer to the band. They really gave me what can only be described as my perfect fairytale wedding. I would have absolutely no problem in recommending the Lough Rynn Castle to anyone considering it for their own wedding.

Our Wedding with Lough Rynn Castle couldnt have been more special. The moment my wife saw this venue she fell in love with everything about it. When we met with Ruth the wedding coordinator she couldnt have been more helpful and as the planning went further Ruth made every effort to make our so amazing. In fact, enough praise could not be given to all the staff. Professionalism was evident everywhere and we were always greeted with a smile and a hello from staff wherever we turned a corner. The food on the day was fantastic and the waiting staff delivering everyones meals to a table at once and revealing them from underneath the silver dinner plate covers was a brilliant touch. If we were to have our wedding day again, we wouldnt change a thing about this venue and cannot recommend it highly enough.

We got married in Lough Rynn Castle May last year. It was the most beautiful experience made magical by all the staff. They were very friendly & could not do enough for us and our guests (this was also feedback from my guests), I Can understand why, as their Managers Ciaran, Pamela & Ruth has everything set to the highest standard to make your wedding perfect for you. They went out of their way to do so many extra things for us that made our day so special ????. The food was beautiful, we also had a BBQ the follow day which was also amazing. Even though we had (of course) rain on our day, our venue did not disappoint and I would highly recommend to other couples ????

We got married in Lough rynn castle in March 2014 , it was amazing , the staff were exceptional and helped us out anyway they could , Ruth and Pamela were so nice and so helpful to us , they are highly recommended , the girls were always there when we needed them day/night . From our 1st visit to Lough rynn we were overwhelmed by the high level of customer service and professionalism executed by all the staff. This high standard continued to our wedding day and exceeded our expectations. Even on our 1st anniversary we received a txt from Lough rynn congratulating us. We then visited Lough rynn to celebrate our 1st anniversary and we were totally spoiled again!! An exceptional hotel in every way

We had the pleasure of celebrating our dear friends Caroline and David's wedding in this spectacular venue. The castle for the drinks reception was magical, the ballroom perfect for their large number of guests and the residents bar in the basement of the castle meant the party could continue long into the night. Our room in the Eastern Range was as nice as a bridal suite. I would recommend this as a wedding venue to everyone!

6 years on and we are delighted we picked Loughrynn for our wedding. Excellent venue, every memory is a happy one..

I got married in Lough Rynn Castle in Mohill in early June this year. The setting is so amazing and there is so many options of where you can take your photos. Right from the beginning the hotel was so fantastic and really helpful. On the night of our food tasting we were treated so well, the waiter was so attentive and really knew his stuff, he was able to suggest the best wines to go with our food choices. At the end of the meal the chef came out to speak with us to make sure that we were happy with everything. There was no problem either when we wanted a different dessert that wasn’t on the menu, they brought us back another day for lunch and had three other options prepared for us! Both at the food tasting and our wedding day the food was amazing, all our guests were so impressed and some even said that it was one of the best meals they have had. My only regret is that I couldn’t enjoy the meal myself, Due to a combination of my dress and talking to guests I wasn’t able to finish any of my courses! Another area which a number o f our guests commented on was the service, from the moment they drove up to the hotel they said it was fantastic. The staff was so nice and they really couldn’t do enough for you. The service during the meal was run with military precision, it was really impressive to watch them walk in line together, serve us at the top table at the exact same time and also pick up the plates and serve the guests in time together. Ruth was our coordinator, she was fantastic. She was really helpful and always so quick to reply to any emails. Nothing was a problem and it meant that I didn’t have to worry about a thing coming up to the day. They even looked after our seating plan and table numbers, I sent on a design I wanted to use and they printed them up and laminated them for us. We also had a fingerprint tree guestbook and also some decorations for the hotel and all we had to do was drop them down to the hotel the week of our wedding and they dealt with everything else. I really can’t speak more highly of Lough Rynn, I had expected them to be excellent but on the day they blew any expectations I had out of the water. It really is 5 star food and service and we are so delighted that we went with them. They really helped make our day so special and memorable.

I wanted to write this review so that other future Brides and Grooms would know that you can't get better than Lough Rynn! I come from a hotel background and then was an event manager for 7 years so I knew what I wanted. Ruth Conlon, Dennis McGuinness and absolutely every staff member we met before and during our wedding were actually outstanding. Every part of the service was so friendly, prompt and incredibly efficient. We had the day of our lives and we had many little details that the hotel had to help us with on the day. The guests are still talking about the venue and staff. Thank you so much. .
