WOW-Weddings is more than just a wedding décor, planning and stationery company – our team of wedding experts is here to make your special day truly unforgettable!

We do this by creating stunning civil ceremony and reception in every imaginable way which will make all your wedding dreams come true. By offering not only room décor and products for your wedding room, we also have Irelands largest array of civil ceremony room décor too, with options that range from our classic, elegant and vibrant themes to our flower and balloon themes – all put together to make it easier for you to envision your wedding day or why not mix them up making your wedding completely unique – we can do this too!

WOW-Weddings provides a wide range of services for weddings and events, including full room draping, supplemented with entrance door drapes, aisle runners, fairylight backdrops and LED dance floors to add a little sparkle to every room. We also offer furniture like Chiavari chairs, that can be designed according to your wishes with our wedding chair covers and table linen. For creating a unique wedding theme, we have extensive décor like our LED light up letters and gold mirror letters, uplighters as well as fairylight table skirts and table centerpieces. To add a romantic and blooming atmosphere, we design various flower arrangements and flower walls, floral arches and rings, as well as cherry blossom trees, all completely tailored to your wedding design.

Ollie & his team were a pleasure to deal with & I would highly recommend them. We had our ballroom draped & it was absolutely stunning. We also hired the photo mirror which is lovely to have all the pictures as memories!

Gerry was our selfie mirror operator he was the best there could be he was punctual and kind he kept everyone laughing My sister who is a teen has autism but she absolutely loved the mirror and Gerry kept her included the whole time Couldn’t recommend higher if you wanted a selfie mirror def wow weddings but also definitely ask for Gerry to be the operator he was brilliant

The team at WOW weddings absolutely transformed our venue into an elegant vision of what we wanted. They provided beautiful high-quality draping and the fairy light backdrop added so much ambiance. They were professional and easy to deal with. Décor was our biggest gamble but it 100% turned out amazing and we are grateful they were able to travel to Galway and work with us.

We ordered an arch and cherry blossom trees for our wedding and Ollie had no problem bringing them down from Louth to Kerry for our special day. They were stunning. So beautiful. They made the venue perfect for the day and I could not recommend this company enough. Highly professional and nothing is a problem

Wow weddings provided our chairs for our outside wedding in the walled rose garden. A pleasure to deal with and great value. The weather was amazing as was the chair set up for the day.

This company could not do enough. A week before the wedding I was chasing people up going over stuff again with different companies but not WOW weddings they was on the ball all the way through and made the room look amazing. They also rang couple days before to check everything was ok and see if we wanted to change things what was the only company to do that what really impressed me . Would 110% recommend.

We are delighted we got Wow weddings to help make our day Extra special and very Relaxing . The job they did to transform our reception room ,made a huge difference to the entire wedding day. People are still telling us how relaxing it was and i myself felt so at ease ,because of the mood lighting ,and the backdrop behind the main table and then later,behind the Band . Oliver was amazing to work with from the moment i messaged him. He really took on board what i was envisioning. I was planning from England so we weren't able to meet in person so we spoke on the phone and emails a lot. The moment i walked into the ceremony room (other than staring at my husband to be) i noticed how beautiful the room was! So gorgeous and my guests were commenting on how lovely the decor was! I cant thank you enough for bringing our look to life!

Can't thank ollie enough for everything he did from moving dates due to covid nothing was an issue for him, I told ollie my vision and what I wanted and when I saw what he created for our day was absolutely out of this world it was better than I ever imagined, everyone commented on the room as it was so unique and different I can't recommend wow weddings enough they are so professional and cater to what you want.

Ollie and the team did an amazing job draping our ceremony and reception at Kilronan castle. They also provided the chair covers and aisle runner. The ceremony room was stunning, it took my breath away when the ceremony started. The guest were blown away. Thanks Ollie and the team for your excellent work.

We would highly recommend Ollie and his team. While the Johnstown estate was beautiful already, Wow weddings really did bring the Wow factor to our special day and all of our guests were overwhelmed by the fabulous decor and sense of romance that the extra decor created. We ordered full room draping, blossom trees and arches, lanterns and floral arrangements, a sparkle dance floor and evening photo booth. Having the one supply company made things much easier and also allowed the vision to come together quickly.

