The Hamlet Court Hotel

We had a wedding at the Hamlet Court Hotel last week and honestly I am still blown away with everything. The service the food the atmosphere everything was just unbelievable. Anne Sharon Mo and all the staff are so amazing and cannot do enough for you. They pay attention to every detail and never forget anything. I felt like I was at home amongst friends. If you ever are looking for fantastic food fantastic atmosphere and top class service the Hamlet Court is the place to book. Thanks again everyone we had an amazing wonderful day. ♥️

From the moment we made an enquiry it was clear that this was the wedding venue for us. Anne and Sharon were so professional and so helpful, no request was too big or too small in the planning stage. They even organised for me to have my favourite food pizza for my main course!
On the day the service was brilliant, the food was delicious and so many guests said it was the best wedding they had been to in ages. I'm delighted with our experience and would recommend it so highly as a wedding venue.

Anne was amazing to deal with from day 1. Everything went so smoothly from booking the venue, rooms, menu. Staff were brilliant on the day and looked after our guests so well. Food was amazing.

We had our wedding in feb this year. I was genuinely blown away with the staff Anne in particular, from the very first day we walked in to view she was so welcoming and friendly. The staff always seemed very pleasant and happy. The venue was 100% what we wanted and the food was amazing. Anne and all the staff went above and beyond for our special day. Every one of our guests at the wedding could not fault the Hamlet Court. Amazing venue and all thr staff are a credit to the owner John.

A family owned and run hotel in the hamlet of Johnstown bridge just a short drive from Dublin, the hamlet court has it all! the staff are the definition of professional and their wedding team will tailor your big day to the smallest detail, Anne will have the day so meticulously planned along side Mo, the ma?tre d? that all you two will have to do on the day is simply enjoy yourselves. The food alone would require it?s own review.

Myself and my husband had our wedding ceremony and reception in the Hamlet Court Hotel in June 2023! The whole experience with the planning to the big day was just unbelievably amazing! We couldn’t fault a single thing Anne and her amazing team done for us in the run up to the big day and on our wedding day itself! Nothing we asked for was ever too big of an ask! Anne was unbelievably helpful with everything, I was so stressed at times and she completely put me at ease and reassured me that everything would turn out perfect and it did! It was honestly the best day of our lives and if I could relive it all over again I would go back to hamlet in a heart beat! An absolute pleasure to deal with ! As the Wedding Celebrant & guest at the 1st ever 'Surprise Wedding' at The Hamlet Court Hotel - I would like to express my sincere thanks to Michelle & her team for all their support and expertise as our couple revealed thy most beautiful Wedding Ceremony surprise to guests , who taught they were attending a 30th Birthday surprise party! . Michelle went 'above & beyond' as she sat with me as Celebrant & the couple in the planning stages of the surprise - ensuring every small detail was covered for its success. There was much excitement on the day as Michelle ensured our wedding couple remained hidden out of sight within the hotel , wedding music was lined up and the reception was ready for action after the ceremony. The big reveal went off without a hitch - with Michelle & her team gently & smoothly guiding all of the guests into the Wedding Ceremony area. There were lots of ohhs & ahhhs expressed and wonderful tears of joy & happiness shed as our bride & groom joined their guests for thy most amazing , sincere, love filled ceremony. This was followed by a most amazing reception in such beautiful surroundings. I would like to thank Michelle & all involved in this momentous occasion - Because of your support -you enabled me as Celebrant to do my part in making sure this beautiful couple got a Wedding Day to remember. Well what can we say as thank you just doesnt seem enough...We had our wedding day on 19th Aug and we have to say John, Mo, Sharon, all the girls on reception and all the Hamlet Court Hotel team could not have done anymore for us they went above and beyond. From all the planning beforehand to the day itself they were all just so helpful to deal with and onhand for any questions or ideas we had, nothing was too much trouble. The day went perfectly we had our ceremony and everything in the hotel the set up was beautiful even better then we imagined, the food was just superb and plentiful all of our guest are still talking about how good it was. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff on the day. The staff are so welcominging, friendly and professional. It is very obvious that it is a family owned and run hotel with its warm homely friendly athmosphere. John the owner and Mo the manager were on hand from the minute we arrived and still there when we went to bed in the early hours. Sharon the wedding coordinator that we delt with from the day we booked was there to welcome me when my dad and I arrived to the hotel and kept us calm before walking up the aisle. we can not thank all the team enough and cannot reccommend the Hamlet enough they are just fantastic. For anyone considering the Hamlet Court as their wedding venue you will be in great hands such an amazing venue.

