I will ensure your wedding cake will be a perfect centrepiece for your special day. With my 25 years experience in cake decorating, my love of baking has developed naturally into modern contemporary and classic designs. My aim is to create beautiful cakes for people who want a wedding cake that's a little special.
My totally indulgent fillings include some of these favourites and many more:
- moist spicy carrot cake
- rich chocolate cake filled with a milk chocolate filling
- rich fruit cake
- my signature Madeira with white chocolate and raspberry
I specialise in gluten free and vegan cakes so why not have a chat about your special requirements
I like to give couples time in an easy and relaxing atmosphere for their cake tasting, enjoying the experience and making sure to be their dream wedding cake.
Over the years I have made cakes to suit every couple. If you were seeking a grand show-stopper of a cake or a petite understated design for a small wedding, I’m sure we can find something to suit you. All the cakes can be adapted to suit your own wedding.

Bernie was amazing. She was kind and patient with me when I changed my cake design a week before the wedding and her cake design and quality was fantastic. Everyone complimented how tasty it was! She also dressed the cake table for me that matched perfectly with the reception decor and made the cake look like a work of art - which it was !!! 10/10 would highly recommend and use again for other occasions in the future !

Bernie made a fantastic gluten and dairy free two-tier raspberry and lemon wedding cake for us. Every single piece of cake was eaten and it was delicious. The cake looked so beautiful and Bernie came to the venue to set it up on the day. Bernie was so professional and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend, especially for anyone with dietary intolerances.

I cannot rate Bernie highly enough. She was so easy to communicate with and knew exactly what I wanted from the get go!

I cant recommend Bernie enough . She was so professional and such a lovely lady to deal with . I requested a two tier naked cake with two different flavours and Bernie delivered exactly what I wanted . My wedding party adored the cake . Bernie came to my venue setup the cake with her own stand and I didnt have to lift a finger . I would 100% recommend Bernie for any wedding or occasion she was just amazing .

I cannot recommend Bernie high enough, I ordered the cake as gift to the Bride and Groom, the cake was amazing and Bernie even made a small gluten free cake for the grooms grandmother, Bernie was to easy to deal with and so accommodating as the wedding was on a Bank Holiday after Christmas.

Bernie baked our wedding cake for us last week and the results were spectacular. It truly tasted as good as it looks and the guests were raving about it. Bernie, was amazing to deal with, what originally was a very stressful time trying to organise a covid wedding was made better by Bernie, she couldn't do enough for us and we really appreciated it- the cake tasted unbelievable I had guests asking for seconds as the cake was that delicious, I'm going to tell all my friends who are getting married about Bernie because her service and cake were out of this world - wouldn't even consider anyone else if you have an upcoming wedding!

Hope you are well. A quick email to say thank you so much for the cake on the 15th August. It was beautiful and lots of people spoke about how nice tasting it was! It looked great with the flowers around it.
