Marina was incredibly professional and helpful when setting up the date and time of my wedding hair and makeup. I came over from the United States and we had set up a hair and makeup trial for the day before, however I had a travel snafu and I missed my trial. Marina was very understanding, and even though we couldn't fit a trial into the schedule she still gave me the hair and makeup of my dreams. I honestly didn't have much of a style in mind for my hair but she made it look gorgeous and kept my face more natural with a cat eye eyeliner.

And then when the time came to put on my dress, I fumbled it and got a perfect lipstick stain on the front. She helped me work on getting it out, we were eventually able to pin it in a way that the stain was hidden. She really helped make my day so so special.

Marina was amazing at the morning of our wedding and brought a lovely and calm energy to the day. Loved my hair and makeup, exactly how I wanted it!

I loved my hair and make up for myself, my bridesmaids are my mum. We had the best day and our makeup lasted all day and well into night. The girls themselves were so much fun on the morning of the wedding and created such excitement. I got wedding makeup and hair for myself and my sister and makeup for my mother. From the moment Danielle arrived (15 min ahead of time which is great!) everything run smoothly, in a very relaxed atmosphere, a perfect way to start the big day. Danielle managed to create a makeup look that made me feel absolutely gorgeous, even though looking quite natural and it lasted perfectly even after all the dancing! Same for the hair, very pretty and it lasted until the early morning. My sister and my mother were delighted as well with their looks.
Marina was amazing as well from the start, keeping in touch between the trial and the wedding with tips to prepare my skin for the big day.

Marina was amazing. My mother, mother in law and I had such an amazing experience on my wedding day. Marina was ready to go in the morning and was so professional. I didn't get the opportunity to have a trial but it didn't matter, as Marina was on hand with lots of options to choose from in the weeks leading up to the wedding and I thought that she really listened and understood what I liked and didn't like, so I felt really prepared on the morning of our wedding and totally at ease. Marina and team made all the wedding party feel beautiful on my wedding day. At the trial she took her time to get the exact look I was after while simultaneously putting me at my ease. She gave me great skincare advice which has had people commenting on the great condition of my skin. My bridesmaids each sent on different style ideas before the day and she had looks prepared which exactly matched what each described. The make up lasted perfectly for every member of the bridal party with not even a lipstick top up needed! My little girl never lets me touch her hair but of course she had no problem allowing Marina! I whole heartedly recommend Marina and her team for all special occasions.

Marina and Danielle were absolutely fantastic on the day and I couldn't have asked for a better morning getting ready. They were friendly, professional and really good fun.
During my trial Marina really listened to what I was hoping for and made it a reality - she re-did my hairstyle three times until it was perfect. Her make-up looks beautiful but also very natural so when I looked in the mirror I still recognised myself (just a lot more glamorous than normal!) I couldn't have asked for a better stylist and would definitely highly recommend to anyone getting married.

I booked Marina to do my own and my bridal party's hair. She is the warmest soul. I'm someone who is not used to getting her hair/make up done and I was a bit nervous of the whole experience. Marina couldn't have been more helpful, really listening to my thoughts and offering suggestions. She even took time to help me pick a lipstick, when I hadn't booked her for makeup. Nothing was too much trouble. I would have no qualms about recommending Marina. She was so calming to have around on the day and really knows her stuff. Marina was an absolute star on my wedding day! She was so professional but also made the morning calm and fun all at the same time. She did an intricate hairstyle for me and a variety of styles for my bridesmaids who all loved their hairstyles! I got so many compliments on my hairstyle and I felt amazing! Marina was absolutely amazing for the day of my wedding. My makeup and hair was absolutely beautiful and I felt so gorgeous. Not only was Marina professional, but she also made the whole getting ready process fun. Even my parents said it felt like having another family member there with us. I also really enjoyed how sanitary all of her tools were and how much care she put in to making sure everything was neat and clean. She is also very knowledgeable about skincare and was able to give me tips at my trial to help my skin be better prepped and absolutely glow on the day. This review is a year and half late because I am horrible at remembering to do things, but I would highly recommend Marina.

Marina was an excellent choice for both hair and make up. The trail was excellent and let us play with the look as I was nervous of looking too made up! Marina did a great job of listening to what I wanted and on the day it felt perfect. Marina did my hair for my wedding day and for my mother and sister. Our hair styles turned out beautiful and stayed in place all day which we were extremely pleased. I can't give her enough credit, especially during these challenging COVID times.

Marina was an absolute superstar for wedding hair! She was recommended by my makeup artist and I'm so glad we found her. Communication was tip-top and very timely, I never had to chase for anything. She was really kind and calming both during the trial and on the day, and made everyone feel welcome. My hair looked gorgeous, it was just what I had in mind (even though I didn't have a super clear idea of it beforehand...). And a special thank you for being my woman-in-shining-armour and rescuing me when my taxi never showed up!! I don't hesitate to recommend her.

Marina was great! I found her last minute and she was really flexible accommodating me even though she had another event to do the same day, and arranging a trial at short notice. I loved my hair on the day as did my three bridesmaids. Marina was a great help too - making sure everything was going to plan and suggesting to get into our dresses before opening champagne! She was great to have around on the morning and definitely kept me calm. thanks a million!

I found Marina on Facebook, I looked through her work which was amazing and decided to give her a message. She was very quick in getting back! And the morning of the wedding she did brides, bridesmaid, sister of the bride and mother of the brides hair. She was punctual, great time management skills, chatted throughout the morning! Very professional in her job, loves what she does and she gave us great hairstyles in the first go! The hair was perfect all night, didn't need to fix it once and the second day I had perfect curls! My hair generally doesn't hold curls well but she did a fab job! I would recommend her big time!

