Sugartown Road Wedding Band

I saw the band at the weekend at my friends wedding, as a newly engaged couple and having previously heard how brilliant they were we were excited to see them!! They defo lived up to all the expectations and more.. so much so that we emailed on Saturday to check availability and luckily got booked for our wedding!! See you's in 2022

We can't thank the band enough for a fantastic performance and they played our first dance song it was incredible. Phelim has been a pleasure to deal with. Everyone was on the dance floor all night.

The best wedding band!! The communication leading up to our day was first class. Both Siobhan and Phelim were a great help, nothing was ever to much trouble. one the day, we had guests of all ages at and the band managed to keep everyone dancing from the minute they started. Highly highly recommend!

Wow! Sugartown Road played our wedding at Ballydugan Mill on Saturday 6th August and they were class! Our guests haven't stopped raving about them - even our guests who don't usually dance were up and dancing. Phelim made sure that my grandma was still dancing away at 1am!
Nothing has been too much for Phelim and the lads and Siobhan has been fab at organising everything.
The band read the room so well and the music is fantastic! Would recommend in a heartbeat!

If we could give more than 5stars we would . i absolutely couldnt recommend this band more than enough. I had a few concerns regarding song choices etc and phlem put my mind right at ease .. Our guest are still saying how amazing the band an dj were. The band members all encouraged and interacted with the wedding guest which was great and got everyone up on their feet. The selection of music suits all crowds . 1st class entertainment an will be telling everyone about them . thanks again guys .. Oh and not forgetting siobhan she was always at the other end of phonecall or email with any question or concern so professional and kind ????

The dancefloor was not empty once!!! The band were amazing, music was fab! Phelim was in touch a few times on the run up to the wedding to finalise plans, if we needed to change the time or order of events he was more than happy to accommodate and very easy to work with. We had Sugartown Road for our wedding on 23rd July 2022 and we cannot recommend them enough. The communication right from booking them until the wedding day was excellent!
Phelim put us at ease from start to finish, and spoke to us throughout the night checking everything was going well. The dance floor never stopped the entire night and our guests have been raving about the amazing band ever since!

On Thursday 23rd June myself and my now wife experienced the most amazing day of our lives. It was without question made all the better by our choice in choosing Sugartown Road to play our wedding. From start to finish they had the dance floor packed with an amazing array of songs. From our first dance, to the main set, to the DJ set later that night, the place was absolutely bouncing and the craic flowing. The atmosphere was electric. I couldn't be more complimentary of everyone involved on the night as well as Siobhan behind the scenes. All of our guests couldn't get over the band with people complimenting them as the best band that they have seen at any wedding. Thanks so much to Phelim and the gang, you were absolutely amazing.

The guys where nothing short off amazing. We had to change our venue at the last minute due to Covid and the lads where amazing about it. On the night, they had everyone up dancing and going nuts. It awesome and I couldn't recommend them anymore! A special band!

Sugartown Road played at our wedding in Darver Castle recently on 22.11.19 and WOW. They were amazing from start to finish, they knew exactly what song to play and when to play it and such a variety of excellent music and had the crowd going all night and we've had so many people asking about the band and saying how amazing they were. From we booked them over 2 years ago Siobhan and Phelim were so easy to deal with and so much help and great advice on our 1st dance. We can't say enough about this band and they were all brilliant on the night and they are just so amazingly good and made our great day perfect.

We booked Sugartown Road as a recommendation from a family member and we had never seen them play. We then when to see them in Warrenpoint with all the family and we had the best Sunday's Craic.
Then they played at our wedding on 12.10.2019 at Killeavy Castle Estate. I could not fault the band at all, they were amazing!! From the booking proceed, then in the lead up they would call to check in to see did we have any song requests, then on the day of the wedding the were set up in no time and within 2 mins of our first dance the dance floor was packed! And it continued that way for the whole night. We also booked them as our DJ and this was great. They already knew the crowd and were able to keep the dance floor full into the small hours of the morning.
We were extremely luck to get this band and if i was to give advice to any couples getting married it would be book Sugartown Road and then find a venue because they truly MADE our wedding day.

What a night! We had Sugartown Road play at our wedding on the 6th September & from the minute they started playing until the last song with the DJ they were amazing. They had the crowd up dancing the whole night, played a variety of music & were very interactive. OMG what can we say?! Wow wow wow!! Phelim and Sugartown Road were amazing!!! From the 1st to the last tune it was brilliant! Phelim promised to the keep the floor full all night and that he did!! Sugartown Road played at our wedding yesterday! After hearing them at my sisters wedding we knew we had to have play at ours! from beginning to end the dance floor was full and the craic was mighty. A fantastic band to deal with, no request was to big. My husband even got to sing along to one of his favourite songs. Every one of our guests commented on how good the guys were. We were absolutely delighted to have them play at our special day and we would highly recommend them to any bride and groom looking for a band for their special day.

