Where to start.. Myself and my partner got married two weeks ago in the Annebrook and we are still on a high.
From the very beginning Orla and Michael both made us feel so welcome and listened to. We asked a lot of questions and after visiting other venues we knew the Annebrook was for us. Once we booked everything was a breeze. Any questions I had for Orla were answered so quickly and honestly. Nothing was a problem and we really never had an issue asking for anything.
Our meeting with Orla before the wedding was so easy and all of our questions were answered she even helped us with a few song choices and gave some ideas when we asked for them.
On to the day and honestly we were blown away and had the best day! It was everything we wanted and more. The attention to detail that Orla went to to was nothing short of amazing. She even went out of her way with our cow themed table plan. Michael helped make sure that our day ran perfectly and anything we asked for was done immediately no question.
I would pick the Annebrook without question. Thank you Orla and Michael for everything.

Our wedding day was the 1st of June 2024.
We had the most amazing day the wedding coordinator Orla and manager Michael went above and beyond for us. We had booked a package deal for min of 130 guests @€64.50 a head and it was worth double that the way we and our guests were treated. Outstanding service would highly recommend the hotel whether you’re having a small or big wedding .

Orla, Michael and all of the team at Annebrook House Hotel can not come highly recommended enough. Ourselves and our guests were so well looked after in the run up to our wedding, the day of and the days after. We could not beat them in value and hospitality. Nothing was a bother to the team - Communication levels at the highest degree at all times of the planning, preparation and execution. Very flexible in any requests we had and made feel so welcome each and every time we entered the hotel. Food was expertly presented and so tasty. If you are considering the Annebrook House Hotel at all, just book your date and enjoy being so well looked after!

I couldn't recommend the Annebrook more. They were amazing from start to finish. Friendly, professional, personable and communication was absolutely perfect. There is not a single bad thing I could say about the whole weekend. Orla is an absolute superstar and so good at her job. No question we asked was too much, she took our vision and made it come true. Every single guest that stayed praised the hotel for how good the whole weekend was, the rooms, the food, the service, the atmosphere. I would happily recommend the Annebrook to anyone planning their wedding, you couldn't be in safer or more capable hands

The Annebrook was the perfect spot for our wedding! From the moment we inquired up until days after the wedding all the staff we interacted with was wonderful. A special shout out goes to the restaurant staff at Bertys Bar especially David Dunne and Ois?in Lehane! They made our group feel right at home and were so accommodating. My husband and I will definitely be returning for years to come!

I honestly don't know how to start this. But from the first meeting we had with Orla everything was just smooth sailing. Her attention to detail and her own ideas aswell as ours came together perfectly. We went with the buffet option on our day and I could not fault a thing about it. Also they catered to a couple of our guests who only eat certain foods. As for the reception room it was just perfect. The ceremony room was unbelievable more than what we had imagined. We would 100% recommend here for your wedding

The Annebrook House Hotel was just the perfect Wedding venue, and with the addition of the old house for our entrance reception it is just magical. We would like to thank Orla for all her hard work & help, she is a trooper. She was always just a call away and always so helpful. With 3 date changes "we finally got there"!! she was always so accommodating, making sure everything was perfect for our day. With tips for wedding planning and going above and beyond on the day to keep everything flowing smoothly. She loves setting up the candy cart ;-) Also Michael and staff were so polite. It was a pleasure to see our day go so well, this all down to the professionalism of the Annebrook staff. The quality of service from everyone at the Annebrook is five star and they want to make YOUR special day special!!! To the chef may we compliment you as our food was amazing. Pat at morning breakfast will make any hangovers disappear with laughs and a great breakfast. Our guests have came back to us and said everything was amazing and that the Annebrook is a great venue. My Wife Tanya and I got Married in the Annebrook House Hotel on Thursday 22nd September this year.

From the very first moment we went to view the Annebrook as a potential Wedding venue we knew that it was the place where we would get married, it just stood out to us.

We met Michael and Orla at one of their Wedding Open Days in January this year. We cannot speak highly enough of both of them, they are such nice people, very down to earth and so easy to deal with.

