where to start- as soon as I came across the new glass slipper I just knew I needed them for my wedding. I messaged Jesse on instagram about 6 weeks before placed my order to see if she could create my dream shoes and I was not disappointed. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and asked so many questions about heel height, gems, timeframes etc and she came back to me within minutes and answered all my questions so professionally and with so much knowledge as well as being a genuinely lovely person. I explained my financial situation that I would have to save and there was absolutely no pressure to place an order until I was 1000% sure I could afford them. As soon as I placed my order she came back to me with confirmation and pictures of the blank shoes to confirm I was happy with the height, width, straps etc. as soon as I confirmed she ordered my shoes and got to work and updated me thoroughly throughout the process. I had been scammed by multiple businesses with the wedding and she really made me have faith in small businesses again. I received a picture within her agreed time frames and I was so happy. when I actually received the shoes they were absolutely stunning and even more beautiful than pictures. the attention to detail was outstanding. I can not recommend the new glass slipper enough. I will be placing an order for my mum and every special occasion I have in the future, thank you Jesse

I ordered two pairs of she's from the glass slipper. Fantastic customer service, sent me pictures of my shoes every step until I was happy with them She also sent me the tracking so I could track my parcel. If anyone needs a pair of shoes that are extra special you need to get them from the new glass slipper. can't wait to wear our shoes!

I lost all passion for my wedding with all the cancelled dates and changes. I fell in love with the shoes Jesse made for me and they cheered me up so much, I was excited again. they really are magical shoes, I can not thank you enough!
