My passion for love and its many beautiful forms drives me to craft bespoke weddings that are as special and unique as the love you share. As someone who is fluent in Spanish and passionate about learning new languages, I’ve had the privilege of officiating weddings in both English and Spanish, as well as translating ceremonies in French, Polish, and Ukrainian. I’m open to embracing any language or cultural tradition that speaks to your heart – after all, your wedding should reflect you.
As a special needs mum, I understand how important it is for every family member to feel included and supported. I offer a warm, welcoming, and understanding service for families with special needs, and I can incorporate Lamh Sign Language to ensure your ceremony is accessible to all.

We had Rhona as our Celebrant in Tulfarris Hotel for our wedding day.
Rhona was extremely professional, arrived early on the day to help with set up and made sure everyone knew exactly what they needed to do, Rhona also made the effort to meet some guests and introduce herself which was very thoughtful. We had a lot of guests tell us afterwards, that it was the first Ceremony they actually enjoyed, which I think is the biggest evidence of how good Rhona was on the day. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

We couldn’t have asked for a better celebrant. From the very first months leading up to the wedding, Rhona was incredibly professional, attentive, and easy to work with. She crafted a beautiful, meaningful ceremony that truly reflected our love story, and thoughtfully included rituals such as Celtic handfasting and a unity candle, which made it even more special.
She sent us a full draft of the ceremony well in advance, guiding us through each step so we knew exactly how the day would unfold. On the wedding day itself, she was punctual, calm, and supportive, even helping to facilitate our first look.
We also really appreciated her including parts of the ceremony in Spanish, as requested, so my family could fully understand and feel involved. Her pronunciation was almost native, and the language she used throughout the ceremony was emotional, warm, and beautifully chosen.

We were so lucky to have found Rhona to be our Celebrant for our wedding day. As we are a bilingual couple, having Spanish spoken during our ceremony meant so much to us and our family visiting from Mexico. It was a very inclusive service, and Rhona made it so intimate and special for us.

I had known Rhona since I was 10 years old so picking her as our celebrant for such a special day was a no brainer. She made our ceremony so personal and it felt like she was part of the family. The planning of the ceremony was stress free and so organised. My partner Jamie and I didn't know what type of ceremony we wanted to go for but Rhona took her time to explain everything to us in great detail and sent us on all the details so we could read over them and even gave us some examples to use. Everyone at our wedding was so impressed by Rhona, it was the most perfect ceremony we could of asked for.
Not only did she do our ceremony but she went above and beyond by doing mine and the bridal parties make up that morning and helped me organise a hair stylist. I would of been absolutely lost without her on the day and we couldn't recommend her enough!

I booked Rhona Cullinan as Celebrant and Makeup Artist for my wedding. At first, I wondered if it was a bit unusual to have the same person for both, but it worked out fantastically. I spoke to Rhona by phone initially to discuss the type of ceremony I wanted. She made everything so simple and stress free. She sent me lots of samples to help get my ideas together. Then we spoke again to finalise the details. What made the experience extra personal was the fact that Rhona did my makeup as well. She was so warm and chatty when she did my makeup trial. I instantly knew I'd made a great choice. On the day, my sisters felt the exact same. We all spent the morning with Rhona while getting our hair and makeup done. Because we all had time to chat to her, we all remarked afterwards that it made the ceremony all the better. We felt we knew Rhona which just made it a lot more personal, rather than a Celebrant that was more unfamiliar. Rhona has a great personality, putting everyone at their ease. I would highly recommend her as both a Celebrant and Makeup artist.

From the very beginning Rhona was so helpful especially as we didn’t know what we were doing in relation to the ceremony. She gave us a lot of ideas and advice during our meetings and this all helped with putting together the perfect ceremony. She asked us about our love story and we had told her all the details however she put it together so beautifully even had us in tears. Everyone keeps coming to us saying how the ceremony was so heartwarming and that the celebrant (Rhona) was absolutely amazing. Rhona is a professional in this area. She knows everything about the wedding. Rhona did amazing makeup for myself, my sister, my mam and my daughter. We all were so happy. I was very emotional and cried happy tears during the ceremony and make up was perfect not a smudge, it lasted all the day and I looked so natural the way I wanted. It was perfectly done and waterproof. I can't thank Rhona enough, she was amazing from the day one when I contacted her until I was ready to go to the ceremony, she made sure I looked fab and even helped me with the dress. Beautiful lady inside and out and I would recommend her. Give her all the stars!