We were always put at ease whenever we had any queries or concerns leading up to the big day and Michael and Orla both went out of their way to help us. They were always extremely quick to respond to any emails or phone calls we made, and always made us feel at ease.

Everyone who plans a wedding will be nervous about the day, hoping it will run smoothly, but when you have wedding planners like Michael and Orla, then there really is no need to worry.

Everything on our wedding day went according to plan. It was just fantastic in every way, magical. We cannot speak highly enough of all the staff at the Annebrook, everyone was such a pleasure to deal with.

Annebrook House Hotel is such an amazing wedding venue and we would recommend it to anyone. First class staff with first class people skills, and compliments to the chefs because, wow, the food was just amazing.

All of our guests said what a fantastic day they had and they were all so impressed with the venue, the staff and the food.

My husband and I finally got our big day on the 20/08 this year after covid put a stop to our plans the previous 2 years. I can honestly say from start to finish the wonderful staff at Annebrook house went above and beyond to make sure we got the perfect day, Our wedding coordinator Orla was just amazing at making sure every little detail was covered and on hand anytime to listen to any concerns and stresses we had in the lead up to our day. First of all, just want to say and give a big Thank You to Orla, Michael and all the staff at the Annebrooke House Hotel.
We got married a couple of weeks ago and can honestly say that everything was absolutely perfect, and that everyone who was there at our wedding are still talking about it, because they had such a great time.
The Hotel was simply amazing, from the staff, the food, the little touches, how nothing was too much trouble and it was all stress free as we were so well looked after by Orla and Michael.
We got the house band and DJ. The band, The Big Kahunas were superb, absolutely terrific and between them and the DJ had everyone up dancing all night
What everyone who was at our wedding keep saying and talking about was the food which we had picked. I cannot stress enough or do justice in this review about how good the food was. It was simply unbelievable, from the starter right through to the dessert!
It was really a great day and a huge part of that was because we had our reception at the Annebrooke, and again , cannot thank them enough for everything they did. They literally pull out all the stops for you from when you arrive and until you leave.

Wow! We had the most amazing day. Orla & Michael went above and beyond nothing was too big. They made all our family and friends so welcome it was so relaxed. I didn't stress over anything Orla put us at ease. I would highly recommend The Annebrook House for your wedding venue. It was situated in the heart of Mullingar Town but you felt like you were in the middle of beautiful countryside. Our family and friends haven't stopped talking about how welcoming and friendly all the staff were.

The Annebrook House Hotel was the first venue we viewed when we started our search for a wedding venue, by the time we finished our viewing with Orla who is the wedding coordinator, we had our wedding booked and the other viewings cancelled.

The Annebrook had everything we were looking for, an amazing package deal, the location, onsite parking and a fantastic events team.

The Old House were the drinks reception is held is private from the rest of the hotel, it has 2 large rooms, 1 with a bar and the other hosts the tea and coffee with comfortable seating, both connected by a large hallway to allow people to move freely from each room and created the feel that even though it was 2 rooms it was still 1 function.

The ballroom is large but could also be made smaller depending on how many guests you are having. There is a wide range of choices when picking how it is decorated from coloured chair sashes, centre pieces, menu and table plan designs. We gave our invites to Orla and she based all ours off them so it all matched in well and the result were beautiful, they even bought in new flower centre pieces to match our theme at no expense to us, they were a lovely touch when we seen the ballroom on the day, we were also presented with a beautiful gift from the hotel on the day, another gesture that shows they go above and beyond for their couples.

We booked our wedding 2 years in advance and the communication with Orla was amazing from start to finish, all questions we had were answered and no ask seemed too big. Orla is an amazing wedding coordinator and in my opinion I dont think you'd find any better, not many would hide behind you on their honkers to hold up your dress to save the bottom from getting dirty while you got photos outside.

Michael the general manager is also amazing and was there all weekend as we had a 2 day event, he was on hand if we needed anything and made both days especially the wedding day run as smoothly as possible.

The staff were excellent, we could not fault a single one.

The food was amazing, everyone enjoyed their meals from start to finish and were talking about it for days after, we also opted for the BBQ on day 2 which was delicious.