From the time we walked in we felt it was a special place such a friendly homely atmosphere and it was gorgeous, and from the get-go Sharon was fantastic and so open to our ideas and plans she made it so personal and special for us, she guided us through the process so well and was extremely dedicated to making sure everything was perfectly planned and ran smoothly, took all the stress out of it! And our menu tasting will be a night we will never forget all so friendly and accommodating and treated so well just such a great experience! The fact that it is a family owned Hotel they really went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect and perfect it was from the moment we arrived it was magic, the fact that we had the whole hotel for our wedding party really made it the more personal. The dining room was fabulous and the food was outstanding! The service from Mo and the staff on the day was next to none and it was just a pleasure to get to know the guys along the way! Can't wait to go back!

Had our wedding here on the 11th of August 2022. I can't say enough about the hotel and staff. John the owner, Sharon the wedding planner and their team were brilliant they couldn't do enough for everyone. A special mention for Mo no guest could say that they left hungry. We had our wedding recently in the Hamlet Court Hotel. We had to re-arrange our dates due to covid and nothing was eve an issue. Sharon the wedding co-ordinator went above and beyond to make our day so special. From John the ower, Moe and all the waiting staff were brilliant. The food was amazing and all the guests had the best time. I would recomend this hotel 100%% for a wedding to anyone.

From the moment we walked into The Hamlet Court Hotel we knew it was the place for us the athmosphere the warm and friendly service the homely feel the smiles that greeted you. John the owner what a kind gentleman with the biggest smile he was always on hand and took the time to have a chat with us on every visit he ensured at all times we were looked after not only us but also our guests on the day. From the moment you walk in the door it?s hard to describe but the feeling you get is like no other and nowhere would every compare to it. The food and service that is provided is top class and the food is mouth watering,fresh and served piping hot we could not fault it and I did see some guest going for seconds and thirds on the day..Sharon our Wedding Coordinator no words can describe how incredible she was to deal with the warmest smile so professional but also down to earth very responsive to all our queries noting was too big or too small for her to do and on the day it showed the lengths she went too to make our day a truly phenumonal experience the attention to detail the function room set up we were blown away by it and we could never thank her enough for everything. Mo the Resturant Manager he is just out of this world his level of professionalism his attention to detail the attentiveness all shone through on the day his personality is just beyond words he is definitely a person that just lights up a room . The staff right across the board you won?t find anywhere else so friendly efficient always smiling and always make you feel welcome they are a credit to this hotel and work so hard ensuring that everything is just flawless on your big day. I can only highly recommend this hotel on all levels food service staff overall a lifetime experience that made us feel on top of the world.. The Hamlet Court Hotel is best Hotel for a wedding we had our wedding there in July and from start to finish it was just fantastic the staff food and everything was just wonderful I always said from when I use to do wedding functions here at weekends I would have my wedding in this hotel everything they do at ur wedding is just fantastic John o Neill and all his staff is just brilliant from myself and Kevin thank you from the bottom of our hearts for a brilliant day and night xx

We had our wedding on 1st July 2022 and everyone was fantastic. The planning was made so easy by Sharon and the team and the day went off without a hitch. I?d highly recommend the Hamlet court as a wedding venue. So many of our guests have written to us to say what a wonderful wedding it was

We had our wedding here in the 24th of June 2022, we had seen 3 venues before going to meet the team at the Hamlet. We went into the hotel a few weeks before the date to get a feel as an everyday customer before hand. We obviously didint tell them this. We met Mo the legend who even though he never met us before, made a massive effort to see if everything was OK with our meal and service.

