New and confused with TLAs!

Hello everyone this is my first post to this section as we're planning a little 'curlygirl' or 'curlyboy'. At a glance this site looks really informative but im a little confused with the abbreviations! can someone help me out on a few please? MM ? TTC ? TCOYF ? much obliged!
