We had our wedding ceremony here at Bloomfield in May 2024. The staff were just amazing from first contact.. there was no question or request to big or small.. we were so well looked after. The food was amazing as always, our wedding sat just over 270 and everything ran so smooth. Thank you for everything ☺️

Where do we start.....we always knew The Bloomfield House Hotel was the place we wanted to celebrate our wedding, having attended weddings there in the past we knew the service and attention to detail was A+, not only that Bloomfield holds a special place in our hearts having been the place we would go on our first few dates to our engagement down by the lakeshore in April 2021.
On our first tour of the place back in July 2021 we got a warm feeling that this was the right choice for us. Abbigail, Joanne, Sharon and the events team really made the planning process easy for us, the communication from the day we booked right to the big day was excellent no question or request was too silly.
Fast forward to the big day itself and we really couldn't have asked for any better, not only did we feel like royalty but our guests did also. The food was delicious and plentiful, loads of choices for people with dietary requirements and the staff were so attentive to everyone's needs.

Well what can I say,from the minute we set foot in Bloomfield Sharon and all the staff were amazing and so friendly and nice,just goes to show why Bloomfield is booked out for weddings in the foreseeable future.The meal was absolutely delicious you won't get better anywhere else,the newly decorated bedrooms are so spacious and beautifully decorated.Can highly recommend Bloomfield if you are thinking of having your wedding here,have been to quite a few weddings in different hotels and this has got to be my favourite.Well done Bloomfield keep up the good work and many thanks for an amazing day.

We had our wedding in March it was the one and only place we looked at, the location itself is fantastic. Abigail, Sharon and there staff couldn't have done more for us. The food was incredible we had a 2 day affair and both days we couldn't fault anything, we stayed on with family extra days and everyone couldn't stop talking about the staff and the hotel and the food.
All our guests have raved about our wedding and some have even gone back to stay for couple nights already they loved everything about it. Also amazing photo opportunities. You will not regret booking.
We wish we could do it all over again.

What can I say the wedding team and staff were so helpful the decor of the room was out of this world great advice and very patient and help dealing with stress and help calm both of us always very responsive to email and phonecall and food was a 100 out of 10 my elderly father was even able to have the beef melt in the mouth everything went so smoothly highly recommended from both side of bride and groom everyone said best wedding they have been at in a long time

Bloomfield house really made our day so special. Nothing was too much hassle for them. The room itself was so beautiful and considering we didn't have to decorate it at all that says a lot, the food was absolutely gorgeous and VERY plentiful. The staff were amazing very professional but still friendly and approachable. After our wedding ?ended? they even let us stay in the room and continue the party which was amazing as we didn't have to try squash everyone into a room ???? I would recommend Bloomfield to anyone

We can't thank bloomfield enough for pur fabulous day on the 27/10/22. The staff are amazing and really put our mind at ease from the second we arrived. The lake is beautiful for wedding photos and the food was fabulous and plentiful. All our guests really enjoyed they're time in the hotel

The Bloomfield and staff where amazing for our special day and the build up to it too.
We had our ceremony there in the beautiful hotel , which ment we stayed the night before . The hotel and staff couldn't of been anymore helpful and met all our needs .
The day was magical , THE FOOD OMG , was perfect my family are hard to please when it comes to food and every one of them commented 10/10 on the meal ????

We cannot wait to come back for a night or a family staycation as we just love the place so much !

My little girl is 8 and hopes to get married there to, it was that magical she said????

Cannot recommend bloomfeild house hotel enough, it's a stunning venue with beautiful grounds, our guests are still talking about the food , every single staff member cannot do enough for you , especially abigail and sharon they helped us with absolutely everything and made sure our day ran smooth , if you are undecided on venues go for the bloomfeild you will not be disappointed

We had our wedding here in December 2021, couldn't have asked for anything to be more perfect. Could not have been happier with the Bloomfield hotel for our wedding. We would like to thank the amazing wedding team especially Joanne and Sharon, they made everything so stress free and run so smoothly on just the day but in the run up to it as well.
I'm not sure I can express how amazing the whole day was from start to finish, the venue was beautiful, the food was amazing, the staff were unbelievable. Sharon really looked after us and made our day so special. Our guests were raving about the food and venue, enjoyed the whole celebrations.
The whole team in Bloomfield are absolute joy and credit to the hotel as they really care about the experience they provide to their guests. Thank you for making our day so special in every single way.

We booked Bloomfield as we wanted a child friendly hotel so that both our families would have an enjoyable weekend. For that it was perfect. They all loved it with the kids catered for on the day of the wedding and the leisure centre available for them for the whole weekend. We also got the most stunning pictures at the lake. Brilliant for a family centred wedding but it's a busy hotel so there was lack of flexibility when trying to get a room to get ready in on the morning of the wedding, trying to get breakfast on morning of the wedding and trying to make plans for day two. Just remember when booking it's great for families but a busy hotel so if you want a more exclusive venue it wouldn't be the best option.