Once we had the actual viewing we knew as soon as we got back to the car that we would struggle to find anywhere better. As the weeks went on we met with sharon the coordinator a few times and when leaving every time her response was just let me know if you wanna meet again for anything. I've like most people done alot of things in my life. Never had I felt more reassured of an expensive choice before.

My wife is from Belgium and my family and friends are from kinnegad. We were able to book most the hotel out for our guests arriving on the Thursday night (we got married on Friday) Friday we had the WHOLE HOTEL and on the Saturday we had 20 rooms. We had no pressure to not book rooms on our second day incase they had something else coming up.. We also wanted to book a BBQ but we found doing a small menu in the restaurant much better value and intimate. We had assigned staff and they were wonderfull.

The food was amazing. We went for the Jacobs ladder ( best beef you will ever have ) and sea bass as a main. The staff finished the meal by asking everyone who didint have one option if they wanted a taste of the other option as they allowed us more than just our mains per person. The deserts were prepared by an in-house pastry Chef who has done every and any job in the hotel before and excelled at it. She was one of the lady's who was with us for the second day her name is Janet and although some of our guests may forget parts of our 2 days there they will not forget her or any of the team in the hamlet.

On our Sunday the hotel owner was cooking the morning breakfast. Something I still can't get over for such a successful hotel.

From the bottom of our hearth thank you to Sharon, Mo, John and Janet. The best days of my life couldn't have been delivered by a better team.

I could stay the standard which is suberb food, portions are hugh, waiting staff so friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere, value for money which let me add is all true to the last but this hotel and team is so much more and will never let you down. Anything you havent thought of they have already sorted for you. The professionalism they showed our whole family was and still is outstanding they try go over and above for every customer coming through the door. We are delighted we had our wedding in the Hamlet Court Hotel

We cannot recommend the Hamlet Court Hotel more. We finally had our big day after postponing 3 times due to covid. We live abroad and so organising a wedding from overseas could have been an extremely stressful situation however the team at the Hamlet were beyond helpful, they made the entire process easy and enjoyable! We felt throughout the entire process of booking, right through to the big day, everyone at the Hamlet went above and beyond and treated us more like family than clients! Our guests also felt completely taken care of on the day with no ask being too much. Every little detail was taken care of and the delicious food was a big hit with everyone on the day! We are so so grateful to The Hamlet for giving us the wedding day we dreamt of and cannot wait to visit again soon!

Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, beautiful family run hotel. I knew the staff and service were very good when choosing this as our venue, but they exceeded all my expectations on our wedding day. The food was gorgeous, our guests are still taking about it, the service was fantastic, cannot find any fault. We had our wedding in the Hamlet Court Hotel in April 2022. Words cannot describe how perfect our day was from start to finish. Can never thank John, Sharon & Mo enough for their professionalism, we were due to get married on 27/03/2020, but we were locked down due to covid 2weeks before the wedding.
The team in The Hamlet was so good we rearranged 3 times before finally getting the wedding we wanted. We had friends home from Turkey and The U.S., who are still raving about the food and the whole day, his family from Conemmara were so well looked after they are still talking about "Young Murt" as they are Gaelgeoirs,(he even spoke a few words "as Gaeilge" at welcome speech)which was much appreciated and he looked after each and every one of them. The staff from junior to senior are exceptional and one junior staff member I must compliment Ian, I asked his name as he was so courteous bringing out all our belongings the day after the wedding. If I could I would gladly give 10* from the time our guests checked in the night before the wedding until the last guest left everything was perfect. A well-run family hotel, with management and staff who care and appreciate their guests and bridal party.
We wish we could get married all over again just to go back to The Hamlet for the whole experience.

