What to wear to antenatal classes

Hi Ladies, I have my antenatal class this week and havent a clue what I should wear do I need to wear a tracksuit?

I wear a comfy top and a leggings, in our ones in the Rotunda your sitting on mats on the floor for some part of it at least and going through different birth positions and pelvic/leg exercises so I find comfy is best

great to know! I would have turned up to mine in my work gear as will be going straight!

as dublin-Bride said comfy clothes as lots of sitting on the ground and doing things. i wore tracksuit bottom and t-shirt to mine and i also brought a pillow but she asked us to bring along a pillow.
