We contacted Sarah to order our save the dates with an idea in mind of what we would want them to look like - not only did Sarah deliver exactly what we requested but she did so in an extremely efficient time frame! Nothing was too big an ask and Sarah was a pleasure to deal with!

Sarah was just incredible to deal with from start to finish - we wanted to organize our invites nice and early as we live abroad, and nothing was too much for Sarah! We were sticklers for how we wanted the wording and design to be, but Sarah was so patient and fast! Could not recommend her enough. Her invites are gorgeous and such fabulous value! We were delighted with our invitations from the sample Sarah sent us to the actual physical card. We really can’t recommend Sarah highly enough!! From the initial email right through to completion the service was truly first class. We had some issues that caused very unhelpful delays (ALL OUR END). Yet Sarah remained patient, professional and always on hand if needed. From the outset Sarah was very helpful and prompt on responses to emails. We arranged a call and ran through what I was looking for, with Sarah offering suggestions and discussing all the finer details of the invitations. From there it was a very quick turnaround to delivery of our perfect invitation.

Sarah was great to work with. I chose a standard wedding invitation from her website and she changed it to my wishes. I wanted to add my daughter and son on the front and wanted specific wording that was more personal to us. Also very quick turnaround time and always replied to emails quickly. We got in touch with Sarah a couple of weeks before the wedding as we decided we wanted a travel themed table plan. Sarah was so quick in responding and had a design sent to us within days. It was exactly what we were looking for. We also got matching table numbers. They were perfect and tied in with the theme. We approached Sarah with a mad idea of using the map of Ireland and the counties as our seating plan. She was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. She sent over a load of ideas and together we decided on the final image to be used. I only asked Sarah about 2 weeks before the wedding to help us with this and she had it all ready to go! The table numbers were done on road signs with the counties on them and they were such a hit with our guests, many have gone home with the guests to their respective counties! Thank you Sarah for putting our idea on paper!

Sarah made a photo backdrop sign for me for my wedding, and she was absolutely brilliant to work with. She was very responsive, made edit upon edit that I asked her to make, and the end product was of great quality. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars across the board is I told her that it was going to be a photo backdrop for people to stand infront of, and the design came a little too far down so that folks can't stand in front of it. She did tell me the stand was 2m, so ultimately it was my fault too, but I thought the design would be far up enough to be okay. Ultimately I'm going to put a chair in front of it for people to sit on so I'll still make it work, but just isn't what I envisioned. When I mentioned this to Sarah, she did send me back a list of recommendations of how to work around it, her level of service and professionalism is top notch. Would certainly recommend.

From the first meeting throughout the entire planning process Sarah gave me the attention that made me feel like I was the only customer that she had. We meet Sarah at the dream wedding exhibition in Galway and fell in love with her work straight away. The old style wedding telegram won us over. From the second we started to talk to Sarah she was a pleasure to deal with. She took all our details she needed to create our invitations and then send us a draft copy in email to look over. We loved how she made it personalised to us by been able to add our son name on them. Before we 100% placed our order with her she send out a copy in the post to us with was lovely to be able to see it. Went the order was delivered she had added as a little extra bonus of personalized envelopes seals. I would 100% recommend Sarah to all as her work is fabulous reasonable price. And we got so many complements from our guest as how lovely and unique they were.

I recently contacted Flannelly Media in order to have our wedding invitations designed and printed. I am not the most organised of brides to be and I was in a bit of a panic as I felt the time was getting limited! Sarah put me at ease straight away and I could relax about the whole thing. Sarah was very helpful and made lots of suggestions and gave lots of options as to what was available to us invitewise. Her designs were all beautiful it was difficult to choose one! The communication back and forth between Sarah and I was impeccable, and nothing was too much trouble for her...trying different wording and fonts etc. Once we decided the final proof, the invites were with us the next day and they were absolutely fantastic better than expected. Sarah was excellent in her dealing with our wishes for our invitations, all our communication was done over email which you would think would make things difficult but it made things easier in my eyes with our work schedules. I was never left waiting long for a return email. Our invitations were designed from scratch by Sarah in conjunction with us. At the start there was alot involved in getting our design but any wish or change I had Sarah made it. I also love her finishing touches, our initials in a heart on the back and I love the stickers given for the back of the envelopes with our names and the wedding date. I would definately highly reccomned Sarah to any other couple. I will also go back to Sarah to get our wedding booklets made.

Sarah was brilliant when it came to our wedding invites and mass booklets, She was so efficient with everything from the samples to the actual invites/booklets. She was helpful,friendly and professional. We never actually met in person only spoke on the phone and email and everything was still so easy and done so well and on time.

I thought They were very nice and accommodating. however, she just couldn't get what I was trying to describe. I even sent samples with the colours I was looking for and she sent back completely different samples with different colours.