Words can not say enough of the service that we received from the hamlet court hotel johnstown brigde Co meath. From our first day we booked our wedding and the four times we moved it to the day we had it Sharon looked after us so well.
John, Mo and staff all where and are amazing from start to finish it was amazing how much detail they put into looking after us and our guests.
The food was unbelievably so good they should have a Michelin star let's say Michelin stars.
Every member of staff treat you like a family member which is amazing.
Nothing was ever an issue if we wanted it we had it.
Our guests were all looked after so well I'm sure they will get alot of bookings from our wedding.
We will be popping back any chance we can just to have food and drink.

We had our wedding reception at the Hamlet Court Hotel and had the best day! Sharon, John and Mo were are pleasure to deal with and couldn't do enough for us. In the current restrictions we do not feel like we missed out. The team at the Hamlet Court made sure we had the most special and intimate day. All staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was 10/10. You could not get any better. The menu choice was amazing also. We would recommend the hotel to any couples considering having their wedding here. You will not be disappointed. We look forward to calling back for Sunday lunch and a catch up when things reopen. We just had our wedding in the Hamlet Court and it was an amazing day. Our wedding coordinators were Sharon and Fiona, and from the first time we met them, right through to the wedding day and after they have been outstanding. They are incredibly accommodating, and they never caused undue stress to us in the run up to the day. We had to reschedule twice due to Covid restrictions and there were no issues on the hotels part in helping us out, which was brilliant. The food was incredible, and on the day it was prepared by John, the owner of the hotel, who is very relaxed and pleasant to deal with. Mo, the manager, was also brilliant to deal with. The entire staff are excellent, and John should be very proud of the team there. The room was very nicely set up, and even though we only had 6 guests, it felt very cosy and romantic. We would absolutely have no issues recommending the Hamlet Court for a wedding, or any other service. They always go above and beyond.

We got married on the 31/12/2020 at the hamlet. Whilst planning a wedding is stressful planning one during a pandemic is worse! With guest numbers dwindling and with worry that the day might not even go ahead, Fiona and all the staff at the Hamlet were amazing! With the lead up to the wedding helping organise the day and giving advise. The day itself was unbelievable! The staff were wonderful and it so special and the dreaded Covid 19 was a distant thought on the day itself! I would highly recommended the Hamlet to anyone organising their day.! The staff, food, location, etc is all top class!

We had our weddibg here at the Hamlet on the 28th feb 2020, what a weekend, John and his team are amazing, the food and service was second to none.
I always believe if you want something special always go for a family run hotel and I can honestly say we weren't disappointed. the rooms were spacious, comfortable and quiet. the bar food was superb and our wedding was amazing. if your looking for somewhere special for break then I'd recommend the Hamlet. if your looking for somewhere for your special day then your guaranteed to have a wedding you'll never forget where the staff and owner will ensure you and your guests will have the best day of your life.

After a dramatic change of circumstances which led to a change of date giving us very little time to actually plan the wedding these guys went over and beyond to make us at ease and as stress free as possible, couldn't reccomend them enough...

I can?t recommend the Hamlet Court Hotel enough! From the very start we were spoilt by John, Sharon & all the team! Nothing was too much trouble & answered any questions we had! The staff were second to none any time we were there on the run up to the wedding and our guests after the wedding commented on how amazing the hotel was!

The Hamlet Court Hotel helped us create a truely memorable day.We found all members of staff very accomdating,they were willing and happy to adapt to suit our specific requirements. Everything happened seamlessly without any unnecessary drama. The wedding coordinators were so helpful in recommending professionals who they had worked with before eg. photographer, florist, dj. This just made things so much easier. The babysitting service was crucial to our wedding being a stress free event and worked out perfectly. The food was amazing, relatives can not get over the service and quality of the meal. The atmosphere of the venue was warm and friendly and was the perfect environment for our special day.