We had a fantastic 2 days from start to finish and want to say a massive thank you to all the management, staff and Orla for making it the best wedding day we could of hoped for.

If you're considering The Annebrook House Hotel for your wedding just book it, you wont be sorry.

One whole week has passed by since the most amazing day/ weekend of my life and Annebrook House Hotel helped make it magical. From the moment we decided to have our wedding the team were out of this world. Our original date was the 02.05.2020 but due to Covid we had to postpone. There was no problem with changing the dates with Orla, Michael and all the team.
The package we went with took the hassle out of trying to find a car , band and DJ. I cannot recommend highly enough the Annebrook House Hotel for the whole wedding experience. We stayed a second night with a large number of our wedding party and guests. Again Michael and Orla pulled out all the stops.
From the bottom of our hearts we thank all the Staff and thank them for the part they played in an amazing day and an amazing memory that we will all cherish.

We had our wedding in the Annebrook hotel in Westmeath on the 8th of April this year, this was our third date as we had to cancel due to the pandemic. Orla was our wedding coordinator and helped us in every way possible to arrange a new date and was so accommodating. Our wedding day was amazing we could not fault them, Orla and Michael went out of their way with anything we needed, the food was top quality, our guest looked the hotel and food and the rooms were lovely, we loved our double jacuzzi in the bridal suite. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone for any wedding or events.

From start to finish our experience with the Annebrook was just amazing. Orla was so helpful throughout the whole process and was always happy to answer questions and help when needed. Our big day was everything we had hoped for and more Orla and Michael were just amazing. We had a lot of children at our wedding and all of the staff were so good to all the kids everyone old and young were made feel welcome! I would highly recommend the Annebrook as a venue. We also had a day 2 with a bbq and everyone loved the food and loved the venue. I cannot thank Orla and her team enough for everything that went into the planning of our day it was perfect!

Orla, Michael and all the staff were so helpful during our planning from the first time we visited a showcase and up to the wedding weekend. It was not easy for us or the hotel with restrictions changing constantly but they always promptly responded to queries and reassured us. They were great for recommending other suppliers as needed. Our family and friends stayed for 3 days and all had great things to say about the venue. Good location for travelling, within walking distance of town, near the park, friendly staff and plenty of space. Food was excellent - and we had a lot of dietary requests to cover and nothing was a problem and all the guests were happy. Drinks service was slow only during the wedding meal itself but this was purely and understandably due to staffing levels I'm sure, as all hospitality seems to have struggles with during covid. That was the only negative I can think of. They allowed our dogs in for the morning of and the ceremony with our photographer. The old house was fantastic for the guests to all be together on each evening. Having never heard of this venue before wedding planning we are so happy with our decision, and look forward to returning visits.

Highly recommend this venue and the wedding team to all future wedding couples. We had a great day, food was delicious and Orla and the team were professional and helpful throughout.

From the moment we booked our wedding reception in The Annebrook House Hotel, we knew we were going to have the best day of our lives! The attention to detail and flawless organisational skills Orla has will make the most nervous of brides relax and enjoy their wedding planning journey. From initial booking stage, wedding menu tasting and table plan assistance - Orla was there to guide us through it all.

However, it was a really tough couple of days coming up to our big day as the decision was changing by the hour as to whether the wedding could go ahead due to Covid-19 but full marks to Orla and Michael, they kept our family calm and relaxed while reassuring us that the team at The Annebrook would be doing everything in their power to ensure we could have our special day.

On the day itself, every little detail was carried out with perfection. Even with the restrictions, each and every member of staff put everyone at ease and took such good care of us and our guests.

We really feel Orla and Michael are nearly part of our family at this stage after all we went through together while keeping us, our guests and your staff safe with guidelines in place to the highest standard during our wedding weekend.

We'll both be forever grateful for all the hard work, dedication and attention to detail from each and every member of The Annebrook House Hotel team.

We had our wedding here recently and we could not fault a thing about the hotel. Everything was perfect. It has great location, always clean, food is lovely and the staff is fantastic. The wedding co-ordinators met us on a few occasions to see if everything was going to plan for us. Michael and Orla made us very at ease on the day. Would highly recommend here if your getting married.

