We met… at Queen’s University.
Our engagement… Michael proposed on top of a rollercoaster in Disneyland, Tokyo. We were travelling in Japan after a year in Australia.
My hair & make-up… was done by the team at Bellinter Spa & Hotel in Navan.
My dress… was Badgley Mishka’s Fonda gown from the Spring 2015 collection, from Petticoat Lane Bridal in Hillsborough.
His suit… was from Bogarts in Belfast. We had amazing help from Gary Keenan and the team who did all the suits for the day.
Our ceremony… was at Rathfeigh Church in Navan.
Our bridesmaids wore… dresses from Angel Star on the Lisburn Road in Belfast.
We chose our photographer because… We chose Michelle Prunty to photograph our wedding because we loved her natural, elegant photos.
We chose our venue because… We loved Ballymagarvey‘s real ‘home from home’ atmosphere – and the beautiful surroundings with great autumn colours!
Our wedding theme… was Autumn.
My favourite part of the day… Was saying ‘I do’ and the singing in the church. The Songbirds (my fried Jolene and her sister Philippa O’Hara) did a beautiful set. It was like a concert, everyone sang along!
Our honeymoon… We went to Mexico and California.
My advice to other brides… is to learn to delegate! My sister and mum were an incredible help!