The hotel were incredibly flexible and friendly and no task was ever too big or small for them! They are super friendly and helpful and they give very assuring, relaxed and helpful advice. Niall and I were just blown away with the Hamlet Court Hotel as our wedding venue. We had the most perfect day, all made possible by John and his exceptional team. The staff went above and beyond in every aspect of our day. The food was phenomenal. We couldn't believe what we were getting for the price we were quoted. It was way more than any other venue had offered us. Our wedding coordinator was on hand to deal with every query immediately. Staff are more than helpful, friendly and courteous. If we were do it all over again, we would still choose the Hamlet Court!

Amazing venue for wedding. All staff very attentive to all guests through Out day. Food was amazing. We had one lady with food allergies and she was given different options of food choice. What can I say!! Absolutely amazing food, service and atmosphere here in the hamlet. we can honestly say the hotel and its staff took the stress out of getting married. once we spoke with the hamlet and their amazing wedding Co-Ordinator Sharon all we had left to do was show up :) I really cannot recommend this amazing hotel enough for lots of reasons. All of my guests were really impressed by the food the excellent service and the personal touch the hotel gave. I can honestly say I am thrilled I chose the hamlet for our reception and I bet any future couple that may choose the hotel will say the same! thanks guys

We got married in the Hamlet Court Hotel this year, we could not recommend this hotel enough. Sharon who was our coordinator was unbelievable, never had to worry about a thing for the hotel, Sharon had absolutely everything covered. Food was A1 could not complain about anything. Bacon Buttys at 2 am was a fantastic idea Sharon came up with. Everything was perfect for us, thanks to Sharon and Moo for everything coming upto the wedding and on the day. Use truly were the best. ????????????????

From the moment we stepped in to 'have a look' we were greeted with such a welcome that we knew we would be well looked after by the staff at The Hamlet Court. They suggested we make a wish-list of our dream wedding, which we could row back on if it was over budget or unachieveable. We submitted it and they went to every length to deliver what turned out to be the BEST WEDDING EVER (and we didn't have to take anything off the list!). Its not just me who thinks that; 6 months later my friends are still raving about the food, service and welcoming, accommodating service they received. Both Sharon and Emma, made booking our wedding with The Hamlet Court Hotel one of the easiest decisions we made in relation to our wedding. We booked with them before returning to Australia for a year and the entire time we were away they were always at the end of an email with a quick response to even the smallest and silliest of my questions. We found them brilliant to deal with on the lead up to the wedding and on the actual wedding day John, Mo, Sharon and Emma and all the staff were amazing and couldn't have done more for us or our guests. All of our guests have said to us since that it was the most relaxed and fun wedding that they have been at in a long time. Sharon and Emma helped us to book all of our suppliers from the Photographer to our Band and DJ (the dance floor was not empty all night). I would highly recommend The Hamlet Court Hotel for any future brides to consider.

We had our wedding on 23rd sept and from start to finish the hamlet couldn't do enough for us. They advised on suppliers helped with niggle queries and were truly amazing. Right from when we booked up to the ceremony on the day, the food, the dancing, the residents bar and bed at twenty to 6 their house was definitely our house. Only complaint I heard was there was too much food, what a great complaint! Our day was magical all thanks to emma sharon mo John and all the staff. Can't thank them enough. We searched the country for venues and no where came close to the hamlet. They just do weddings right!

I would highly recommend the hamlet court hotel. From the moment we viewed the premises to the day after our wedding they really looked after us. Every visit, email or phone call was met with such professionalism. No request was too big. My daughter is a type one diabetic and what really impressed me on the day was the way the staff looked after her. Sandwiches were sent to the room that morning so she could eat and her dinner was weighed out beforehand so she knew how much insulin she needed. The little touches on the day from the staff really made us feel special. Every staff member was so kind to us. Every person that attended our wedding said they had a fantastic day. Pity we are only going to do it the once but there is always the anniversary!!