We went to view here on an open day last minute and it was over but Michael still came out and showed us around. Spent an hour and a half with us. No question was too big or small. We booked there and then. We then met with Ciara our wedding planner for the Annebrook. And we really couldn't ask for better. The staff and venue is everything We were looking for for our big day and I'm not worried that they will do an outstanding job

We got married on Thursday 7th November and we chose The Annebrook House Hotel for our wedding reception. Our planning journey started a little over two years before our day and we both instantly fell in love with The Annebrook. The venue is so unique, a mix of classic and modern, their packages offer the dream wedding without an outrageous price tag attached, their food is exceptional and their staff couldn't do enough for us. The wedding co-ordination team were there whenever we had a query or needed anything and we were so well looked after. They made planning our special day very straightforward and stress free. Everything went smoothly and the day itself was everything we hoped for and more. Michael and Orla were on hand if we needed anything on the day but blended discreetly in with the guests and weren't overbearing in any way, as we've witnessed at some weddings in other venues in the past. All our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was, how lovely the staff were and how amazing the meal was. We really did not hear one complaint, nor had we any. We got married in the Annebrook 2 weeks ago today.. from the first time we both entered the Annebrook we both agreed it was the perfect venue. I cannot thank Siobhan and Michael for the exceptional job they both done on making sure our day went so perfectly.. each and every little thing we asked for was never an issue for Siobhan she was exceptional and we can't thank her enough for making our big day so perfect and a day in our lives we will never ever forget. We cannot thank all the staff in the Annebrook enough.

had our wedding the 20th of July in the Annebrook hotel mullingar decor amazing stag were helpful apart from two whole were extremely ignorant to my guests and my mother food was amazing I had booked the room across from the bridal suite for my two autistic children whom I had spoken to the hotel about but they put a hen party beside my room after I handed out all that money for my special day my mother had to leave my wedding with my children and I will never get that back it was brought to the station of the hotel on the night nothing was done and the next day I got an appollogy my children and mother missed the most important night if our lives due to the in consideration of the hotel putting a hen party beside mine and my children's room

Ciara and the team from the Annebrook were great. Our wedding was organised from overseas mainly via email. Nothing was a bother. The day before the wedding we decided to add dessert and it was easily accommodated.

From the first time we visited the venue we both fell in love with it and were made feel so at home by Ciara and their wonderful team of staff. It was great to be able to just wonder around all the rooms and really get a feel of the place without being put under pressure. We knew this was the perfect venue for our wedding. Ciara is great help and always very quick to respond to any emails we sent and was more than happy to let us add our own details to the venue to make it our own. However the venue is so beautiful as it is, you barely need to add any decorations! Can't fault anything in this place. ??????????

My wedding is november in the annebrook hotel. Since we have booked nothing has been too much to ask for. Ciara replies to email very quickly and always at the other end of the phone.

Firstly, we would like to thank Ciara for everything. She has gone above and beyond with helping us create our dream day. From the emails to our meetings to the day of, Ciara has made us feel like the number one priority. The laughs we had with her also, was brilliant. The attention to detail and making our words become a reality has made me admire this woman and her passion for her job.
If anyone is stuck and doesn't know how to get an idea out there (even when your words are all jumbled up and don't even know if you're speaking English anymore) Ciara is your woman. She is one gifted and talented woman. Much respect.
Secondly, to the staff. From the chefs, who took the time to assure that my mom (severe SEVERE coeliac) got well and truly looked after when it came to the food. You will never know how truly truly gratiful we are for that alone. And of course, to the chefs who created absolutely AMAZING food that every single guest raved on about. To the serving staff, who made sure that everyone had a full glass and an even fuller belly. They were phenomenal. Thanks to each and every one of ye.
To the bar staff, ye done a fantastic job at attending to everyone and being so friendly, we enjoyed your company as much as we hope ye enjoyed ours.
To Michael, you have done such a fantastic job. You made the whole day run so smoothly and the fact you solely looked after my mom, was just out of this world. We are ever in your gratitude for everything you did. You are a great and devoted leader. Admirable.