We used wow weddings for the fairy lights backdrop at our wedding in Farnham estate. It was absolutely stunning, it really made the room and added that something extra special to the top table. What else can I say, except i was absolutly blown away by the stunning draping that was provided for us by WOW Weddings, for our wedding in Farnham Estate, the detailing and luxuriousness in the draping was second to none, it made the room look sensational and it was everything I had hoped and dreamed for! And the light up letters we had added that little extra touch and we absolutely loved having them, Ollie I cant thank you enough for all your help throughout the planning of our wedding, including being able to facilitate us when we had to change our dates, nothing was too much trouble, I would highly recommend WOW Weddings for adding that special touch to your day we were so happy

I hired out the MR & MRS sign for my Auntys wedding & the sign honestly made the room. The room would not of looked half as nice as what it did with that sign, it honestly completed it! To ordering the sign, paying for it, arranging delivery times etc everything ran so easily with oillie, would highly recommend to anyone getting married in the future.

Ollie and team at WOW where super responsive professional and flexible. We made our initial booking for 90+ Chiavari chairs to be used at an outside ceremony @ Moyvalley Hotel - but COVID had other plans! our numbers change a number of times - we ended up changing to 60 but Ollie an team where so flexible/ we reduced our numbers due to a fair minimum spend he added in 2 trees for our entrance which really added to the look on the day- the chars where delivered and set up the night before (seats stored separately in Hotel)- they looked amazing on the day and WOW liaised directly with hotel for delivery & collection - we never even had to be in contact on the big day which was a great relief- couldn't recommend them highly enough ;)

Ollie was really helpful from the first contact we had. Planning a wedding during covid when we were unsure how many guests we could have was a challenge for suppliers as well but Ollie explained all package options and did the best they could to provide good value. We rented chiavari chairs and some tress. They all made a huge difference to the room and venue. Our guests commented on how great they looked too. Delivery and collection was smooth and hassle free. Thanks so much for being part of our big day, would highly recommend Wow Weddings.

We booked the Chiavari chairs from Wow weddings and the process could not have been simpler! It was excellent to know that the chairs were delivered and set up in advance in the hotel, and then collected afterwards, without any worry on our behalf. The chairs helped to transform the room, they make such a wonderful addition. Ollie was a dream to deal with and provided lots of advice at the early planning stage which was great! We booked our photo booth with wow weddings. They were so lovely to chat to. On the day of our wedding they arrived at our venue very early and Gerry introduced himself to us. And before he finished up on the night he made sure he got photos of us for our book. Absolutely fantastic service very reasonably priced and an absolute pleasure to deal with

Wow weddings provided the church decor for our wedding on 26th April 2019. They were super helpful from day one. From suggesting different ideas and suggestions to providing a beautifully decorated church and fabulous bouquets on the day. They provided exactly what they said they would and the church was so pretty everyone commented on the fabulous cherry blossom arch outside the church. They were very discreet I didn't see them before or after I arrived at the church. The bouquets and button holes were delivered on time and were really lovely too. Tracey is a trained florist so was able to give me exactly what I asked for. I'd have no hesitation in contacting them at all for your wedding day.

wow weddings provided our draping, starlight dance floor and photo booth and they were brilliant!! When we walked in to our reception room our breaths were taken away. The room was stunning! Everyone also loved the photo booth and it was great to get the album of prints that night, there was some laugh the next morning looking back at the pictures from the night before!

If you would like one of the nicest wedding rooms in Ireland ring Ollie in Wow-Wedding, Ollie arrange all of our wedding decor guiding us towards draping with a swag themed in ivory and gold to match our color scheme. He also recommended a photo booth for the evening entertainment, it was as promised great fun. Wow-Wedding also have a show room in Dundalk so you can actually see their products, this is a great facility to have

We used Wow Weddings as our Event Decor Stylist for our weddingsonline Awards this year and what a WOW factor they created for us! Everyone of the team are professional, friendly and helpful at every step of our planning journey, right up to the event at the CityNorth Hotel. They took care of every detail and made helpful suggestions on how to get everything looking its best. We also used their Light Up Letters and Selfie Mirror, they were a great addition to the event. I will definitely be recommending them to others in the future!

Wow is a word to describe something out of this world and breath taking, dealing with Ollie from start to finish firstly was a dream , but when them doors opened and I seen the room we were having our reception in I was completely taken back. Wow weddings were absolutely fantastic, very accommodating and unlike most wedding suppliers excellent value for money. We had our wedding in Kilronan Castle and the room was draped by wow weddings with uplighters, it was like a fairytale. Most impressive were the flowers, the bouquets and church flowers were really beautiful and just perfect. We dealt with Tracey who was so professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would 100% recommend this supplier to all wedding couples as you will not be disappointed.