We had our wedding here in May, from the moment we walked in to view The Hamlet Court we knew it was the venue we would choose. The staff are unbelievable, they went above and beyond for not only us as a couple but every single guest was made a fuss of. I would highly recommend anyone just to view the hotel, once you meet Sharon, Emma and of course the infamous Mo you will be sold. Take a look.....it's a special special place.

The Hamlet Court Hotel was a great venue for our wedding . They were so helpful from the time we booked them and all over the weekend of our wedding . Emma was amazing so easy to talk to and offered us loads of ideas to make our day special she's brilliant at what she does . All the other staff Mo, lorna Fredric and many more were so friendly all my guest commented on how helpful and how relaxed they made everyone feel . I would highly recommend them to anyone and can't wait to go back to visit them. X

We could not have picked a better venue for our wedding reception, from start to finish everything was just fabulous! The food was amazing, everyone was blown away by the main course and there was more on the plate than most could finish! We partied until the early hours with delish pizza slices delivered to the residents bar. I can't recommend this venue enough, they are the best at what they do!

I could not recommend this hotel highly enough Trish and co were so accommodating made our problems seem like minor issues which were sorted in a flash organised our guests rooms brilliantly even though it was a nightmare for us and made my wife and I feel so comfortable in all aspects of the day night and the build up to the wedding.

The hamlet court would go above and beyond to make your special day outstanding, we could not fault this hotel they looked after everything we asked for and gave a brilliant service to the whole day we were very grateful for all they did for us.

I cannot speak highly enough of Trish, Sharon, Mo & the rest of the team at the Hamlet court - they made our day the most fun & special day anyone could have hoped for. We wanted changes to the standard wedding package & there was just nothing we asked for that was too much for this team to handle. That aside they really welcomed you & made you feel part of their little family. On our wedding day it was important to be surrounded by positive people & all of our suppliers were a reflection of that, especially this hotel. The guests have not stopped gushing about fantastic the food & service was all weekend.

When looking at wedding venues our decision was easily made as soon as we walked into The Hamlet, the relaxed & friendly atmosphere was so appealing. As soon as we spoke to Trish we knew our wedding was in safe hands. The big day itself ran like clockwork, nothing was too much trouble, the staff were so friendly & really made our guests feel at home, the food was amazing, all dietary requirements catered for with absolutely no problem. What can I say about this amazing hotel and family that run it ... We had the most amazing wedding day and from start to finish Trish and her team waited on all of our guests hand and foot. We stayed two nights here and even the second night after the wedding the staff still had the same enthusiasm as the first night and a lot of our guests stayed on to enjoy the food and drink and band but also to have the craic with Trish and the gang.Everyone commented that is was the best wedding they had been too in a long time and it was purely down to the venue,food service atmosphere and of course Trish and her team.We are already looking forward to having another party in the coming years in this hotel as we know we will be looked after and have the craic too.Have been to weddings since our own and none come close to what we received at the Hamlet court from Trish.A true hostess is Trish and an amazing owner with excellent service skills she made our day and weekend ;)

From the moment we sat down to discuss the possibility of having our wedding at The Hamlet Court we were totally confident it was the place for us. We couldn't recommend it highly enough and Trish was just excellent in helping us arrange our big day. We had our wedding reception at The Hamlet Court on Friday the 12th of September 2014. In the months leading up yo our wedding Trish, Sharon and all of the staff were excellent in all aspects of the preparation for the reception for our big day. They gave great advice and attention to detail and their professionalism was second to none. The Hamlet Court is a family run business and they made each of our guests feel most welcome 'at home'. If you are getting married and you are looking for a superb venue which is relaxed, has excellent food and reliable and friendly staff, The Hamlet Court is the venue for you.

After been to 3 weddings in the hamlet court hotel we didnt even look anywhere else when it came to choosing a venue for ours. The hamlet court is the only venue to have your wedding and we cant understand why there isnt 5 star beside their name.