Marina was absolutely amazing both on the lead up to the wedding and on the wedding morning itself!
She was very flexible when it came to organising my make-up and hair trial and ended up accommodating me on her day off. During the trial she was truly exceptional in offering hair and make-up style advice to a pretty clueless bride.

On the morning of the wedding she was extremely helpful and made us all feel at ease. My bridesmaids hair and make-up looked phenomenal. She also did a great job with my Mum who hates having her hair and make-up done and wanted to keep it very natural. Marina also stayed with us right up until we left for the ceremony to make sure she was around for any last minute touch ups and helped my flower girl out with her flower crown.

My hair and make-up was absolutely perfect on the day and I really loved it! The make-up stayed on so well that I kept it on for the BBQ the next day :)

Marina of Stylicious looked after my bridal party hair and makeup for my wedding Friday 22nd June and her team were fabulous. Not only were they so easy to deal and communicate with, these ladies are so professional, passionate and talented at what they do and are generally just two calm, chilled and wonderful people. A true professional, you improvised amazing when we were stuck without hair decoration for my two bridesmaids and used some gorgeous little flowers hand picked from my folks garden! Amazing!! Marina came to do hair & make up for myself and my aunt for my dad's wedding on the May Bank Holiday Sunday. From the second she arrived, I was so delighted we had decided to pick her to help us on the morning. She was easy going but completely on the ball.

My aunt had never had her make up done before (even for her own wedding!!!) so was apprehensive but Marina totally put her at ease and she was so delighted with the result. I had gone for a ?trim? the week before the wedding and ended up with my hair way shorter than I?d planned so the up style I wanted wasn't really on the cards anymore and Marina was honest about that but she listened to what I liked and took into consideration what I was going to be wearing and made a few suggestions. I completely trusted her totally and though I wouldn't have necessarily gone for the style suggested if I?d seen a picture because I would have thought it wouldn't suit me, I knew when Marina said it would that it was going to work well.

My make up lasted through an extremely emotional day with lots of happy tears, and was still going strong at 4 am, and the hair was practically undisturbed after a good nights sleep.

I couldn't recommend Marina more and can't wait until the next big event and hopefully book her again!!!

Marina looked after my Bridal party for my wedding in the Millhouse Slane.
I cant say enough good things about Marina she is wonderful.
My hair is just longer than shoulder length and she did a gorgeous up style to the side.
For the bridesmaids she used some of the flowers we had in our bouquets and incorporated into their hair in an upstyle. She also did my mums make up and hair and my mum looked stunning.
Marina kept the craic going and helped with the wedding morning nerves (from me!!).

Marina at Stylicious is a thorough professional, creative stylist. She looked after my very unruly, thick hair the morning of my son's wedding and the resulting upstyle was indeed beautiful, so beautiful that several people took photos of the back of my head at the canapés reception! It was really a work of art. Marina's manner is very pleasant and chatty, and while I was an emotional wreck all that morning, she stayed calm and focused. In all, there were 6 ladies in our bridal party, and each one of us looked stunning on the day, thanks to Marina. I have already recommended her work to several other wedding parties.

Excellent! Marina did my hair and my bridesmaid's styling for my wedding at the start of July. She was professional and extremely organised time wise. She created a nice theme for each of the styles and really maintained the boho and relaxed style I was looking for. She's also a very warm and friendly person; perfect to have the morning of your wedding! Would highly recommend.

Marina arrived on a very early Sunday morning to do hair and makeup for a group of ladies for my sisters wedding. She was bright and cheery from the moment she arrived and really added to the fun of the morning. She did absolutely beautiful styles on us all and made us feel years younger. Gave tips and mini master class to some teenagers while she worked. Even my hard to please sister was over the moon. We all looked perfect all day. An all round great experience.

Marina was so professional but so bright and bubbly that she put us at ease immediately. As I live in the UK but getting married in Ireland I was anxious about choosing the right suppliers for my day as I was unable to meet most of them until the week of the wedding. I had a large bridal party and therefore needed a number of stylists. Marina did both hair and makeup for some of my family members and bridesmaids. They all looked just stunning with beautiful vintage looks. She gave advise and tips while she worked and got on with everyone. She was wonderful.

Marina came to my home to do hair for myself and my 5 Bridesmaids on the morning of my wedding. I think she was more nervous than I was as I had not arranged a trial. I was so relaxed that I said it would be grand and it was more than that it was better than I could have imaged, she made me into the perfect boho bride it was just like I had pictured. All my girls were different but she made it all work so well even adding gorgeous plaits for my little princess. She just fit into the mad house from the moment she arrived, it was great.

Can't thank Marina enough for the superb job she did to make me and my daughter look and feel fantastic for my son's wedding. She came to our hotel which made everything so easy. I was very nervous and emotional and she calmed my right down which really added to my enjoyment of the day. Hair and Makeup lasted all day and we got constant compliments. I cannot recommend Sylicious enough. The service is amazing. When I first booked Marina for my wedding she was just brilliant. She was able to answer all my questions and give me very good advice of what it would suit me or not. When she did the hair and make up trial I felt so happy to have booked such an amazing person that was able to relax me and reassure me all was going to be great. She made me feel great. And on the day of the wedding the morning was so much fun, she went above and beyond. And when I started to get nervous she so easily put me at ease. I felt beautiful! And since then I've used Stylicious for hair and makeup and I am always complemented. She is extremely friendly, very professional and always there to help!

Little did Marina know what a challenge she had on her hands when she agreed to do my wedding as lm was an older bride and had exact ideas and my 7 nieces as bridesmaids. Nothing was a problem though, she rose to the challenge without working up a sweat. She was early for my trial and on the day and stayed until l was 110% happy with everything. At 50 she managed to make me feel like a blushing bride and all my gorgeous girls were also beaming. Can't thank you enough, you were wonderful