Was at a Wedding last week that Wow Weddings catered for and I have to say they definitely put the WOW factor into the Decor. The room was like walking into a fairytale with beautiful fairy light backdrops on the walls and the covered seats and table settings they put loads of little details into it. The Bride and Groom were over the moon with everything that Paula Ollie and Tracy had done.I would highly recommended them to cater for your wedding.

I used wow weddings for my wedding at kilronan castle in December 2016. The ask was to drape drape 3 walls and use pink uplighters. I only needed 3 as the hotel supplied a fairy light backdrop for the back wall! What they did on the day was beyond what I was expecting. The room looked amazing! They were so easy to deal with not to mention the best value for money around! I had gotten 3 quotes off competitors and Wow weddings were the best quote! I have already recommended them to my friends and they have since booked wow weddings for their weddings!

We can't recommend Wow Weddings enough! From the first time we contacted them, Ollie and Paula were so helpful and organised exactly what we wanted. All of our wedding photos look even better with the beautiful Chivari chairs they provided and they were incredibly professional with delivery and collections too.

Got a photo booth from them as my other photo booth crowd cancelled 6 months before the wedding so these were the only crowd available, for a reason!!! The lady and man on the phone were very accomodating and nothing seemed any trouble in fairness like times location etc but I had a different experience on the night! Apparently the one I had originally had booked (the nice shiny Black one to fit in with my theme on the day had been wrecked by another wedding the night before!) which left me with only 3 choices all of which i didn't like but had no choice. They arrived late and set up in a back corner and when I asked them to move to the place I had allocated they said the hotel staff wouldn't let them. I questioned this the next day with the hotel and surprisingly the small county hotel that bent over backwards for us were never approached by the attendent! The most unpleasent of staff. !! He Absolutely hated his job and that was very clear!! Shabby, torn and very very old props!! Go elsewhere!!!! There was a reason they were cheap and available at short notice!!!!

Huge thanks to Ollie and Paula at Wow Weddings, their generous consideration of my requests and attention to detail was flawless. There was fantastic rapid correspondence before the wedding and they made the time to meet with ourselves to go through the finer details the day before the wedding. Both Ollie and Paula were very friendly and made us feel relaxed and 100% confident in their services. I would recommend wow weddings with their competitive rates and professionalism as an essential supplier for your wedding! We had the uplighters fairy light backdrop, fairy light skirt, chair sashes and the photo booth and we were really happy with everything and wouldn´t of changed a thing! The photo booth was a huge hit and the guy that ran it was extremely friendly, professional, flexible and accommodating to our needs. All the other pieces really set the mood and changed the function room from boring ordinary to fabulous and extra ordinary with all of the specially placed fine details! All of our guests commented on the look of the room and raved over the photo booth. Many thanks Wow Weddings you really helped to make our "Special Day" perfect :)

Wow, certainly goes a long way with this company! I have had an initial meeting with Paula, She came to meet me and brought with her some amazing photos of weddings she has done, i have to say i was very surprised, pleasantly surprised. She was friendly, helpful and able to negotiate on prices too! From the flowers to the fairy light back drop, i have to say i feel satisfied that my wishes and wants are going to be fulfilled. We met Paula 12 months before our wedding to discuss wedding flowers. At this stage I had no idea what I was looking for so I went along with Paula,s recommendation of Rose and Calla Lilies. She was so easy to get along with and not one bit pushy. Her albums of previous weddings are absolutely stunning and I also decided to hire my wedding chair covers and fairylight backdrop from her. This turned out to be a great decision as her products are very high quality and visually stunning. On my wedding day I was delighted with my flowers and my reception room was beautiful. I am so glad I used Paula and Wow-Weddings for my wedding. Paula definitely helped to put the wow factor into my wedding.

Hey Paula Just a quick note to thank you for all your help with our wedding, we are just back from honeymoon and I feel my feet still haven’t touched the ground yet. You were really lovely to speak to in our first meeting and this was one of the reasons we decided to go with you for our wedding flowers and our wedding room decor. We definitely were not disappointed as my flowers were stunning and the church was sensational the high point been your beautiful pew ends. When we arrived to our hotel I was totally blown away with our reception room. The first thing I seen was your fairylight arch it was so beautiful then the combination of your table centres , wedding chair covers and fairylight backdrops was out of this world.
