Limelight Wedding Films

Well we just finished watching wedding film and absolutely love it . Gerry did an absolute amazing job we couldn’t be happier with it. From moment of booking with Gerry he was so easy to deal with . Such quick responses to emails and so helpful .On the day you wouldn’t even know he was there but he captured everything . Would definitely recommend him for any future weddings.

We honestly could not be more thrilled with our video! We will treasure it forever. The quality of the final product was far beyond our expectations, we are so glad we booked Limelight for our day. Gerry and Maria did a fantastic job. They captured our day so well and it was such a joy to see it all again. They were such a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend them to everyone.

When I began my wedding planning journey, I was in two minds about having a videographer. I felt that it was an unnecessary expense when there was so much else to pay for plus I thought that having a videographer would make me feel self conscious on the day. I had read so many blogs saying that one of the most common regrets for a bride was not booking a videographer. I am truly relieved that I paid heed to that & got in touch with limelight wedding films. From first contact, right the way through the entire process, I have to say that Maria & Gerard were extremely pleasant to deal with & more than helpful. I was highly impressed with their professionalism, not to mention their talent & the quality of the final product. It was one part of the wedding that I really didn't have to worry about - I knew that i was in safe hands. On the wedding day itself, they really blended in so well that nobody really noticed that I had videographers! Their cameras are discreet & they themselves are very non invasive but they still manage to capture every detail. Also, in terms of value, I found them to be very reasonable & now that the wedding day has passed I feel that my wedding film is indeed priceless. I was truly overwhelmed when I watched the highlights film & when we watched the full wedding film we felt like we had the opportunity to relive our special day again. It was amazing to watch it because it made me realise how much of the day went by in a sheer blur & if I didn't have the wedding film to capture those memories, they could have been lost forever. Also, I found that the highlights film was a wonderful addition as it captured the spirit of the day in just a few minutes & is so easy to share with family & friends who may not want to sit through the entire film!! Overall, I would whole heartedly recommend limelight wedding films to any bride.

We would highly recommend Gerard and Maria for your wedding video. They are both so professional at what they do from start to finish. They were so lovely to deal with and were fast responding to any of our needs. On your wedding day, you will not even realise they are there. All of our guests commented on how they didn't even realise we had a video. The icing on the cake was receiving the wedding video, it was amazing, the detail and moments that were captured were so breathtaking. Thank you so much Gerry and Maria. We will treasure the video forever.

Gerard and Marie managed to make the rainiest of days look so beautiful. We were so amazed at the footage they got because we never even noticed a camera for most of the day! Super fast service- we even had our trailer the following evening.

Absolutely brilliant to deal with, very professional from the start. Myself and my partner were planning the wedding from Australia and they were so easy to communicate with, replied to emails very fast. On the day, they were great, we barely noticed them, they worked seamlessly with the photographer and the final product was amazing. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Could not have picked a better duo to film our special day. We didn't even notice them going around capturing special moments. On viewing our Video I was over the moon, the detail was unbelievable. Delighted with everything from start to finish, could not recommend Limelight enough.

Gerry and Maria shot our special day in June of this year and we have nothing but good things to say about them. They were very easy and pleasant to deal with from the first point of contact which was important for us as we were planning our wedding from Australia. Gerry and Maria were so discreet and professional and did a fantastic job at capturing our day. Cannot praise and recommend them enough!

We just have to commend Gerry on his amazing skill - we received our highlights reel 3 days ago and have watched it 7 times since. I've also shared it with all my friends and family and two of my friends told me they cried watching it, such was his skill at capturing the love and emotions from the day! For anyone thinking of getting of booking them, Gerry and Maria are fabulous to deal with and they were so lovely to have around on the day and their professionalism shines through. Some people questioned why we were getting a film of the day at all, but the highlights film has made them realise it was a great decision of ours. I really can't recommend them enough - and I really can't wait for our full film!

I can not recommend Gerry highly enough! On the day itself Gerry was present to capture all the special moments without ever being an overbearing presence, in fact he was so inconspicuous some guests commented ed how they hadn't realised we had a videographer. 6 days after our wedding we received our 7 minutes highlights reel, which was so beautiful and so perfectly captured the joy and emotion of our day that we would have been overjoyed with this video alone. However a few days later we received our full video which was such a perfect reminder of our day. Gerry captured all the special moments, emotions and special little details which will make the video a priceless momento for the rest of our lives. Gerry is professional, helpful, very friendly and a joy to work with. For all brides to be he is the perfect choice, I'm so happy we chose him to capture our day.

We loved how our video turned out, gerry did a wonderful job on it. He was very discreet but managed to capture all the important moments of the day. Also he was very efficient and had our video done much earlier than we would have though. Its such a treasure to have, and one of the best decisions we made. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Gerry from Limelight Video recorded out civil ceremony and reception at Darver Castle in July 2013. Initially we didn't think we wanted to have the day recorded, but we were at another friend's wedding that Gerry recorded and barely noticed he was there....in a good way obviously! When we saw their DVD and their highlight video, we knew immediately that we wanted our special day captured the way he had captured theirs. From the get go, Gerry was a pleasure to deal with - friendly, understanding and informative when we booked, always answered our emails and we had lots of confidence from the way he interacted with us before the day. On the day itself, Gerry was great. He was barely noticed by our guests (a good thing!) and worked well with our photographer. We were on honeymoon when Gerry emailed us a link to our 'highlights' clip. To say we were impressed would be an understatement! We were blown away by the quality and style of the highlights video - Gerry had captured lots of little things that we probably wouldn't have seen and edited it in a clever, funny and moving way. Our full length recording which we got the week we came back from Honeymoon (3 weeks after the wedding day) was just as good. Again, it was edited so well, the music is perfect ad he has captured some fantastic memories for us. To anyone who is unsure about recording your day, my advice is, do it - you won't regret it when you see the day on video and you'll have it for many years to come. And pick Gerry from Limelight videos. His work is brilliant. So professional, well done and thoughtfully edited. The detail and clarity you get from the Blu-ray is amazing. Thanks Gerry - we're really delighted with the way our day has been captured!

Gerry, Sorry that we missed you on Friday - we got delayed at an earlier appointment - I was really looking forward to meeting you properly! Just a quick note to say that the dvd is fabulous. The 2 of us sat down on Saturday evening with some residual wedding champagne and watch it from start to finish with a bit or rewinding and replaying in the middle. I think we were there for 4 hours really (clearly the champagne didn't last that long!). It was great to have so much captured and given how quickly the day goes and with so much happening it is very easy to miss or not to be able to recall everything. Both Rich and I laughed and cried as we watched it; it really is a terrific reminder of the whole day and we are both over the moon that we decided to go ahead with having the day recorded. Thanks to both of you - I am sure you will take it as the compliment that it is meant but we barely noticed either of you on the day and given the size of the church that was no mean feat! All the very best for the future - we will certainly recommend you should we have friends or family getting married.