Rhona was a fantastic celebrant. Very easy going and extremely accommodating. As a very particular person, she worked with us to make the ceremony on our own, was open to your feedback on how we wanted our love story told and was a pleasure to deal with. Everyone complimented the ceremony and a few enquired of her name hoping to book her for their own weddings. She has a lovely speaking voice and great delivery which allowed for heartfelt moments but also plenty of laughter which really complemented the beautiful wording of the ceremony. I cannot recommend Rhona enough! She made our ceremony so special. Anything we wanted to take out or add, she was happy to do so. We wanted our ceremony to be one that everyone could enjoy. And our guest still talk about it today. Rhona was also my makeup artist on the day, and she made me feel like a million dollars. I never usually wear makeup and I wanted a subtle and natural look. And it's exactly what she did. I felt like myself on the day which was hugely important to me. I wanted to feel comfortable and in my own skin. I would recommend Rhona to anyone who is looking for a celebrant for their wedding ceremony. Rhona created and conducted a beautiful wedding ceremony for my husband and I. We had a couple of calls with her to discuss what we wanted and the the different options we could chose from. Rhona had very good advice and suggestions and made the process really easy and stress-free. She helped us including French elements to the wedding so that French guests felt included too. She conducted the ceremony beautifully and had set up the ceremony altar perfectly. Thank you very much Rhona!

I would happily recommend Rhona to anyone that is looking for wedding make-up. Rhona was very accommodating and understanding when we had to change our wedding date twice during the pandemic. She was so prepared and calm on the wedding morning, doing make-up for the bride, four bridesmaids and the mother of the bride single-handedly. Despite each of the women having different requests etc., Rhona worked with each of us and we were all delighted with the results. Rhona uses very high-quality products that lasted all day and looked very well in photographs etc.

My wife and I were traveling from the US to Ireland to celebrate our 30th anniversary and I wanted to surprise her with a vow renewal. I did some research and found Rhona. Very quickly after initial contact, I was 100% convinced she was the one I wanted to perform our ceremony. I was not wrong! During the planning phase, Rhona was extremely responsive with my inquiries, she scheduled zoom calls to modify plans and offered a lot of helpful suggestions. She even took the initiative to contact our local walking tour guide the day of the event to work out a seamless "hand off" from him to her at the entrance to the park. She was keen to help me keep the surprise and it worked like magic. I will say without hesitancy that Rhona helped set the perfect stage for our epic adventure in Dublin and the rest of Ireland. My wife could not stop talking about it and how beautiful Rhona made it. I recommend her with every fiber of my being and if she is still doing this for our next milestone anniversary, I'll book her again!

I could not recommend Rhona enough as a wedding celebrant. From our very first meeting with her we knew we picked the right person. Every detail that went into planning the ceremony was tailored specifically to us. We had a small ceremony of just 14 people and she brought so much love and joy into the room between us all. If you are looking for an intimate and emotional (in a good way!) ceremony look no further. We couldn't be happier with how our day went.

Rhona did the make-up for my wedding and it looked absolutely stunning. She listened to us at the trial and did the look we wanted, getting it exactly right on the day. She is such a lovely person, friendly and with a relaxed attitude which inspired confidence. I would highly recommend Rhona for make-up on your special day - the photos will be truly fantastic with such a professional to hand. She was particularly good with make-up for an older bride, and I would definitely say go for the lashes she does which looked phenomenal.

We booked Rhona for makeup and celebrant just before the pandemic hit having met her at a wedding show. Finally we had our day after 1 postponement, Rhona was unbelievable. From the moment we met her to the morning of the wedding she was nothing but helpful. She made our ceremony so personal and all of our guests were raving about how it was just about us and our story, and also an added bit of humour. From a makeup perspective, we were flawless! I barely topped up my face other than Rhona topping me up before the ceremony and it lasted all day and into the night!
I cannot recommend Rhona enough, if you want a personalised and totally unique wedding she's your woman! Can't thank her enough she made our day so special.

I booked Rhona as my make up artist for my wedding in May this year, for myself, my mum and my four bridesmaids. The morning went so smoothly, Rhona is so calm, and professional, it was a pleasure having her do the make-up. We are all 40+ (except one) and I think she was an excellent choice for this age group. The makeup didn't look heavy , it was glowy/quite natural, it was stunning, and her lashes are the nicest I've ever used. Would definitely recommend Rhona to any future brides.

Rhona made our day! From our first initial conversation to the wedding day itself her professionalism and warm approach was amazing. We were so happy and would highly recommend to friends and family. Rhona is an absolute magic-maker! She's a wizard around the eyes, and my makeup didn't budge the entire day. I have never felt more stunning in my life, and I know the rest of my bridal party felt the same! Truly wish I could hire her to just pop in every morning and make me feel incredible!