Hey, my name is Paula and on Monday I married my beautiful wife Michelle and from start to finish the day was perfect. We checked in the night before and all the staff couldnt do enough for us.Both our famlies are still raving about your hotel.
We had emailed and met up with Ciara lots beforehand with ideas and colour schemes but nothing could of prepared us for just how beautiful the ceremony room and the rest of the venue looked.
Just before we got married Ciara had called into both rooms to greet us, reassure us and told us both how beautiful we looked. (Even passed on a little message to eachother)
The meal was beautiful and brought out promptly which we appreciated as we had entertainment lined up. The way they timed everything from performers to dj was very efficient. The photobooth in the lounge area was a massive hit with guests and the album a lovely keepsake. The bridal sweet was stunning and we loved all the romantic touches you added.
The family plaque you gifted us is already hanging up. We love it

Couldnt fault the staff or the venue in any way . Ciara and Micheal are amazing and done the most amazing job to make sure our day was perfect and it really was . Everyone that also came to wedding said the hotel was beautiful and the accomadation and that they had really done a great job . The food was also delicious . Really would recommend this hotel to anyone getting married . They should be proud of themselves and the venue.

All the staff at the annebrook are amazing, but ciara slammon is none other than a dream to work with. Treated like royalty from the very first time i stepped into plan my wedding to checking out of the hotel after! Ciara i cannot say thank you enough! We celebrated the happy occasion of our wedding at the award-winning Annebrook House Hotel on 26th of August 2017, and, needless to say, this hotel is winning awards with very good reason. From even before we had confirmed them as our venue of choice to host such an important day in our lives, the inimitable Ciara Slammon and her team of miracle-workers and magic-makers made us feel like we were the only couple getting married in their hotel in 2017. It's the quality of the one-on-one and that personal service, despite being an incredibly busy wedding venue, that made up our minds on the matter. Ciara was available to us at a moment's notice and no problem was too trivial for her attention or too insurmountable for her talents.
As to the day itself, everything passed off without a hitch (aside from us getting hitched of course). The food for which this hotel is reknowned was, according to many of our guests, the best wedding fare they had ever tasted, the decor was sumptuous and the staff were exemplary in their congeniality and their attention to detail. Michael's contribution was especially note-worthy providing maitre d' services on the night. Probably the greatest recommendation we can give to Ciara and her team at the Annebrook is the sheer number of people who have come up to us since the big day to tell us that it was the most enjoyable wedding they had ever attended. Ordinarily I would just put this down to good manners but some of these people are damn hard to please......I won't say whose side they were on.......it was her side.......only joking. ;)

We had our wedding reception in the Annebrook House Hotel in August this year and everything about the venue and our day was perfect! This was thanks to the wonderful team and wedding coordinator Adele who assisted us through the planning process from our initial visit and made everything stress free. She made us feel so at ease, was very quick to reply to our emails and helped in every way she could. She gave us the reassurance that everything would fall into place on the day. I couldn't recommend them enough to anyone thinking of getting married in the future. The food was fabulous. The service was efficient and staff were extremely helpful and friendly which created a relaxed and warm atmosphere. A huge thank you to Adele, Michael and the team for making our day so special. The Annebrook will always hold fond memories for us.

To anyone thinking of booking their wedding with Annebrook House Hotel, all I can say is, DO IT, you won't regret it.
From our first viewing of the hotel, all the way through and even now after our wedding, I have found all the staff but in particular the wedding team especially Ciara to be so nice and friendly to deal with, very professional and honestly can't do enough for you. Nothing we asked for was too much hassle and we were honestly treated as the most important people ever, regardless of the fact our wedding was quite small.
The facilities speak for themselves as the place is a stunning venue but it is all the small details and excellent service, before during and after the event, that really just put Annebrook over the top.
Myself, my now husband and our two young boys had the most amazing day of our lives. Perfect memories to last a lifetime!!