Absolutely fantastic wedding venue. Trish, John and all the staff at the Hamlet Court could not do enough for us. They truly gave us the best day of our lives. We got married on New Years Eve and our guests are still raving about it. Everything was just out of this world from the venue, the food and the service they honestly couldn't have done anymore for us. Out of this world!! Wasting your time looking at any other venues.We got married in August 2013, We were treated like royalty all day and in the run up to the wedding. Trish and john covered ever aspect of the day. The day was completely stress free. The food was amazing, the room was stunning and our guests were treated so well. Dear Manager,
I write to thank you, the O?Neill family, and all the people who work in your hotel, particularly those who attended service, at reception, in the dining room and in the bar, for the wonderful experience in kindness, care and competence, at the Wedding of Bride and Groom yesterday. It is a rare occasion I have taken this trouble to communicate in this way.
The meal and the service yesterday were excellent. We have been at many weddings in many highly rated hotels in the past forty years and as in most company there are among us, serial critics. I have to say I could hear only positive compliments from all including the most experienced and harshest critics in my company. I have always believed that a successful business displays a high standard, in the essence of good management, evidenced by an ethos ?care? for the customer, exercised in practice through every member of staff.
Despite the difficulties I created with bookings and at the dining table I was impressed at the sensible, flexible, professional, respectful, cheerful, patient, and courteous manner my needs were serviced. In post mortem conversations with others who attended I heard the same compliments without any person being prejudiced hearing my views beforehand.
I also believe that the most effective marketing, in quality and cost, is from the personal witness of your customers (?word of mouth? in Clich?). Let me assure you I am one such satisfied customer.
I hope that these compliments are communicated from the top to the bottom of the people in your organisation.

It was like staying in someone's home!. We stayed in the Hamlet Court for one night as we were attending a function at the hotel. The hotel looks more like a pub from the outside but we were pleasantly surprised inside. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was nice and spacious and airey and well laid out. The food was also excellent. To be recommended.

Perfect, you won't find better!! We got married on the Hamlet Court on January 1st...I cannot begin to describe all the wonderful ways that everyone at the hotel made our day amazingly perfect. Everyone enjoyed themselves, had plenty of delicious food, and had a great night's sleep..some well into the next afternoon! We have been back to the hotel ourselves a number of times and sent my parents there for their wedding anniversary were again they were treated excellently. I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they did for us and we will be returning there for many years to come.

Wonderful Wedding Venu. Stayed at this hotel recently for a family wedding and have to say the service was fantastic, all of the staff with the exception of one were courteous, exceptionally friendly and helpful and really made the night one to remember.

The size was perfect for accommodating a full wedding party with extended family and the rooms were of an excellent standard, large and spacious and immaculately clean. The quality of the meal served and also the breakfast in the restaurant the following morning were fantastic and serving staff were extraordinarily efficient.

Overall I had an excellent experience in this hotel and recommend it as a great place to have your wedding reception.

My one criticism would be a very thoughtless and rude comment made (I think by accident but rude nonetheless) by a senior staff member to my face which was not picked up on despite the shocked reaction of those present. Despite also mentioning this on my comment card I've had no apology or acknowledgement of the incident which I find quite disappointing.

To all at the hamlet court hotel, thank you so much for all your hard work at our wedding April 24th, we had such an amazing day, everyone has great reviews for the food, the service and the hotel. It's difficult to express how delighted we are that we chose the Hamlet Court as the location for our wedding reception. From the moment we first walked in to view the hotel until the day after the reception we could not have asked for better or more friendly service. John, Trish and every member of staff made the whole day alot less stressful than it might have been and we can not compliment them highly enough. So many of our guests passed favourable comments and we didn't hear a bad word said. The food served was equally fantastic.

We looked around for ages for a hotel with that 'wow' factor and I was starting to get really upset because all the places that we saw just weren't up to scratch. Then we went to see the Hamlet Court. From the moment I walked into the reception room, I knew it was the perfect location. The room is fabulous, the staff (especially Mo who dealt with us on the day) were amazingly helpful. We haven't had our reception yet but we are delighted to have found this gorgeous hotel.