Wow what can I say about a Phelim and the boys unbelievable band highly recommend for a wedding ???? Have always done our family weddings and we were soo excited to have them be a part of our special day! They went above and beyond for us and were great at getting everyone up when they went onto the dance floor everyone was having a ball especially when we had the dance offs ????! We danced into the early hours with the DJ music and it was great craic! everyone can't stop talking about you all even the bar staff couldn't help themselves to a dance! Sugartown Road played at our wedding on the 05/07/2019. On the run up to the wedding Phelim was so helpful and accommodating. Nothing was ever too much hassle. From start to finish the dance floor never emptied and had a wide range of songs throughout the night to suit everyone. All the guests continuously commented on the band. They definitely stole the show! A few of our guests are getting married and want to have a sugartown wedding now.

We were very lucky to get Sugartown Road for our wedding day 27.06.19. They are an amazing band and they had everyone on the dance floor from the first song to the last! Even with some wedding guests on the floor for rock the boat. Phelim was brilliant and constantly kept us up to date with songs and timings. I'm blown away at this band's talent & ability to keep the music flowing to a similar beat, which ensures folk stay on the floor! They have a tune to suit everyone, regardless of age, & are a pleasure to listen to. I'm already excited about hearing them again. Let's hope an opportunity comes up soon.

Sugartown Road played at our wedding in the Slieve Russell Hotel on April 5th and they were absolutely amazing. The floor was filled from the very first song to the very last of the night. They did the DJ set for us too which was equally brilliant. All of our guests loved the music and kept telling us they were the best band they'd ever heard at a wedding. They played music to suit everyone from Mike Denver to AC/DC to Maniac 2000 which was a real crowd pleaser. We couldn't have picked a better band for our wedding. Unreal band!!!! I booked this band on recommendations alone!! Sugartown Road recently played at my nephew Mark & Colm's wedding, what can I say, they were only amazing !! I'm not usually a dancer but had sore feet for days and my little boy Sean, who's 6, he never left the floor all night, he's still talking about it ! Working in the wedding Industry I have seen many wedding bands but none that bring the energy that Sugartown Road bring. When we set our date they were the first booking we made and they definitely did not disappoint. Phelim was a dream to deal with and every request we had was met. Our wedding was nearly 8 months ago and our guests are still talking about them. The dance floor was full all night and the dance off at the end of the night was the icing on the cake. We literally could not be happier when we managed to get Sugartown road for our charity ball. We always heard amazing things about them and knew they would be perfect for our charity ball. From start to finish they were so professional and friendly to deal with. On the nite we had a huge range of ages of our guests but from the minute that first note played the dance floor was never empty. We loved how the guys interacted with the crowd and got the craic going. The literally made our night and we would 100% book them again.

Damien and I were married on Friday the 28th of December 2018 at the Slieve Russell Hotel in Cavan. Sugartown were incredible! We knew they were highly recommended but they far surpassed even our greatest expectations! The dance floor was packed and they catered to all ages as well! One of the first weddings I've been to in a long time that all the flip flops were taken out of the bathroom and not a heel left on in the place! Phelim was also amazing! The communication was great and the band was so friendly! Cannot recommend them enough!

Words can not describe how impressive and incredible this band is. On 21st Nov 2018, Sugartown Road performed at my wedding in Ballymagarvey Village and from the minute they started till the last song the floor was hoping. Our guests are still talking about them. The atmosphere and energy they brought to the room was electric. They are hands down the best wedding band I have had the privilege of listening to and I have been to my fair share of weddings. From the planning and organising to the delivery on the night the band showed the highest level of professionalism and went out of their way to make sure my wife and I had a wedding we will never forget. We booked Sugartown road for our wedding after been to a wedding a year before and after been to so many weddings before we got engaged this band stood out to us. We always said we would have them on our wedding day. We are now married 14 months and still have guest raving about the music. Phelim was great to deal with always quick 2 reply and they arrived before the meal was finished so they were setting up as soon as meal was complete. Fantastic interaction with the crowd, new what music worked and what didnt. 14 months later I still have people asking who they were they would love to have them at their wedding. Only advice if you want them get booking as soon as they are in high demand we even adjusted our wedding date to have them. Well worth it to see a full dance floor 100% recommend them to anyone who wants a good mix music gets the crowd goin and keeps the floor full.