They went above and beyond to help us

We had an amazing day at the Bloomfield for our wedding. We had just under 100 guests for the ceremony and reception. Both the wedding team and service team were very accommodating and helpful through the whole process, especially as Covid protocols seemed to change weekly! All our guests remarked on what a fabulous day they had, from the location to the food we could not complain.

Excellent and professional service. Could not have asked for more, they were flexible with requests and we got brilliant value for money. The staff were very friendly, relaxed and went out of their way to help. The guests complimented the food and service. Hotel is also set by lake and provided great setting for photos. Again great value for money and I highly recommend it.

The staff, particularly Maria, were extremely helpful in helping us to organise all the details. Everything was as they had promised and they had no problem putting out all the extra decorations I had brought. They even added a few unexpected extra touches.

They were quick to respond to e-mail, punctual for meetings and just overall very professional.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Broomfield House Hotel to another bride and groom. We were extremely happy with the decision we made by choosing here.

Our own room was gorgeous, the view beautiful, the fresh sliced fruit on the plate was a lovely touch and breakfast in bed on day two such a good move, thanks for that thumbs up Joanne. The d?cor from arrival looked fabulous with the small trees and ribbon, white timber hearts, candles, lanterns, fires lighting and red carpet. The layout of the service was lovely with the arch, red carpet, the curve on the seating plan, flower display on the alter and the decorative seats for bride and groom. The function room looked fabulous with the chair covers, table settings and up-lighting. The entrance to the function room itself was lovely and the mirror on which the table plan was placed was very elegant. The wedding cake was really well displayed for all to see. Thanks so much Sharon for your quick and subtle help to my Dad with the microphone during the speeches. Thanks to the staff for the placing of the baskets in the toilets after the meal. The afters food was lovely and there was plenty for everyone. It was much appreciated that the staff on reception took such good care of cards and gifts left in for us and all our glasses ,candles ,baskets,cake etc over the two days especially when you had a wedding the next day. We noted this was a service a lot of venues do not provide as they do not want the responsibility. The serving staff and bar staff over the whole weekend were a real pleasure. The area for the meal on Saturday night was just perfect and the provision of the corkage arrangement greatly appreciated. Thanks again for making our day.

We had our wedding here on the 1st March 2014. We have to say from the very first day we met with our wedding co-ordinator we knew that this was the hotel for us. The hotel itself is set on stunning grounds with fantastic scenery. Our wedding co-ordinator listened as we wanted the day to be special for us and family and friends. The day itself couldn't have gone better from the minute we stepped out of the car we were looked after as were all of the guests. The hotel made all our guests feel so welcome and the food was amazing. Our guests couldn't get over the amount of food and if people wanted more than that was no problem. We still have people saying to us what a day they had. We would have no problem in recommending this hotel. This hotel is great value for money and gives five star service. We are looking forward to spending many more nights in this hotel

To all the Bloomfield Staff, especially Oliver, Maria & Joanne in Banqueting, Sharon who looked after every single little detail on our special evening reception on Sat 10th December, and the night staff - especially John who could not do enough for us at the early hours of the morning, and all the catering staff. Thank you sincerely for all your attention and kindness which made our wedding reception a truly memorable experience. The comments from all our guests who stayed at the Hotel were really positive about the staff especially - 'so helpful' and 'homely' were the two most common comments received. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the Management & Staff of Bloomfield House Hotel for a magical day on November 15th 2013. From our very first appointment to the end of our big day the staff were friendly and helpful in all our requests. Our guests were all very impressed with the fabulous food, friendly staff and magical setting of the hotel. The room looked fantastic on the day and all the little romantic hearts and candles were noticed by all the girls. The wedding day was also relaxed, the staff just told us where we needed to be and what was happening next, we could not have asked for more. We had a fantastic day and we would highly recommend Bloomfield House Hotel as a wedding venue to all our friends and family. Firstly I really, really want to pay a huge thank you for everything you did to make our day special. All of our guests commented on how friendly all of your staff were. The service was great throughout the weekend. Myself and Kevin both felt that the hotel staff ensured a stress free day for us both. We were both so happy to have chosen Bloomfield House. We could not recommend Bloomfield House Hotel highly enough for a wedding destination. From the day we first viewed the hotel up to and after our wedding day we were looked after so well by Joanne and all the staff. Each and every person could not do enough for us. The day of the wedding itself could not have gone better. The food and service could only be described as 'first class'. This was the consensus among all of our guests. The comfort and luxury of the Hotel was another talking point among our guests. Any of our guests who stayed the night all remarked they enjoyed there stay so much they were unwilling to leave the peace and tranquillity to head home! Thank you for the best day we could have asked for and more. Our daughter Elizabeth's wedding went without a hitch on the 6th of April. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and organised, thank you very much. The meal, in all, was outstanding and thoroughly enjoyed by all. We stayed in your hotel over night and had a great stay; the view of the lake in the morning was a beautiful sight. Thank your event manager for me; she is an asset to your hotel.