We had the amazing experience of having our wedding reception at the AnneBrook in late December. From start to finish we received nothing but 5 star treatment and support, nothing was to big an ask or too much trouble. I had my wedding on 9th Dec in the Annebrook I had the pleasure of dealing with Deirdre for my big day through the whole year she was fantastic right up to my big day. We arrived on the Thursday day before wedding we stayed in apartments they were fab our kids loved it. On our big day Deirdre and staff were hands on . Myself and my wife visited a lot of venues before we picked the Annebrook. One of the top priorities on our list was to be the only wedding the hotel would deal with on the day. With the Annebrook you get this. We love buildings with history, having the advantage of our welcome reception in the Old House was the icing on the cake for this.
From start to finish the Annebrook were the utmost professionals without being stuffy about it. We were giving them our business but they were so friendly. A lot of places took it for granted that you were getting married and would be unbelievably rude. We were so glad when we met the staff at the Annebrook, it was like a breath of fresh air. Even on the tasting night we had a laugh with the staff in the restaurant because we had never done a proper wine tasting before.
On the day Amy helped the girls dry their dresses, made sure their bags were somewhere safe and helped with general wardrobe malfunctions. Michael helped keep our guests moving without feeling rushed so we got to spend a decent amount of time with them all. He also helped us to get around to all of the guests between courses which really helped us to relax a bit more after the meal.

Both myself and my husband found the Annebrook a very engaging and approachable hotel, from the initial meeting to the wedding day the hotel's team always were available to receive phone calls and emails. The hotel allowed us to drive the direction and aided us where and when we needed it. The service and professionalism of all that both my husband and our guests interacted with is to be commended. I will always recommend the Annebrook House Hotel to anyone planning a wedding or other function. Will definitely be a return customer.

Our hotel was amazing in every way. On the day they done stuff we didn't even know about which we were delighted with and our guests loved. The staff, wedding team (I had Amy) and the manager Michael were absolutely brilliant in looking after us and all who attended the wedding. I love this hotel and would 100% recommend it to other couples. We spent the day after the wedding down here and organised music as we were given the house for me and my guests who stayed on and we were given complimentary food and also looked after so well.

From our initial viewing of the Annebrook House Hotel we knew it would be the perfect venue for our wedding. The old house was just so charming and just perfect for our wedding theme after meeting with our coordinator and having a delicious meal in the old house we didn't even want to view any other venues and secured our date straight away. In the run up to the wedding we had fantastic guidance from the coordinator she understood exactly what we wanted to for our special day and did everything possible to help us achieve our dream wedding. From choosing colors, ideas for our theme, table decor, booking special dietary requirements to choosing our menu everything was made so effortless, I even choose to have my hen party there as well because I just couldn't believe the fabulous level of professionalism, high quality of food and such helpful and friendly staff. On the wedding day itself everything went like clockwork, our guests had a such a lovely time and we were able to relax and enjoy our day knowing that everything was being taken care of. We really can't thank the staff of the Annebrooke enough they really did give us the most perfect day that any bride or groom could possibly ask for.

Me and my husband decided to get married in Ireland in January 2016. My family is irish and my husbands family are swedish. We are living in Sweden but we still wanted to get married in Ireland.

We looked for the perfect venue and after visiting The Annebrook House Hotel we decided straight away that this was the right venue for us.
The support we had from the wedding team at The Annebrook has been amazing!! We couldn't have done it all without them and they made the planning very easy with regards to us not living in Ireland.

The dinner tasting before the wedding was fantastic and we always felt so welcome from the first day we set foot at the hotel, and we still feel very welcome and taken care of, even though the wedding was almost one year ago.

We had our wedding here on New Years Eve. I can definitely say it was a fantastic venue and so glad we chose here for our big day . We've stayed many times and have always found staff and management to be friendly attentive and accommodating. They certainly outdid themselves on this occasion. We stayed for 4 Nights, apartments, Bridal Suite and food were all excellent, whether for the wedding itself or any other meals in the bar and restaurant. The wedding staff particularly Manager, Michael ran rings around us to accommodate our every whim, no matter how trivial. Adele niamh and deirdre the wedding co-ordinators were all more than helpful and done everything possible to make our day speical cant thank them enough.All staff including reception, Caroline and Majella, made our stay a home from home, with the bonus of being treated like Royalty. Owner Bertie certainly runs a great establishment and all of this is why we go back a few times a year.Looking forward to seeing you all again soon