I booked Rhona for make up for myself (bride), my bridesmaid and my Mam for our wedding day in July 2021, having met her and being very impressed with her, while I was bridesmaid for a friend back in July 2016.
Despite restrictions we faced in the first half of 2021 and the uncertainties affecting both suppliers and wedding couples, Rhona (along with Adrienne for our hair) still managed to arrange my Bridal Trial in the Powder Room Girls Salon in Citywest. The foundation we had gone with for the Bridal Trial didnt agree with my skin, leaving it oily within an hour. I contacted Rhona that evening and she provided assurances that my make up on the day would work out perfect.
On the day, Rhona arrived on time and between herself and Adrienne (hairstylist), they kept us all organised and on our toes for the wedding morning - I'd genuinely have been lost without them and they really added to the lovely atmosphere that morning. Wouldnt have been the same without them. My makeup worked out brilliant on the day and any worries I had about my skin just vanished.
Rhona is so easy to chat to and really makes you feel comfortable - would highly recommend her to any future bride! You cannot go wrong!!!

We had our Commitment Ceremony on the 13th August 2020. Rhona was fantastic and great to deal with. We had to reschedule our original wedding to next year. It was lovely to celebrate what should have been our day. Rhona was brilliant. I can't recommend her enough

If you?re getting married, Rhona has to be your go to for make up. I accidentally booked the wrong date for my make up trial and completely missed it but Rhona rescheduled it without any issues. On the day, It was like having a wedding planner and videographer as well as a make up artist, It wouldn't have gone nearly as well without Rhona. She made sure everyone was getting ready on time and helped me fix my dress and the make up was absolutely perfect and lasted all night.

Rhona is simply amazing as a person, a celebrant and make artist, She had 7 people for makeup the morning of the wedding, the bride was first to be ready and the makeup was perfect my wife loved it, said it was the best she ever had done, She prepared a ceremony that was beautiful and touching to us all, She even organised sand from Clare near Cliffs of Moher as part of our sand ceremony which is a place my wife and I really love.
Her communication was excellent from the start especially as we were arranging from Australia and we only met her on our wedding day. We highly recommend Rhona and her services she was just fantastic along with her assistant, very relaxing and friendly would put any bride at ease on the big day.

We got married on 21-12 last year and Rhona came to our venue in Waterford Castle to take care of the bridal party's makeup. Wow what a fabulous job she did, I really cannot recommend her enough. She was early (no stress there), calming, good-humoured, full of really helpful advice and professional and just so amazingly talented and skillful at what she does. When I show photos of the day, everyone comments on my beautiful makeup and my bridesmaids. Rhona is worth every penny and such great value for money. Aideen

Everything about Rhona and her work as our celebrant was absolutely next level!! We not only gave her an impossible task of liaising from the other side of the globe, we done it all in two weeks! Rhona went above and beyond to make sure our magical day, including the bride was perfect! Rhona was personal and professional doing in her research for the ceremony getting to know us both and including lyrics from our favourite bands. I chose Rhona to be our makeup artist as she had been the makeup artist of 4 of my friends previously. I could not say enough kind things about Rhona. She is fantastically relaxed and easy going. Nothing is too much to ask. She made our morning very easy! 5 adults and 4 little girls to cater for and she did it with such ease that we all enjoyed our experience and felt absolutely amazing after. Her makeup style (that I have admired for years) is very natural while also being stunningly beautiful. The kids felt like absolute princesses and glowed with happiness after she was finished with them. My makeup was exactly what I had imagined but not only that but it lasted me perfectly for two days! Rhona is very responsive to email and also text. Her friendly manner and chatty nature make the whole experience such a pleasure. Delighted she was available for my big day. Would recommend her in a heartbeat. Thanks for everything Rhona.

Rhona is just super. We, the bridal party, had somewhat different wants for our makeup, and Rhona did such a lovely job with every single one of us, including my mother who shone on the day. I have rarely felt so beautiful in my life. In fact I have since bought many of the products used to try and recreate the look! Rhona did make up for my wedding day in January. She is amazingly talented at what she does and made me, and my girls, look flawless for the big day. The make up was as perfect at 4am as it was leaving my house that morning. She is a true professional and very good at making everyone feel at ease. What can I say about Rhona, she is more than amazing!! She travelled to Kilronan Castle to do the bridal party make up (And some families make up also!!). She is extremely talented and is a master at what she does. So much I wish I had her everyday to do my make up! It was like having your best friend in the room and she made everyone feel so relaxed! I booked Rhona and her colleague Susan Peggs to do my hair and makeup for my big day and I was absolutely delighted. All my pictures are perfect because of the hair and make up and it lasted all day and well into the night and next morning. I would highly recommend them both.

Rhona did an amazing job with the make up on the day of my wedding, the make up looked really glamorous but was still natural and the only thing that needed to be topped up during the day was the lipstick. She is very relaxed and was a very calming influence on the morning of the wedding.
