Avoid hot pixels. Poor quality photos received. Very delayed like previous review from David (Dec 2023). Weddings online don't seem to promote them anymore however, won't provide any information on them although, this is originally where I found hot pixels as I wanted a company that done both photography and videography. Received both significantly delayed. Definitely avoid. Really dissapointing they should not be in the role

Quite disappoint to be honest. At first very responsive and giving us what we thought was their attention. I asked for a few more details or more footage and just didn't get a response. Contract stated we would receive the video within 20 weeks and had to fight and email constantly trying to get it. Id say it was closer to 30 weeks before we got anything. Completely ignored emails asking for things and just very disappointed. I would be very hesitant in writing a negative review but after what we spent on this videographer I feel others should be aware of what they are getting into. Still waiting on a. response for emails I sent almost 3 weeks ago.

We had Phil and his team at our wedding on the 28th of July. They were absolutely brilliant so professional and fantastic to deal with. I would absolutely recommend Phil and his team if you are getting married. You will definitely not be disappointed.

We had the best experience with the team at hot pixels ! From my initial email to them spending the day with us on our wedding day and being great Craic to the final video we were well impressed! There was never a delay with an email back if I had any questions or queries. We were more then thrilled with the service we received and the end result

Phil in Hot Pixel was so great to deal with. Really helpful and responsive and very laid back. He was very much in the background on the day, allowing it to unfold and capturing the special moments on camera. I would highly recommend Hot Pixel to any other couple.

Phil and kevin travelled to sligo for our wedding day and they were just fantastic. They were so professional and you honestly

I don't have a bad word to say about the lads. I spent weeks researching videographers as I was very particular about the types of videos I liked. From the minute I reached out to the Hot Pixel Films and Phil came back to me, I knew they were the right team for us. Phil was so nice and helpful from the beginning. On the day, the lads blended into the background, you would barely notice them. I was afraid we?d have video cameras in our faces all day but you really wouldn't notice they are there, which is probably the point and a true talent. And our video is perfect, not too long, not too short and gives the perfect essence of the day. Honestly can't recommend them enough! Thanks so much guys!

Phil and Hot Pixel Films were a pleasure to have as part of our wedding day. They were so subtle with their filming we hardly noticed they were there. We found hot pixel films great to work with. They were very professional. Phil sorted out a live stream for us so that friends and family who couldn't be there due to covid could still see the ceremony! They worked away in the background. Phil was great and quick to respond to our emails. We got our video back very quickly and it was amazing they captured everything I would highly recommend Phil and hot pixel films
