How much for alterations on BM's dresses?

Just wondering how much you are all paying for alterations on your Bridesmaids dresses?

i was quoted btwn 60 and 70 euro for complete alterations... dont know if thats good or bad !

Popples, I have been quoted drifferent prices each time, some were as high as 170 each for a dress, that's why i put this post up, just to see what the average is.. Your price was really good.. I didn't get near your prices at all..

Well maybe its just because i bought the dress from the shop who will alter it. I'm sure that makes a big difference. The prices you were quoted do seem high alright.

i just got a quote this afternoon. basically i have 2 dessy dresses which need to be hemmed up a teensy bit - €55 per hem the straps need to be adjusted - €15 per dress one of them needs to be taken in - €45 for the top half, double if it needs to be taken in all the way down. seems fairly excessive to me - especially the charge for hemming them! i think it will be cheaper to get the girls higher shoes!
